Product Information

The FLEXEO 3V Series is a range of static heat recovery units designed for residential and light commercial installations. The series includes two models, FLEXEO BP FL 3V with a cable remote control and FLEXEO BP RD 3V with a radio frequency remote control. The units are highly flexible and can be configured in multiple ways using independent modules. The FLEXEO series is manufactured by Soler & Palau.

Dimensions

The dimensions of the heat recovery module FLEXEO BP (with bypass) are 1372mm x 691mm x 206mm. The fan modules are 691mm x 253mm x 99mm. The maximum airflow at 100Pa is 210 m3/h and the maximum efficiency is 94%.

Technical Characteristics

The FLEXEO BP FL 3V and FLEXEO BP RD 3V models have air connections of 125mm and operate at a voltage of 230V. The absorbed power is 100W and the maximum efficiency is 94%. The sound pressure at 3m distance is between 15.5 to 43 dB(A), depending on the frequency.

Mounting Flexibility

The FLEXEO series can be installed in single dwellings or multi-dwelling blocks. The independent modules allow for multiple configurations to suit specific applications.

Installation in Single Dwellings

The different parts of the unit, including fans and exchangers, can be installed in different areas to improve performance and reduce noise. The following areas are recommended for installation:

• Loft
• Ceiling voids
• Heated rooms (corridor, bathroom, dining room)
• Non-heated rooms (garage, laundry room)

Refer to the example installation diagram provided in the user manual for guidance.

Mounting Accessories

The FLEXEO series can be fitted with various mounting accessories including:

• KIT M5/G4 FLEXEO replacement kit of M5 and G4 filters
• BARJ BARP self-adjusting calibrated extraction valves
• BDOP supply and extraction valve
• RDR self-adjusting damper (50-250 Pa) that fits inside the duct and maintains constant airflow
• GPR-ISO insulated rigid duct
• RD BP specific low-pressure (20-100 Pa) and self-adjusting damper with a sleeve to fit directly into the duct. 80mm diameter.
• Airflow: 15 or 30 m3/h.

FLEXEO 3V Series

Heat recovery unit with high-efficiency heat exchanger up to 94%. Its main feature is the possibility to be adapted to all configurations. The construction with independent modules allows high flexibility and several fitting options. It can be mounted on the floor and on the ceiling. On the wall, it can be mounted in vertical or horizontal position. Its low profile (300 mm) allows fitting into a false ceiling. It can be equipped with a 100% bypass, maintaining its low profile. To ensure good air quality, is equipped with a F5 filter on the inlet side and, to protect the core, a G4 on the extraction side. With its remote control, it is possible to manage the boost function, the bypass, and the filter reset alarm.
