Product Usage Instructions
- Inspect the parts to ensure they are not damaged or missing. Check the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other materials packed inside.
- Lay out all materials in front of you, including Thin, Square, and Wide Slats, Rail End Cap, Middle and End Posts, Top and Bottom Rails, and Joiner Clip.
- Slide six Wide Slats, five Square Slats, and five Thin Slats into the routed holes in one of the End Posts. Slide the Middle Post over the slats until it sits in the middle of the slats and then slide a second End Post over the slats. Make sure all slats are pushed tightly up to the back wall of the posts.
- Slide the Bottom Rail over the bottoms of the posts until the pre-drilled holes in the three posts and the bottom rail align.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the second panel.

Check the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other materials packed
inside.
When assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface (i.e. shipping
box) to avoid scratching.
We recommend an area approximately 5’x 8’ for unobstructed assembling.
You should not need to use excessive force when assembling components.

Detailed Product Dimensions & Specifications
STEP 1: INSPECT PARTS
Check the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other materials packed
inside.
STEP 2: LAY OUT MATERIALS
STEP 3: ASSEMBLE FIRST PANEL

Slide (6) Wide Slats (C), (5) Square Slats (B), and (5) Thin Slats (A) into the routed holes in one of the End Posts (E).

Slide the Middle Post (D) over the slats until it sits in the middle of the slats as shown.

Slide a second end post over the slats.
NOTE: Ensure all slats are pushed tightly up to the back wall of the posts. -
Slide the Bottom Rail (G) over the bottoms of the posts until the pre-drilled holes in the (3) posts and the bottom rail align.

Drive (3) total ¾” self-drilling steel screws into the pre-drilled holes in the bottom rail.

Slide the Top Rail (F) over the tops of the posts until the pre-drilled holes in the posts and the top rail align.

Drive (3) total ¾” Self-Drilling Screws (J) into the pre-drilled holes in the top rail.

Turn the panel to the other side and drive (6) total ¾” self-drilling steel screws through the pre-drilled holes in the top and bottom rail.

Insert (2) Rail End Caps (H) into the ends of the rails.
STEP 4: ASSEMBLE SECOND PANEL
- Repeat Steps 2-3 to assemble the second panel.
STEP 5: INSTALL IN THE GROUND

Move the screen to its final location.

Attempt to push the panel into the ground.

Ensure the unit is properly level in both directions as you push it into the ground.
NOTE: It is highly recommended to use 2 people for this portion of the installation. -
If your panel cannot be pushed into the ground, follow these steps:

Loosen the top 6″ of the ground with a claw hammer.

Add water to loosened soil.
-
Use a block of wood to protect the post and gently hammer each post into the ground.

Optional in hard ground : If your ground is too hard, or you have more than 3 or 4 panels to install, please consider these options:
- Use a 1¾” diameter auger bit (commonly used for planting tulips) as illustrated ($15-$20 on Amazon.com).
- Drill a hole about 12” to 16” deep at the desired location, and fill the holes with water as illustrated.
- Push the panel posts into the holes.
STEP 6 : CONNECTING THE PANELS
- Corner Application: Install the Joiner Clips (I) as shown below.
- Straight Line Application: Install the Joiner Clips (I) as shown below.
- 60 min Approximate assembly time for 2 panels
