Product Information
The product is a VHGVACIND0436 model slicer with a rated power of 150W. It operates on a voltage and frequency of 220-240V~, 50/60Hz and has a single speed setting. Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the appliance for the first time, clean all parts that come into contact with food.
- Place the slicer on a flat surface in a dry environment.
- Ensure that the safety button is engaged before turning on the slicer.
- Adjust the thickness of the slice using the dial for thickness adjustment.
- Place the item to be sliced on the sliding table and use the piece holder to secure it in place.
- Move the sliding table back and forth to slice the item.

BEFORE USE
- Clean all parts that come into contact with food before using the appliance.
USAGE
- Place the appliance on a flat and dry surface. The person using the appliance should operate the buttons with the left hand and the food pusher with the right hand. Plug the appliance into the mains.
- Unfold the platform (9). Install the sliding table (6). Place the piece holder (7) on the sliding table (6).
- Move the sliding table (6) back and forth a few times to ensure proper movement.
- Select the required slice thickness from 0-15mm. Turn the dial (10) clockwise for thicker slices or counterclockwise for thinner slices.
- Place the food to be sliced on the sliding table, and press it lightly against the thickness guide (5) using the piece holder.
- Press and hold the safety button (2), and press the on/off button (3). The blade will start rotating.
- Move the sliding table (6) back and forth to slice the food. Always keep your right hand’s fingers to the right of the piece holder.
- When finished, release the on/off button and then the safety button.
TIPS
- To slice meats wafer thin, chill thoroughly for 2-4 hours in freezer before slicing.
- When slicing warm boneless roasts, remove from oven and let set 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
- Cold cuts keep longer and retain flavor if sliced as needed.
- Foods with an uneven texture-like fish and thin steaks- are often difficult to slice. Partially freeze before slicing.
- The appliance can also slice food items like carrots or potatoes into thin slices for chips.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a paper towel or a soft cloth. It should not be washed in a dishwasher.
- Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will damage the finish.
- Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
- The blade can be taken off by turning the blade-locking knob. CAUTION! The blade is very sharp. After having cleaned the blade, turn the knob counter-clockwise to lock the blade.
- Dry all parts well before storage.
