Servicebio FS-A20 PCR Plate Sealer
Product Introduction
Innovative rolling design is adopted for FS-A20 Automatic Film Sealer, which can effectively avoid sample loss and spatial cross-infection. It can be applied in conventional PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) and fluorescence QPCR(Qualitative Polymerase Chain Reaction). The machine is easy for operation, 4 modes are available (pressure-sensitive film, adhesive film, 0.1ml PCR 8-strip tubes 0.2ml PCR 8-strip tubes ) , flexible to set software parameters and rolling value. Rolling frequency can be moderated according to the requirement of the experiment so that an assortment of brands of pressure- sensitive films and reaction plates can be well applicable.

Operation steps
- Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch; When the screen shines, the instrument will perform a self-test;
- After the self-test, the screen will display the main interface, which is the program setting interface;
- Corresponding modes can be selected according to film sealing requirements: pressure- sensitive film, 0.1ml tube (0.1ml PCR 8-strip tubes gland mode ), adhesive film , 0.2ml tube (0.2ml PCR 8-strip tubes gland mode );
- Select the mode, place the corresponding adapter, 96-well sealing adapter, 384-well sealing adapter and 8-strip tubes gland adapter;
- Set the icon in the upper right corner to enter the parameter setting interface to modify the rolling times and positions;
- Rolling times (1-99) and Rolling Pressure 1-3 are adjustable.
- Click Save to return to the operation interface;
- Pressure sensitive sealing film and adhesive sealing film: place the prepared sample in the PCR plate, tear off the sealing film and stick it, and then put the PCR plate with the film on the sealer. Note that the wells should be aligned and flat; 8-strip tubes grand: place the prepared sample in the 8-strip tubes, place the 8-strip tube on the film sealer(vertically), and place the tube lid on the 8-strip tubes. Pay attention to the alignment of the tube lid;
- Press start, the film sealer will automatically enter the working chamber and automatically seal the film/ gland according to different working modes;
- After the operation, the film sealer will automatically exits the bin, and the screen displays Finished;
- Take out the PCR plate with the sealed film/ 8-strip tubes with the lid pressed.
Note: If you want to stop the operation and take out the PCR plate when the operation or sample is wrong, touch the switch to stop the operation and touch it again to withdraw the PCR plate from the working chamber.
Warning :Do not touch the PCR plate directly during operation in case of injury or loss of samples.
