  1. Brief of product
    This product mainly use high-quality components such as single-ended UV lamps, air circulation devices, air filters, etc. With built-in single-ended UV sterilization and germicidal module, indoor air is strongly sterilized and effectively purified, and infection or transmission by droplet and aerosol is reduced so that sterilized and disinfected air can be circulated repeatedly indoors. Anytime and anywhere while people are indoors disinfection can be done, which is man-machine symbiosis. Each model by our has the function of ultraviolet disinfection(man-machine symbiosis). Meanwhile, the built-in quality nylon primary filter can be washable and the activated carbon filter and the H13 medical grade HEPA filter can be easily replaced in time. According to requirements in National Health Commission “Disinfection Technical Code Version 2002”, the time for air sterilization should be more than 120min and the power for the UV lamp should be 1.5W/nP so that the natural germicidal rate can reach 90%, and above. Tested by national testing institutions, Each performance of our products complies with national criteria. They are ideal equipment for indoor air sterilization and disinfection.Medical grade H13  fiberglass HEPA filter with its filter grade of PM0.3 can eliminate 99.9% of airborne particles or pollutants while honeycomb activated carbon filter can highly remove formaldehyde with its extra large absorbing specifications.

Daily maintenance

  1. Considering the environment where this machine is used, after it has been used for about 2000 hours please make sure to remove dust on the filter with a brush and restore it to ensure sufficient air volume.
  2. For compulsory maintenance’s sake, please carefully check the disinfection device, air circulation device, air filters, and electric control device to ensure all of them are working normally. Otherwise please replace them whenever necessary.
  3. Long time no use, please plug off and cover the machine with a clean cloth.

Installation and application environment

Do not use anything explosive or volatile chemicals near the machine otherwise, it will cause fire or explosive accidents in case the machine sucks such chemicals.
The machine should be placed far away from the heater, stove, another source of heat, or anywhere there is a hidden danger.

Steps to install the machine

Step Installation Diagram

To install the mounting panel on the solid wall (no pipeline or electric wiring within the wall).Allow≥ 40cm space right of the panel, and allow≥20cm above and left of the panel. The panel is recommended to be near a power source.|
Use a level to locate the panel at the proper level position, make 6  marks by proper holes on the mounting panel with a marker pen, drill compatible holes in the wall according to the size of ribbed plastic wall anchors in the accessory pack, and then fix the mounting panel in place firmly.|

Function and instructions

Sterilization function:
When turning on the sterilization function, at the same time please be sure to turn on the fan and increase air circulation volume which can effectively improve sterilization. Touch the icon for On/Off on the screen panel to turn on the machine.
Touch the icon for air volume to start the fan. Touch the icon for sterilization to start the UV lamp. The sterilization function will continue until the icon for sterilization is touched again to turn off the UV lamp and stop the sterilization function.
Sterilization modes, principles, germicidal microorganism category.
Applicable for air sterilization and disinfection of public areas like houses with people in.

Instructions:
With a built-in UV lamp, this machine can use ultraviolet and filtration as germicidal factors to sterilize airborne bacteria and viruses by the indoor circulation of air sterilization.
Microorganism category sterilized: common bacteria and virus.
Attention:

  1. Do not use the machine beyond the rated sterilization volume and scope.
  2. Notice that the room is airtight when using the machine.
  3. Notice the sanitation status of the object surfaces indoors when using the machine.
  4. Replace the UV lamp if it is damaged or beyond its duration.

User Interface and instructions

A. On/Off: Standby (Green), On (White)
Touch On/Off icon to turn on/off the machine; the Default mode is the manual mode with air volume level 1 after the machine is turned on.
B. Smart/Manual: Manual (White), Smart (Green)
With Manual Mode: air volume can be gauged ed and the UV lamp can be turned on.
With Smart Mode: air volume will be auto-gauged by sensors for PM2.5 and TVOC; UV lamp will be auto-turned on after 5min in Smart Mode and auto-turned off after 30min  in Smart Mode.
C. Air speed: No backlight on the Interface panel except for the Sleep indicator.
D.Timing: Off (White), On (Green)
The machine can be scheduled to auto-turn off in 1-9 hours.
E.Child Lock: On (White)
Touch screen to turn on Child Lock, and touch both Sleep plus Timing for 3 sec to turn off Child Lock. Child Lock can be turned on/off by remote.
F.Air Volume +/-: Air volume can be sequentially adjusted according to the application environment.
G.Sterilization: Off (White), On (Green)
Press ‘Sterilize’ to activate or stop UVC.
