TRANSMISSION
When the machine is fixed on a tractor, check the cardan length. If it is too long, we can’t cut the outer protection, and then take good care to file it in the work position, the tube must go into each other at least 150mm (below), check when the tool is mounted on the tractor.
Check the condition and installation of the transmission (cardan) by a specialized worker. Always change any damaged protection, and attach the 2 channels of the protector, it should never turn to work.
When you attach the machine to the tractor, always put the pins to the axes of coupling, and change them if they are in poor condition.
When attaching the cardan, make sure it is blocked at both ends by locks when you hook the machine to the tractor. The protections of the cardan must be in perfect condition and immobile during rotation, use the chain provided by security, when the protections are damaged, replace them quickly.
When the machine is stopped, unhooked from the tractor, use the chain of additional universal joint so that it does not rest on the ground. When fixing the universal joint, ensure that it is blocked.
