  • Do not expose the product to rain or strong sunlight for a long time.
  • After receiving and unpacking the product, please put it upright and static for 6 hours or more before use. Do not put cans, beer bottles, etc. in the refrigerator a long time for freezing, prevent burst.

Basic Introduction and Operation Skills

  1. Please use the refrigerator in a well-ventilated position, which is good for heat dissipation. Especially, the compressor is located in rear of the refrigerator, please leave at least one 200mm space from the compressor side, and about 100mm from the other.
  2. Do not leave the cover open for a long time. The difference between the inside and outside temperature will adversely affect the cooling effect,so defrost regularly.
  3. Do not clean the refrigerator under running water.
  4. Do not use the refrigerator near heat source, which is harmful to the performance and the efficiency of refrigeration.
  5. Please use the refrigerator on a flat surface instead of a greatly sloping surface for a long time, which may affect the performance of the refrigerator.

Operation Instructions

  • Temperature control range : -20’C~20’C
  • Temperature display range : -20’C~20’C
  • Voltage display range : 0V ~35V
  1. Switch operation of the power:
    Connect the refrigerator to the appropriate power source using the DC power wire or the AC adapter. Press the ” ” power button for 3 seconds. Then the display screen is on and the system enters testing status. After testing, the screen will display the current temperature in the refrigerator. The refrigerating mode will begin to work in a while, and status indicator LED is on in the meantime. (In order to protect the compressor, it is provided with a protection function of time delay start, and the default time is 3 minutes.); Press the” ” power button for 3 seconds to turn off the refrigerating mode. Then all the control outputs stop, the display screen is off, and the status indicator LED goes out.

  2. Temperature adjustment:
    Press “ ” and “ ” to set the temperature you want. “ ” lowers the temperature, while “ ” raises the temperature. 5 seconds after setting the temperature, the figure on the screen will not flicker any more. Then the real time temperature in the current refrigerator is shown, and the settings are completed.

  3. Operation modes switching:
    Press the ” ” button to switch between ECO (energy saving mode) and MAX (rapid refrigerating mode). Then the corresponding indicator LED of the selected mode is on.

  4. ECO mode : The power consumption is reduced effectively under this mode, thus refrigerating to the needed temperature in the most energy-saving condition;

  5. MAX mode : The rapid refrigerating mode can cool down the internal temperature of the refrigerator, but it consumes more energy.

  6. Low voltage battery protection function:
    This product is configured with automatic battery protection function in case of low voltage. If the DC power voltage drops to a cut-off value, the compressor will be automatically turned off and the “Er1″ error code will appear on the display screen. Long press” ” for 3 seconds,battery protection will switch between “High”,”Med” and “Low”. Under the turn off state, long press “V”and “S’for 6 seconds to enter the factory setting. All the parameters will be set according to the factory setting. See below table of parameters
    Note : If your refrigerator enters into the battery protection ahead of time, it is possibly because that the supply voltage is too low, protection value is set too high, or the DC wire is inappropriate and can/not supply enough current.

  7. Change the opening direction of the cover(only for KE25,KE30,KE40,KE50,KE75)  First, open the cover and place a soft brace at the back of the cover. Unscrew the zipper and the hinge of the cover with a cross screwdriver. Then reinstall them according to the arrows shown in the following image.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The power supply should always remain disconnected when cleaning. Clean the inside and outside of the refrigerator with clean cloth. Do not clean directly under the running water,you can also use some baking soda dissolved in warm water to clean and scrub.
When the refrigerator will be out of use for a long time, clean it and place it in a flat position.

Error Code Instructions

When the compressor, module, fan, temperature sensor do not work normally, and the input voltage is too low, an error code will appear on the display screen and the compressor will stop working. When the error is removed, then the inside temperature will be displayed again. After 3 minutes, the compressor will begin to work.

Error Code Problem Description Solution
Er0 Temperature sensor damage Check or change the temperature sensor
Er1 Input voltage is too low Check the input voltage and adjust the battery

protection level
Er2| Overcurrent protection| Check the cooling fan
Er3| Protection for abnormal start of compressor| Disconnect the power supply and turn on after 30 minutes
Er4| Protection for abnormal speed of compressor| Adjust operation mode of the compressor(MAX/ECO)
Er5| Module temperature is too high| Move the refr erator to a well-ventilate area
Er9| Temperature sensor circuit is open| Check if the sensor head inlet is loose

Troubleshooting

If the product doesn’t work properly, please check:

  1. whether the power inlet is connected;
  2. whether the voltage supply is too low;
  3. whether any of connections are loose;
  4. the fuse;
  5. whether the refrigerator is switched on;
  6. whether the temperature sett too high.

If the refrigeration performance is inferior:

  1. too much food is placed in the fridge;
  2. the temperature of the food is too high;
  3. the cover is not properly closed;
  4. the cover seal (sealing ring) is damaged;
  5. the ventilation is not well around the refrigerator;
  6. the ambient temperature is too high;
  7. the temperature setting is not proper.

If you can hear the sound of water flowing in the refrigerator:
This is normal due to the flow of refrigeration agent.

If the noise is loud when the refrigerator starts:

  1. check if the refrigerator is placed on a flat horizontal surface;
  2. check if there is vibration around the product;
  3. When the compressor starts to work, the motor runs from standstill to high speed, making its sound a little bit louder, which is a normal phenomenon.
