Product Check

• Confirm that you have received the correct model
• Check the appearance of the product to see if there is any damage.
• Test the function of the power station’s input and output connectors.
  Note: It is very important that your new NORNVIN outdoor power station is fully charged by plugging it into a suitable power outlet before use.
  

This product can be equipped with a secondary battery in order to double ,the capacity of the battery. The two are connected through a CP3500 line. When charging, the main battery is charged first and after the main battery is fully charged, it will automatically switch to charging the secondary battery through the CP3500 line.

 The CP3500 connection cable may generate high temperatures while in use. Please do not touch to avoid burns!

1. Power ON method
   When the power supply is in a standby state, press any key.

2. Shut down
   Manually turn off all outputs, and the product will enter standby mode after 30s

3. Idle mode
   The system will stay in active mode when the output is left on with no ports in use or minimal power use (e.g. earplug charging) for 6 hours to prevent possible usage interruption. If no or minimal usage is detected for over 6 hours the system will enter idle mode. In idle mode, if no or minimal current is detected for 30 seconds, the output function will be automatically shut down to preserve the battery. You will have to manually press any key to turn the power back on.

4. Excessive high and low temperatures may affect the battery capacity of the product. The product is designed to be charged/discharged in the temperature range of 0 to 55 /-20 to 55 Celsius, respectively.

5. It is recommended to fully charge the product before first use for a better customer experience.

12V10A RV FUNCTION USAGE METHOD
(Special RV cable is not included and is sold separately)

Wire Specification:

12V/10A Aviation Plug To XT60(Output) X1
12V/10A XT60 To SPC45(0utput) X1

Usage method :

1. Connect the Aviation Plug of the cable to the product with plugs tightly twisted.
2. Turn off all equipment in the RV
3. Connect the other end of the cable (SPC 45) to the fuse box correctly, the red plug is connected to the positive terminal of the RV fuse box, and the black plug is connected to the negative terminal of the RV fuse box
4. Turn on the DC button of the product; see the DC character on the display, which means it is turned on successfully.
5. Turn on the equipment on the RV.
   

Turn off
Manually turn off the DC output and check that the characters of DC are not displayed on the screen, that is the shutdown is successful

Precautions

1. This function can only be used for 12V cars and cannot be used for 24V cars.Otherwise, it may cause
   damage to the product.

2. Please purchase the recommended cable and please do not use private wiring without permission, otherwise it may cause unknown risks such as electric shock, fire. or even explosion

3. The maximum power supported by this function is 320W, Please do not overload or it may cause damage to the product.

START 12V CAR

1. Plug the blue connector of the battery clip into the main unit first and make sure the battery clip indicator is off.
2. Connect the battery clips to the positive and negative poles of the car battery correctly,the red clip to the positive pole (+) of the battery, and the black clip to the negative pole of the battery (-). w
3. Then follow the instructions for the battery clip indicators below:
   

Steady Green Light: It means the connection is correct and the power is on, and it can be used for emergency start

Red Light & Buzzing Sound: It means the positive and negative links are wrong, Please connect it correctly, wait for steady green light, then do the emergency start.

Green Light Fashing: It means the battery voltage is t00 low, Please press the BOOST button, and wait for the steady green light, The start-up operation will be completed within 30 seconds.

No Red/Green Indication Lights and No Buzzing Sound: It means the battery may be completely damaged. Please make sure that the positive and negative poles are connected correctly, then press the BOOST button. After the green light is on, the start-up operation will be completed within 30 seconds

CHARGING METHODS

1. time of approx. 5-8 seconds.

2. Solar panel charging: Fully charged in approx. 3-4 hours (charging time depends on the sunlight
   intensity) with a charge start time of approx. 5-8 seconds. We recommend choosing the 200W solar panel to charge the PB76M portable power station for maximum performance and safety. The PB76M supports a maximum of two 200W solar panels to be connected in parallel (CANNOT be connected in series). The PB76M has an input limit of 400W, 30V-60V, 15A MAX. If you choose a universal third- party solar panel, please make sure the current and voltage comply with PB76M DC input specifications (30V-60V, 15A MAX). The PB76M does not come with free repair services for any damage to the product caused by operation of third- party solarpanels.

3. Car charging: Fully charged in approx. 12-13 hours. The above data comes from a professional lab. The test data may vary due to the test environment, usage method, usage area, and other factors. This test data is for reference only.

Can the product be taken on board a plane?

Answer: No. This product is a lithium battery product. According to the international air transport standard regulations, the capacity of carrying lithium battery products cannot exceed 100WH

Answer: This product uses an air-cooling system. When the fan is working normally, it will make a slight noise, which is a normal phenomenon!

Why is the device power of the equipment within the rated output power

range of the product but cannot be used?

Answer A: The battery of the product is low and needs to be charged; Answer B: The peak power used by some equipment is greater than the highest peak power of this product or the nominal power of the equipment is greater than the actual continuous power of this product. It is recommended to choose our higher power product.

Will the charger be damaged due to heat during use?

Answer: When the charger is in normal use, it is normal to have slight heat; if the heat is very serious, it is recommended to stop using the charger immediately and contact the after-sales service.

Is it possible to give a car an emergency start?

Answer: It can start a 12V car. A. Correctly connect the battery clip to the positive and negative poles of the car battery; the red clip is connected to the positive pole (+) of the battery, and the black clip is connected to the negative pole (-) of the battery. B. Ensure that the green light on the start status indicator is on and turn the vehicle ignition to START. I3 After the car starts, immediately remove the battery clip.

MAIN TROUBLESHOOTING

PRODUCT SAFETY GUIDELINES

Product use:

1. Do not expose the PB76M to any liquid. Keep the PB76M away from rain or any liquid. Do not drop the PB76M into the water. If the battery in the PB76M comes into contact with water, it may cause chemical decomposition of the battery. This may cause the battery to catch fire or explode.

2. Never use NON-PB76M batteries.PB76M takes no responsibility for any damage caused by non- PB76M batteries.

3. Never use or charge swollen, leaky, or damaged batteries. If your battery is abnormal, contact PB76M
   support or an PB76M authorized dealer for further assistance.

4. DO NOT use the batteries in strong electrostatic or electromagnetic environments. Otherwise, the
   battery control board may malfunction and cause a serious accident during use.

5. Never disassemble or pierce the product in any way. Otherwise, it may leak, catch on fire, or explode.

6. DO NOT use the product if it was involved in a crash or a heavy bump.

7. If the product falls into the water during use, take the product out immediately and put it in a safe and
   open area. Keep a safe distance from it until it is completely dry. Never use it again and dispose of it
   properly as described in the Battery Disposal section below. If the product catches fire, it is recommended to use fire extinguishing equipment in the following order: water or water mist, sand, fire blanket, dry powder, carbon dioxide fire extinguisher.

8. DO NOT put the machine in a microwave oven or in a pressurized container.

9. DO NOT insert pins, wires, or other metal pieces into the device case, outlets, or controls. Metal
   pieces may short-circuit the product.

10. Avoid collision. DO NOT place heavy objects on the machine.

11. If there is dirt on any plug or outlet surface, use a dry cloth to clean it. Otherwise, it will cause abrasion and result in energy loss or inability to charge.

WARNINGS

Product Charging:

1. 1. Always use PB76M approved charging cables.PB76M takes no responsibility for any damage caused by using a non-PB76M charging cable.
2. When charging, please place the product on the ground with no flammable or combustible materials around. To prevent accidents, never leave the machine unattended during charging
3. DO NOT charge a product immediately after a long, heavy load, because the product’s temperature may be too high. DO NOT charge a product until it cools down to room temperature. The product may be unable to charge out of the temperature range 32°F to 131°F (0 to 55°C). The ideal charging tempera ture range is 71°F to 82°F (22°C to 28°C).

Product Storage and Transportation:

1. Keep the product out of the reach of children. If any children accidentally swallow parts, please go to a doctor immediately.
2. If a low-battery warning appears, charge the battery before storing it. Otherwise, long-term storage may cause damage to the battery in the product. Batteries in the product will enter hibernation mode if they are depleted and stored for a long time. Recharging the product can bring the battery out of hibernation.
3. DO NOT place the product near a heat source, such as a car in direct sunlight, a fire source, or a heating stove
4. Store the product in dry environments, DO NOT place the product where it may contact water.
5. Make sure no small metal objects can fall on or around the product while in storage.
6. Never transport a product with a battery power level higher than 30%.

Battery Disposal:

1. Dispose of the product in specific recycling boxes only after a complete discharge. Batteries are hazardous chemicals. Please strictly follow your local regulations regarding battery disposal and recycling.
2. Dispose of the product immediately if it cannot be powered on after over-discharging.

SERIAL AND PARALLEL CONNECTION (Professional Solution)

Users can connect up to 2 sets of PB76M 200W solar panels in parallel as shown in the figure. The parallel connection cable is included in the accessories box.

Warnings and Precautions

1. Please read the manual carefully before using this product

2. Please do not use the product with other electronic products beyond the product specifications to avoid
   electric shock and product damage.

3. Do not use the product with broken or damaged output cables or plug terminals to avoid electric shock and product damage

4. Please keep the product dry—do not place it in water or wet places—to avoid electric shock and product damage.

5. Do not insert foreign objects into the input and output ports to avoid damage to the product

6. Please keep the product in a well-ventilated condition.

7. Please avoid dropping the product from a high place.

8. Do not use product in too high or too low-temperature environments, which may lead to product function failure, shortened life, or damage.

9. Do not expose the product to fire or temperatures higher than 60 degrees, as this may lead to fire, explosion, and other safety accidents.

10. Do not expose the product to rain, snow, frost, grease, and other harsh environments, which may cause the product to fail, shorten its life, or be damaged.

11. Do not attempt to disassemble the product or allow non-professional technicians to do so, as this may result in unknown risks such as electric shock, fire, or even explosion.

12. When not in use for a long time, please charge the product every 1 or 2 months to prevent insufficient electricity.

13. Please keep away from children to reduce the possible risks.

14. Under extreme conditions, battery leakage may occur. If leakage accidentally comes into contact with hands or other exposed parts of the body, rinse immediately with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, flush eyes with cold water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.

15. Dispose of lithium battery products in accordance with local regulations at the end of the product’s life.
