Product Information

The Udreamer record player is a turntable that comes with a user manual, a power cord with 5V, 1.5A output, a remote control (batteries not included), and a 45rpm adaptor. It is important to note that the turntable only suits a power cord with 5V, 1.5A output, and a power cord with any other output could burn the turntable.

Product Usage Instructions

If you encounter any questions or problems with the Udreamer record player, please send your Order ID and a video of the problem to QBZtech@outlook.com for a 100% satisfactory solution. If the cover is cracked, please contact tech support directly at QBZtech@outlook.com.

If you find something missing in the package, please contact tech support. If the record player cannot play vinyls properly and skips the records, there are four possible reasons for this:

1. The position of the stylus is tilt, not in the middle. The non-paralleled tone arm will be incorrect tracking and cause the skip – solution: contact tech support to get a new needle.
2. Vinyl records have been used for a long time, and some scratches on the surface may cause the skip – solution: change to a new vinyl.
3. The stylus has been damaged due to daily use – solution: change to a new stylus or contact tech support.
4. Resistant mud is too much or cooled by cold weather, causing the stylus pressure to be light, and the stylus keeps repeating in one place – solution: contact tech support and they will send you videos to show how to fix it.

If the turntable lights but does not spin, it may be due to a damaged power cord – solution: change to a new power cord with 5V, 1.5A output or contact tech support to get one. If the circuit is damaged, please contact tech support to change it or get a refund.

• Q:The Cover is Cracked, What Should I Do?

• Q:What Can I Get in the Package?
  A: In the package, you can get a turntable, a user manual,a power cord in 5V,1.5A,a remote control (No battery included). If you find something missing,pls contact our tech support

• Q:The Record Player Can Not Play Vinyls Properly,Skips the Records,What Should I Do?
  A: Usually, there are 4 reasons to make this happen:

• Q: The Turntable won’t Stop and Keeps Playing at the End of Music, What’s Wrong?
  A: Usually the turntable will stop at the end of music playing.But sometimes it won’t stop because of the record problem, in this way, pls check the auto stop button, turn on it , it will stop ,see below picture

• Q:After Plug the Power, the Turntable is of No Light

  • The power cord may damaged
    Solution:Pls change a power cord to try, power cord with 5V,1.5A output is suitable for this
    turntable, or you can just contact us to get it

  • The circuit is damaged
    Solution:Pls contact us to change it or get the refund

• Q: Does it come with 45rpm adaptor?
