IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

  • Please read all instruction manuals before use and save it for future reference.

  • For home use only. Do not use it for industrial or commercial purposes.

  • Oiling of the inner mechanism is not needed.

  • Do not shock the scale with sudden loading or striking.

  • Do not overload the scale.

  • Do not use it outdoors or in damp areas.

  • Never try to repair this appliance by yourself.
    In case of failure, contact the nearest seller.

  • If the product has been exposed to temperatures below 0ºC for some time it should be kept at room temperature for at least 2 hours before turning it on.

  • The manufacturer reserves the right to introduce minor changes to the product design without prior notice, unless such changes influence significantly the product safety, performance, and functions.

  • The manufacturing date is indicated on the unit and/or on packing as well as in accompanying documents in the following format XX.XXXX where the first two figures XX is the month of production, and the following four figures XXXX is the year of production.
    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS START TO USE

  • Scale is intended for weighing products and ingredients for cooking.

  • Open the battery compartment on the back side of the scale. Remove the safety film. The scale is ready for operation.

  • Place the scale on a hard and flat surface instead of the soft carpets. If the scale is not stable, an incorrect weight will be displayed or “UnSГ” will be shown in the LCD display. WEIGHING

  • Press the button.

  • Wait a few seconds until the display will show “0”, , .

  • The triangle symbol shows that the weight can be read and the goods to be weighed can be placed on the weighing area. The   symbol shows that the scale is ready to perform weight measurements.

  • Place the item to be weighed onto the glass surface of the scale. As soon as the scale has read the weight, the triangle symbol shows up in the LCD display. Read the weight in the LCD display.
    «TARE» FUNCTION

  • Switch on the scale using the ON/OFF button.
    The triangle   symbol, symbol, and weight measurement unit (e.g. “g”) are then shown in the LCD display.

  • Put the container for the ingredients on the scale. The scale weighs the weight of the container. As soon as the weight has been recorded, the triangle symbol and the weight symbol appear in the

  • LCD display. Touch the tare button to set the scale at “0”. The triangle symbol, symbol, and weight symbol appear in the LCD display. Now the ingredients can be weighed

  • Put an ingredient into the container. As soon as the scale has measured the weight, the triangle symbol and the weight symbol appear on the LCD display. Read the weight in the LCD display.

  • Touch the tare button again to set the scale back to “0”. Add the next ingredient to the container.

  • Proceed in this manner until all ingredients have been put in the container.

  • If the tare weight is more than 750 g and the tare button is touched, the tare symbol is displayed in the LCD display. UNIT

  • The default scale is set to the units of grams (g). To change the pound: ounce (lb: oz), milliliters, press the « » the right amount of time. AUTOMATIC SWITCHING OFF

  • If the display shows “0” or the same weight reading for 3 minutes, the scale will automatically turn off. OVERLOAD INDICATOR

  • When the scale is overloaded, the display shows “0-Ld”.
    BATTERY REPLACING

  • Replace the battery when the display shows «EEE». MAINTENANCE AND CARE

  • Wipe the scale with a soft cloth and cleaner, and then dry it.

  • Do not use any organic solvents, aggressive chemicals, and abrasives.
    STORAGE

  • Complete all requirements of chapter
    MAINTENANCE AND CARE.

  • Do not put anything on the bathroom scale when not in use.

  • Keep the scale in a dry cool place. BATTERIES USAGE RULES

  • A battery contains harmful substances for the human body. Keep the wrapping materials out of reach of children (choking hazard). The person, who swallowed a battery, should immediately consult a doctor.

  • Change the batteries regularly. Change all batteries at once using the elements of the same type

  • It is forbidden to recharge or restore batteries in another manner, disassemble them, or

  • The battery must be inserted in the correct polarity.

  • A discharged battery can be a reason for scale breakdown. Remove the batteries compartment in case of long out-of-action time.

  • Do not throw the batteries into the fire! Highly explosive!

  • Do not short-circuit the power clamps.

**** The symbol on the unit, packing materials, and/or documentation means used electrical and electronic units and the batteries should not be tossed in the garbage with ordinary household garbage. These units should be passed to a special receiving point. For additional information about the actual system of garbage collection address the local authority.
