If you are receiving an error in the BISSELL Connect App, follow the steps
below to resolve:
Air Sensor Error
- On machine 999 may show and fan speed may be high
- There is an error with the machine’s PM 2.5 sensor
- Turn off and unplug the machine
- Remove and clean sensor screen & sensor > Go to Cleaning Sensors
- Plug machine back in and turn machine on > Has this resolved the error?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
- No > Contact Us
Filter Life Expired
- On machine F1/F2 will be blinking
- The filters are at 0% life remaining
- Please replace Carbon & HEPA filter and vacuum the front fabric panel to ensure optimal air filtration
- After replacing the filters, reset the filter life by holding down the button on the machine for 3-5 seconds, or in the BISSELL Connect App > Has this resolved the error?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
- No > Contact Us
My connected BISSELL AirCare machine no longer shows up in the BISSELL Connect App
Note: More than one person in a household can have access to the machine through logging into the BISSELL Connect App with the same account
