Grilling Recommendations
PREHEAT
If the grill surfaces aren’t hot enough, food will stick, and you will likely
never have a chance of searing properly or developing those handsome grill
marks.
KEEP IT CLEAN
Putting food onto the grill surface before it has been cleaned is never a good
idea. Food remnants acts like glue, binding it to the grill and your new food.
To avoid tasting yesterday’s supper on today’s breakfast, make sure you are
cooking on a clean grilling surface.
FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS
Before using the Authentik™ brand BuzzyGrill make sure that everything you
need is within arm’s reach. Don’t forget your essential cooking tools, prepped
food, glazes or sauces, and clean cooking platters for cooked food. Having to
run back to the camper, tent, or cooler not only means missing out on the fun,
but could also result in burning your food.
FREEDOM TO MOVE
Packing too much food onto the grill restricts your flexibility. Leave at
least onequarter of the grill clear, with plenty of space between each food
item, in order to get your tools in there and move the food around. Food is
better on the grill than on the ground, so give yourself space to work.
