Seamless knitted polyester gloves with double latex coating. Fully coated with
smooth orange latex and black sandy coating in the palm. Recommended for
precise operations requiring maximum dexterity. Good grip in dry and wet
condition. Ideal for assembly work, handling parts, gardening etc.
Storage/Transport:
The gloves are first packed in plastic bags which are subsequently packed in cardboard boxes for transport and storage. Granberg recommends storing unused gloves in original packaging. Prevent direct sunlight.
Maintenance/Cleaning:
Both new and used gloves should be inspected before use, and before putting
them on to make sure that there is no damage to them. If in doubt, discard the
gloves and select a new pair. Leaving the gloves in a contaminated condition
may cause a deterioration of quality. Cleaning or disinfecting the gloves may
also negatively affect quality. The performance characteristics of gloves that
have been worn or cleaned/disinfected/laundered may differ from the
performance levels declared. Gloves can only be cleaned with damp cloth, but
it will not stop permeation processes.
Obsolescence: When stored as recommended, unused gloves will not suffer
any change in their mechanical properties for up to five years from the date
of manufacture. Service life depends on application and maintenance and cannot
be specified. It is the responsibility of the user to ascertain the
suitability of the gloves for the user’s tasks.
Donning/Doffing: Select the right size glove for your hand. Hold the
glove by the cuff with one hand. Align the glove thumb with your other hand
thumb and slide your hand into the glove, one finger into each finger. Pull by
the glove cuff and align fingers into the right position. Use the same
procedure for the other hand. If gloves are not contaminated, pull by the
fingertips to doff the gloves. If gloves are contaminated, hold the glove cuff
and pull toward the finger until the gloves come off.
Please note: Inspect the gloves for damage before use. The gloves shall not be worn when there is a risk of entanglement with moving parts of machines. Gloves meeting the requirement for resistance to puncture may not be suitable for protection against sharply pointed objects such as hypodermic needles. Gloves containing latex may cause allergic reactions in case of hypersensitivity to latex. Seek medical advice if applicable. None of the raw materials used in glove, or process of manufacturing it, are known to be harmful to the user. These gloves are intended to protect hands in working environments in accordance with EN 388:2016+A1:2018 and EN ISO 21420:2020. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate and determine risks based on the intended application. The gloves should only be used for applications declared suitable by the manufacturer. Risk should be evaluated keeping in mind the protection levels and the harmonized standards on which gloves are tested. The results of the tests should help in glove selection, however it must be understood that actual conditions of use cannot be simulated and it is the responsibility of the user, not the manufacturer, to determine glove suitability to the intended use. Further information may be obtained from manufacturer.
