SUNCO Mushroom Lampshade Ceiling Light
Product Information: LED Ceiling Lights
The LED Ceiling Lights are designed to provide efficient and long-lasting lighting for your home or office space. The lights are available with two different shades – Square Lampshade and Mushroom Lampshade. The lights come with a Mounting Strap (#4), Mounting Screws (#6), Outlet Box Screws (#5), and Wire Connector (#2). The lights are easy to install and come with detailed installation instructions.
Product Usage Instructions: LED Ceiling Lights Installation
Before installing or servicing the LED Ceiling Lights, it’s important to disconnect the power supply. Follow the steps below for a safe and successful installation:

Screw the two Mounting Screws (#6) into the Mounting Strap (#4).

Mount the Mounting Strap (#4) to the Outlet Box(#3) using the two Outlet Box Screws (#5). Make sure the heads of the Mounting
Screws (#6) are facing outside when the Mounting Strap(#4) is attached to the Outlet Box(#3). -
Connect the ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire from the Outlet Box (#3).

Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire (neutral) from the Outlet Box (#3) using the Wire Connector (#2).

Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire (hot) from the Outlet Box (#3) using the Wire Connector (#2).

Attach the Square Lampshade or Mushroom Lampshade to the fixture.

Turn on the power supply and test the lights.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE FIND A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN FOR INSTALLATION. Please read the instructions before you install and use the luminaire.
- GENERAL: ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL AND NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE (N.E.C.) STANDARDS. IF YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH PROPER ELECTRICAL WIRING CONNECTIONS OBTAIN THE SERVICES OF A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. REMOVE THE TRIM FROM THE BOX AND MAKE SURE THAT NO PARTS ARE MISSING.
- WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. LED Retrofit Kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician.
- WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. Install this kit only in luminaires that have the construction features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire
- Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation
- WARNING – To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects
- Risk of Electric Shock: Disconnect power or circuit breaker before installing or servicing.
WARNING DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING.
- Screw the two Mounting Screws (#6) into the Mounting Strap (#4).
- Mount the Mounting Strap (#4) to the Outlet Box(#3) using the two Outlet Box Screws (#5). Make sure the heads of the Mounting Screws (#6) are facing outside when the Mounting Strap(#4) is attached to the Outlet Box(#3).
- Connect the ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire from the Outlet Box (#3). Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire(neutral wire) from the Outlet Box (#3). Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire (live wire) from the Outlet Box (#3). Cover the connections using the Wire Connectors (#2). Wrap the wire connections with electrical tape for a more secure connection. Position the wires back inside the Outlet Box (#3). Note: If you have electrical questions, consult your local electrical code for approved grounding methods.
- Place the Canopy (#1) over the Outlet Box(#3). Allow the heads of the Mounting Screws (#6) to come out through the large ends of the keyholes of the Canopy (#1). Twist the Canopy (#1) until the heads of the Mounting Screws (#6) slide into the narrow ends of the keyholes. Screw the Mounting Screws (#6) to secure the Canopy (#1).
- Before completing installation, please cover the lampshade on the corresponding rotary buttons position of the chassis, and lock the lampshade according to the arrow direction.
- Installation is complete. Turn on the power at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
