ZSVC622 TYMEK Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
The ZSVC622 TYMEK is a cordless vacuum cleaner designed for easy and
convenient cleaning. It comes with a conductive aluminum tube, an electrical
floor brush, and a removable dust cup. The vacuum cleaner has an on/off
button, bottom cover release button, battery indicator light, conductive
aluminum tube release button, floor brush release button, charge port, dust
cup release button, adapter, and a 2 in 1 brush.
Safety Instructions
The ZSVC622 TYMEK can be used by children aged 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance should not be made by children without supervision.
The adaptor cable cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged, the adaptor will be discarded. For the purpose of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with this appliance.
Usage Instructions
Before using the product, please read the instructions for use carefully. Store these in a safe place for future reference.
- Charge the battery pack completely before first use. The battery indicator light will flash in the form of a ring while charging. Once fully charged, the indicator lights will always be bright in the form of a ring.
- If the vacuum cleaner is not working, check the fuse or switch. Replace the fuse/turn on the switch.
- If the vacuum cleaner is not picking up dirt or has weak suction, check the dust cup. It may be full. Also, check the filter of the dust cup. Clean it if necessary.
- If there is dust coming out of the vacuum cleaner, check the dust cup. It may be full. Also, check if the filter of the dust cup is installed correctly. If the filter is punctured or has a hole, replace the filter.
- The product is marked in accordance with European Directive 2012/19/EU and Polish Law of 11 September 2015 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Journal of Laws of 23 October 2015, item 1688) with a crossed-out container symbol. This marking indicates that the equipment cannot be disposed of together with other household waste after the end of its use.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. The adaptor cable cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged, the adaptor will be discarded.
WARNING:
For the purpose of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit
provided with this appliance. This appliance contains batteries that are not
replaceable. Plug must be removed from socket outlet before cleaning or
maintaining the appliance.
Follow the charging the product instructions in order to charge it.
Due to the plastic housing of the vacuum cleaner, keep the appliance away from all heat sources (radiators, stoves, etc.). Do not block the vacuum cleaner inlet and outlet openings! Turn off the vacuum cleaner before replacing the equipment. This appliance is intended for use at a maximum altitude of 2000m above sea level.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
Prior to plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as
the one indicated on the product label.
The main connection cable must not be tangled or wrapped around the product during use. Do not pull on the connection cord in order to unplug it. Do not use, connect or disconnect the device to the mains with your hands or feet wet. Proceed according to the conservation and cleaning section of this manual for cleaning. Unplug the product immediately from the mains in the event of any breakdown or damage and contact an authorized Technical support service. In order to prevent any risk of danger, do not open the device. Only qualified technical personnel from the brand´s Official Technical support service may carry out repairs or procedures on the device.
Any incorrect use or improper handling of the product shall render the warranty null and void. Only an authorized technical support service center may carry out repairs on this product. This appliance is designed exclusively for domestic use, in no case should be commercial or industrial use. In case of misuse or tampering with the product, it will be out of warranty. Do not use the appliance to vacuum liquids (water, etc), sharp objects (pins, pins, nails, glass, etc), or incandescent objects (matches, cigarettes).
Never use the turbo brush to:
Polish floors, suck (Liquids, wet or damp dust, hot ash, burning objects, such
as cigarettes, matches, sharp and hard items, such us: razors, pins,
thumbtacks, pieces of glass, etc), flour, cement, plaster, printer or
photocopier toner, etc.

INSTRUCTION OF USE
Note:
Before using the Cordless Vacuum cleaner for the first time, clean it with a
soft, damp cloth and dry thor-oughly.
Do not immerse the Cordless Vacuum cleaner in water or any other liquid.
- Remove the vacuum cleaner from the carton, remove all stickers, shipping blocks, bags, and fillers.
- Inspect the vacuum cleaner for any damage that may have occurred in transit. Contact your dealer if you suspect damage.
- Assemble the vacuum cleaner properly (see section: “Assembling the Vacuum Cleaner”).
- Charge the battery (see section “CHARGING THE BATTERY”).
- Make sure that your mains supply corresponds with the data on the charger’s name plate.
Assembling the Cordless Vacuum cleaner

Assembling the aluminum tube (Rys.1)
Fit the tube into the main body’s air inlet until it clicks into position.
If need to remove the tube, hold the main body, press the release knob and remove the tube -
Assembling the electrical floor brush (Rys.2)
Fit the electrical floor brush onto the tube until it click into the position. If need to remove the electrical floor brush, hold the aluminum tube, press the floor brush release knob and remove the brush from the tube. -
Assembling the 2 in 1 brush (Rys.3)
Fit the accessory on the main body’s air inlet and/or on the tube until it clicks into position. The 2 in 1 brush is good for cleaning stairs, corners.
Operating the Cordless Vacuum cleaner
- Before first time use, ensure the vacuum cleaner has been charged 4-4.5 hours.
- Turn on the Cordless vacuum cleaner by pressing the ON/OFF button.
- Press the “Power” button sequentially to obtain a change in the vacuum cleaner speed.
- The appropriate vacuum cleaner speed will be indicated by the corresponding “MIN” or “MAX” indicator light
- Note: Battery indicator light represents battery capacity and will illuminate during use. The indicator light will turn off one by one as the battery runs out.
- To turn off the vacuum cleaner press the “ON/OFF” button again
- Warning: Do not use the Cordless Vacuum without the removable filter or dust bin in position.
*Charging product (Rys.4; -charge port)**
- Turn off the Cordless vacuum cleaner.
- Connect the adapter to the charge port on the main unit.
- Plug the adapter into the main power supply.
The battery indicator display light (Rys.5; *-battery indicator lights) will flash in a ring. Once the battery is fully charged, the battery indicator lights indicated by the battery are always bright in a ring.
Warning:
Do not use any main power adaptor other than that supplied, as using an
alternative will increase the risk of injury and/or damage to main product.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Filter replacement and cleaning
- Turn off the Cordless vacuum cleaner
- Press and hold the dust cup release button and rotate the dust cup at a clockwise angle of 30 °, then remove the whole dust cup. (Rys.6; *-dust cup release button)
- How to clean the dust cup:
- Without removing the dust cup: Press the dust cup release button directly, Then drop the dust into a waste container. (Rys.7; Fig. A)
- Or you can remove the dust cup and Press the dust cup release button directly, Then drop the dust into a waste container. (Rys.7; Fig. B)
- Remove filter assembly: Filter, Hepa, Dust cup (Rys.8)
- Cleaning the filter/HEPA in water, wait for it to dry completely (Rys.9).
- Put the filter/hepa back into the dust cup carefully (Rys.10).
- Put the dust cup back into the main body: Dust cup counterclockwise rotation into the slot, hear the sound of “ka”, that means the dust cup installed in place (Rys.11).
Rotating brush cleaning
- Turn the brush bottom screw to unlock position (Rys.12)
- Open the brush bottom fixed device.
- Show brush, clean the rotating brush on the twisting thing.
- Put the rotating brush back.
- Turn the brush bottom screw to lock position

- This product complies with European Directive 2012/19/EU on electrical and electronic devices, known as WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), and provides the legal framework applicable in the European Union for the disposal and reuse of waste electronic and electrical devices. Do not dispose of this product in the bin, instead go to the electrical and electronic waste collection center closest to your home.
- The product may contain batteries. Remove them before disposing of the product and dispose in special containers approved for this purpose.
WARRANTY REPORT
B &B TRENDS, S.L. guarantees compliance of this product for the use for which it is intended for a period of two years. In the case of a breakdown during the term of this warranty, users are entitled to repair or else the replacement of the product at no charge if the former is unavailable unless one of these options proves impossible to fulfill or is disproportionate. In this case, you can then opt for a reduction in price or cancellation of the sale, which must be dealt with directly with the sales vendor. This also covers the replacement of spare parts provided that the product has been used according to the recommendations specified in this manual for both cases and has not been tampered with by any third party that is not authorized by B&B TRENDS, S.L. The warranty will not cover any parts subject to wear and tear. This warranty does not affect your rights as a consumer in accordance with the provisions in Directive 1999/44/EC for member states of the European Union.
USE OF WARRANTY
Customers must contact a B&B TRENDS, S.L. authorized Technical Service for
the repair of the product. Since any tampering of the same by anyone not
authorized by B&B TRENDS, S.L., or the careless or improper use of the same
shall render this warranty null and void. The warranty must be fully completed
and delivered along with the receipt or delivery docket for the effective
exercise of rights under this warranty.
This warranty should be retained by the user as well as the invoice, receipt, or delivery docket to facilitate the exercise of these rights. For technical service and after-sales care outside the Polish territory, please submit your query to the point of sale where you purchased the item or check for further after-sales information at www.zelmer.com.
