INTRODUCTION
Thank you/or choosing this cooker hood.
- This instruction manual is designed to provide you with all required instructions related to the installation, use and maintenance of the appliance.
- In order to operate the unit correctly and safely, please read this instruction manual carefully before installation and usage.
SAFETY PRECAUTION
- Never let the children operate the machine.
- The cooker hood is for home use only, not suitable for barbecue, roast shop, and other commercial purpose.
- Clean the cooker hood according to the instruction manual and keep the unit from the danger of burning. There is a fire risk if cleaning is not carried out in accordance with the instructions.
- Please keep the kitchen room at good convection before connecting this appliance; Please check that the power supply cord is undamaged. A damaged supply cord must be replaced by qualified service personnel only.
- Regulations concerning the discharge of air have to be fulfilled.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above also the persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. &CAUTION: Accessible parts may become hot when used with a cooking appliance. Electrical Shock Hazard Only plugs this unit into a properly earthed outlet. If you have doubts, seek advice from a suitably qualified engineer.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare for installation:
DUCTED OPTION
a.If you have an outlet to the outside, your cooker hood can be connected as above picture by means of an pipe (with an interior diameter of 150mm). If you don’t have an outlet to the outside, you can go with recirculation mode by using carbon filter.
- Before installation, turn the unit off and unplug it from the outlet.
- The cooker hood should be placed at a distance of650~750 mm above the cooktop for the best effect .
No open flames directly approach to the range hood.
T-SHAPED AIR OUTLET INSTALLATION METHOD
- Place the T shaped air outlet bracket underneath the inner chimney bracket and fix the T shaped outlet on the T-shape outlet bracket with 2pcs screws. (See pie 1)
- Fix the pipe.
- Tight up the screw from two side of chimney to fix the T-shape outlet after installing the chimney. (See pie 2)
- Choose suitable adjustment according to the size of chimney and fix the adjustment with ST4*8 screws. (See pie 3)
AIR OUTLET INSTALLATION METHOD
- Installation method/or 150mm
- diameter pipe: insert the one-way -valve as the pie and fix the pipe.
- Attention: The bump of the oneway-value must be upward. Installation method/or 120mm diameter pipe: insert the damper as the picture and fix the converter before placing the duct. The pipe near the air outlet need to be fully extended.
WALL MOUNTING INSTALLATION
- Prepare pencil, electric drill, plastic wall anchors, and level before installation. Recommended installation height:700mm Required minimum installation height: 650mm
- Drill 3 x 8mm holes to accommodate the bracket. Screw and tighten the hook onto the wall with the screws & plastic wall anchors provided.
- Lift the cooker hood and hang onto the wall hook.
- Need to drill 2x8mm extra holes &fixing screws & plastic wall anchors before installation.
- Mark down the position and drill 2 holes for each chimney bracket and tighten the bracket with screws.
Note
The longer bracket is the upper chimney bracket . Put the upper chimney into the lower chimney. Then pulling out the upper chimney upwards. Adjust to reach the height required. There are 2 methods for installing the chimney cover. Please check the attached pie for reference.
- After drilling the 2 holes and fixing the bracket, hang the chimney cover by matching both side lock.(Pics)
- After drilling the 2 holes and fixing the bracket, install the chimney cover by locking it with 2 screws in both side holes. (Pic2)
ISLAND MODEL INSTALLATION
Position the hanging plate on the ceiling and then mark the position of the screw holes. The hanging plate should be securely fixed to the ceiling. (1) 6expansion bolts for cement ceiling. (2) 11 ST4x30 screws for the wooden ceiling. Fix the angle bars to the mounting plate, using the 8M5x10 screws. Extend the angle bars to the required height and then fix them in position using the 16 M5xl 0 screws and nuts with metal washers.
IMPORTANT: The angle bars must have an overlap of AT LEAST 100 mm.
If your cooker hood is going to be used in extraction mode, then you should connect the ducting hose to the ceiling adaptor at this point. Fix the upper chimney section to the hanging plate, using the 4 xself tapping screws. Slide the lower chimney section onto the angle bars and raise it until it sits just below the upper chimney section.
IMPORTANT:
This stage of the installation process MUST be completed by two people.
IMPORTANT: The J6xM5 screws MUST be securely tightened.
Remove the hanging hook and then slide the lower chimney section downwards, until it rests against the main body of the cooker hood.
SLIM MODEL INSTALLATION
Two methods of ventilation (A&B)
Vertical ventilation:
Method A: connect the 120mm air outlet to the top vent of the slim hood.
Method B: cover the top vent of the slim hood with the outlet cover
provided and remove the back square metal plate with the tool.
Two ways for installation(A &B)
Way A (Wall mounted):
According to the center distance of the hole in the back of the slim hood,
measure the position and then drill 2pcs of 08mm holes on the wall. Insert the
plastic wall anchors into each hole and tighten 2pcs ST4x3O screws into the
plastic wall anchors. Place the slim hood onto the tightened screws. Fix the
cooker hood with a safety screw. The two safety screw vents are positioned on
the back casing, with a diameter of 6mm. Put the one-way valve onto the hood
to finish the installation.
Way B (Cabinet only):
Measure the position and drill 4 holes of 6mm diameter into the bottom of the
cabinet and cut the vent hole in the cabinet. Align the slim hood to the hole
in the bottom of the cabinet and screw in with 4 pcs ST4x3O screws as in the
picture.
- The extensible pipe are an optional accessory, not supplied.
- Take off protection film before installation.
- There are 2 methods for ventilation, including horizontal ventilation and vertical ventilation. Please pay attention to the ventilation method when installing.
Air ventilation setting
Outdoor exhausting: Turn the adjuster to the outdoor position, install
the outlet, turn on the cooker hood, then the air will be vented from the
outside outlet.
Recycling: The recycling mode with carbon filter, Turn the adjuster to indoor position, install the outlet cover, turn on the cooker hood, then the air can be vented from the
inside outlet.
WARNING: The charcoal cannot be washed or recycled. It should be changed at most after 120 hours using. The carbon filter shouldn’t be exposed to heat.
TELESCOPIC MODEL INSTALLATION
Two ways/or installation(A &B)
WayA:
To install onto the wall drill 2 holes of 08mm in a suitable place according
to the center distance of the hole in the back of the cooker hood. Insert the
nut into the holes. Insert the screws into the nuts and tighten them. Put the
cooker hood onto the tightened screws. Fix the cooker hood with a safety
screw. The two safety vents are positioned on the back casing, with a diameter
of 6mm. Put the one-way valve onto the cooker hood.
WayB:
Drill 4 holes of 6mm diameter at the bottom of the hanging cupboard . Put the
one-way valve on the cooker hood, then install the cooker hood on the bottom
of the hanging cupboard, and tighten the hood with enclosed 4 screws.
The extensible pipe is an optional accessory, not supplied. Note 2. Take off protection film before installation.
BUILT-IN MODEL INSTALLATION
Before installation, check and make a hole in your kitchen cabinet in the appropriate size to.fit the hood (52cm/72cm).The width of the cabinet shall not Note be less than 260mm and 50mm space shall be reserved at the two ends of the opening. (As picture) Remove the filter and loosen 2 pcs screws per left/right panel side, disconnect the lamp and switch connector, and then put the panel away. (As picture)
- Fix the product body into the cabinet with 12 pcs screws.
- connect the lamp and switch wire and fix the panel on the body and tighten 2pcs screws per left and right side, finally install the filter.
LAMP MODEL INSTALLATION
Method l(jor wooden ceiling): Fix the hanger on the wooden ceiling by
using 4 pcs ST430 screws.
Method 2(jor cement ceiling): Fix the hanger on the cement ceiling by
using 4 pcs M650 antiknock screws. After fixing the hanger on the ceiling,
then fix the hanger cover on a hanger by using 4pcs ST4* 12 screws
- Put one end of the wire rope into the telescopic tension head of the hanger, and the wire rope will be fixed tightly.
- Press the telescopic tension head thus you can adjust the length of the wire rope. Put the other end of the wire rope into the telescopic tension head of the hood body, and adjust the length of the wire rope to keep the hood horizontal.
LIFT MODEL INSTALLATION
- Disassemble 2pcs supporter (4pcs M412) and 1 pc wire-storage box from the hood (6pcs ST3 12).
- Measure the cooktop size and make sure it has enough space to put into the product and panel should fix the cooktop surface.
- After putting the product into the cooktop, fix the supporter on the body with screws and adjust the position according to ground height.
- Remove the 4 pcs screws that fix the cabinet in the product, connect the relevant wires, and use the screws that fix the cover of the electric control box to fix the cover of the electric control box again. Fix the cabinet with 4pcs screws on the product.
- Finally fix the supporter on the cabinet.
BEFORE USE
Please remove the white/blue Note protective film on the range hood, chimney covers and baffle filters.
OPERATION
Push Button

OFF Button
Turn off the fan. -
Low-Speed Button
Start the fan at a low speed . It is suitable for simmering and cooking which does not make much steam. -
Medium Speed Button
Start the fan at medium speed. This is ideal for ventilation during the standard cooking operation. -
High Speed Button
Start the fan at high speed. This is ideal for ventilation when a high density of smoke or steam has been produced. -
Light Button
Used for turning on/off the light.
Mechanical Rocker Button
It just appears in TELESCOPIC MODEL.

When a motor is on working condition, press one time to set 5 minutes delay, and press another time to turn the delay function off -
Light key
Press one time for turning the lights on, and press another time to turn the lights off
Note
Lights ring: All lights ring/or the keys are on half-brightness condition when power is on, when press on the key, the lights ring would go to full- brightness condition, when do not press on the key, the light rings go back to half-brightness. When there is no pressing on the keys for 2 minutes, the light ring would turn from half-brightness to off condition, would recover to half-brightness when press on any key .

On standby and working condition, press this key for 3s, the digital display blinks, we can set the delay power off time from 1 minute to 9 minutes; press the key again to save the setting. If 1 Os no pressing, then the setting would be saved automatically. When the motor is on and the delay setting is saved , we can still adjust the setting,and the display window will display the countdown time. When the motor is not working, can just set the delay time, does not have countdown function. The delay time would turn to countdown time when the motor is working.
Remote function refer to remote panel C Auto clean function key
On stand-by and working condition, pree this switch To turn the heat auto cleanfunction on and it will work for 6 mins and when there is 1 min left for 6 mins, the motor will turn to 1st speed and work until heat auto clean is finished.the motor will be back on stand-by condition.
Light key
Digital Display: On working condition, the display would off if 2 minutes without pressing,press again, the key lights on.

On working conditions, press this key to decrease the power one level, ( the ON/OFF key light would blink slower than the power was not decreased).
Power up key
On working conditions, press this key to increase the power one level, ( the
ON/OFF key light would blink faster than the power was not increased).
Delay key
When a motor is on working condition, press one time to set 5 minutes delay,
press another time to turn the delay function off.
Light key
After plug in power, will into Stand By mode automatic.

time setting, Press anf hold in stand-by mode. This will go into the time
setting function. Hour display will flash.
- On stand-by and working condition, the LED would be shut off if 2 minutes without pressing, press any key to turn the LED on.
- When key lights are off, only ON/OFF and lights key can turn the LED on, On stand-by condition, any key can turn the LED on, all operation based on LED is on function.
Filter clean
The. first time power on, or continue working for 14h, the remark for washing the filter would on.

- Fast pressing to turn on/off the lights.
- Slow pressing the key to check the working hour for the motor, Fast pressing to finish the checking and buzzer buzzes one time, would finish checking automatically if 1 Os without pressing. When motor working for 14 hours, the clean mark on the LED would on, slow pressing the light key to remove the clean mark.

ON/OFF key
Connect power in the standby state, press the key for 0. 5 seconds to enter the starting state; when the motor in the running state, press one time to enter the “I-minute delay shutdown count down” state, the motor would turn off immediately if you press again
Speedkey
Press this key to change the motor level from low level to middle and high level, it is a circle change.
Plus key
press the key to increasing the motor level.
Minus key
press the key to decreasing motor level.
ON/O Timer
- Delay shut down: when the motor is in running state, press this key to enter “delay shutdown count down” state(3 minutes). Press again to choose delay shutdown time (1-60 minutes). After 10 seconds no press, the timer would save chosen timer data automatically and active the shutdown counting;
- Clock setting: when the machine is on, press this key for one second to enter the clock setting, press the “speed key” to choose “hour” press “lighting key” to choose “minutes”, and choose timer key to confirm.
Light key
when the machine is on, press this key to turn on/off the LED light.

Long touch the button for 5 seconds in off mode, the gesture control.action will be locked. Repeat this action. if will be turned on.

AUTO-CLEAN
Please. first touch the ON/OFF button, then touch the “Auto-Clean” button on the panel. The display mentions a heating time of9 minutes and begins to count down. The light for auto clean start blinking. After preheating time of9 minutes. The indicating lamp of/ow speed was lit at the same time. The motor will auto-start working of 1 minute. Auto cleaning action work over once the countdown is complete. The cooker hood system restores the standby mode. To avoid any influence for clean performance, please do not cook during time of auto clean. The auto-clean. the function will stop operating at the end of I minute.
Gest11re control:
- land waved le.ft to right for the. The first-time Chimney starts at the highest speed and light will glow.
- A hand waved left to right for the second lime chimney speed changes lo medium.
- A hand waved left to right or the third time chimney speed changed to low. After that hand is wavedfi·om left to right there will be no response/speed change
- A hand waved right to left to turn off the chimney regardless of’ the speed it is running at that particular moment.
MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning switch the unit off and pull out the plug.
Regular Cleaning
Use a soft cloth moistened with hand-warm mildly soapy water or household
cleaning detergent. Never use metal pads, chemical, abrasive material or stiff
brush to clean the unit.
Bulb Replacement
- Switch the unit off and unplug the appliance.
- Remove the lamp cover by unscrewing the 2 screws.
- Unscrew the incandescent bulb
- Replace with the same type and rated bulb/lamp El 4 Incandescent Bulb: (220V El 4 Max 40W).
The Bulb may be hot, leave it 10 minutes before replacement.
Aluminum and charcoal filters replacement
In order to install the carbon filter, the grease filter should be detached first. Press the lock and pull it downward.
Aluminum filters: To avoid fires, clean thoroughly once a month or whenever the display pilot lights up (if fitted). To do so, remove the filters and soak in hot water and detergent for an hour. If using a dishwasher, position the filters vertically to improve the cleaning process.
- Charcoal filter lifetime: Suggest changing to a new one every 3 months (According to different kitchen conditions, the lifetime of a charcoal filter might be longer or shorter than 3 months).
- Installation: Fix the carbon filter into the unit and turn it in a clockwise direction. Repeat the same on the other side.
Important Notice:
- Make sure the filter is securely locked. Otherwise, it would loosen and cause abnormal noise and danger.
- Using a charcoal filter would reduce the airflow of the range hood.
