Product Description

Thank you for your purchase Ceviept fan. In order to ensure safe usage, please hire a professional electrician to install a ceiling fan with light. Please read the following
instructions carefully before installation.

Installation Step

• Connect white wire out from receiver to Neutral wire of your household.
• Connect the black wire from the receiver to Live wire of your household.
• Connect the yellow-green wire on the fan to your home’s ground wire.

Caution:

To avoid shocking danger, make sure the circuit breakers to the outlet box and associated wall switch location off, no wire you will touch runs electricity through. Please be
equipped with full personal protection before installation.

Note:

(The fan can only be controlled by remote. Keep the antenna exposed while installation for better-receiving signals.)

Remote Control Instruction

Ceviept Remote Control Instruction:

Normally, the pairing of Transmitter and Receiver is not required, for each receiver is only matched to the remote controller attached. However, when you power up the
remote control can’t control the fan, you can try coded pairing, method is in troubleshooting.

(The remote control is in the independent placement area of the Poly Dragon foam. If it is not on the front, it is likely to be on the reverse.)

Trouble Shooting

Fan noise:

• Check whether all fan screws are fastened,
• Check whether there is friction between the deflectorand frame. Solution: Screw the cap to adjust the deflector, ensure it at the right position and level without friction.

Fan not function:

•  Check if there is any problem with the wire connection (Live and Neutral). Solution: Connect loose wire firmly, ensure the Live and Neutral wire be correct.
•  Check the fan power supply voltage is normal.

NOTE:

If there is a wall switch, the switch only controls the light. Fan only can be controlled by the remote controller when the wall switch is on

Light not function:

•  Light source failed Solution: Ensure there is power to your light, and wires are well connected. If still have a problem, contact us.

Fan and light are not function:

1). Coded pairing

Solution:
After the fan is powered back on at immediately press and hold the (pairing code) button for seconds, the indicator light and fan light flash at the same time, indicating that the pairing is successful.
