The EC-RF620 Dual-channel RFID controller is a product of EC-LINK Automation (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. It is a compact device with dimensions of 132X87X35mm and has a protection level of IP67. Product Usage Instructions

The EC-RF620 Dual-channel RFID controller can be used in various applications such as access control systems, inventory management systems, and asset tracking systems. To use the device, follow the steps below:

  1. Mount the device using the DIN Guide rail installation kit or wall set.
  2. Connect the power supply to the POWER interface using the M12-A 4-pin connector.
  3. Connect the device to the network using the LAN interface and the M12-D 4-pin connector.
  4. Connect the antennas to the ANT1/ANT2 interfaces using the SMA connector. Only connect the antennas required to be used. Unconnected antenna, the software does not open, otherwise no-load may damage the reader!
  5. Connect input/output devices to the IO interfaces using the M12-A 12-pin connector. The interface definition is as follows:
    • IN1: Input1
    • IN2: Input2
    • IN3: Input3
    • IN4: Input4
    • OUT1: Output1
    • OUT2: Output2
    • RS232-RXD: RS232 Receive Data
    • RS232-TXD: RS232 Transmit Data
    • RS232-GND: RS232 Ground
    • RS485A: RS485 A
    • RS485B: RS485 B
    • Power source GND
  6. The device has 3 LED display lights that indicate the device’s status:
    • Red light bright: The device power is ON.
    • Blue light bright: Represents data upload (read to tag). No bright means that there is no data upload.
    • Greenlight bright: Indicates receiving data. No light indicates that no data is received.
