Product Information
The SENA 10C EVO is a motorcycle communication device that comes with a 1.6 km (1.0 mile) intercom, an integrated UHD camera, four-way intercom, Smart Audio MixTM, Advanced Noise ControlTM, WiFi enabled, Audio MultitaskingTM, and Audio Source Priority. It has a camera button, phone button, jog dial, and status LED. The camera has a field of view of 125 degrees and an aperture of F/2.4. It also has a microSD card slot and a DC power charging and firmware upgrade port.

Mobile Apps
The SENA Camera App allows you to manage recorded videos and configure
video settings using the built-in WiFi feature on the camera system. Download
it from sena.com for Android and Apple operating systems.
The SENA Device Manager allows you to upgrade firmware and configure settings directly from your PC or Apple computer. Download it from sena.com.
Product Usage Instruction
Basic Operations
To perform basic operations on the SENA 10C EVO:
- To power on, hold the jog dial button for 1 second. To power off, tap the phone button once.
- To adjust volume, rotate the jog dial clockwise (right) for volume up and counterclockwise (left) for volume down.
- To check battery level visually, hold the phone button for 1 second. To check battery level audibly, hold the phone button for 5 seconds. The device will announce battery level as high, medium, or low.
- To pair with a mobile phone, hold the phone button for 5 seconds until the LED status alternates between blue and red flashing lights. Enter the PIN number to complete pairing.
- To answer a call, tap the phone button once. To end a call, tap the phone button once or hold for 2 seconds. To reject a call, hold the phone button for 2 seconds.
- To make a call with voice dialer, tap the phone button once.
- To control music playback, hold the camera button for 1 second to play/pause. Rotate the jog dial clockwise (right) to skip forward and counterclockwise (left) to skip backward.
- To control camera recording, refer to the camera controls section in the User’s Guide.

Sena Camera App
The Sena Camera App allows you to see a live preview from the camera,
manage recorded videos as well as configure the video settings using the
built-in WiFi feature on camera system. When the camera and the Sena Camera
App are connected, the camera is synchronized with the smartphone’s date and
time. Download the Sena Camera App for Android and Apple operating systems
from sena.com.
Sena Device Manager
The Sena Device Manager allows you to upgrade the firmware and configure its
settings directly from your PC or Apple computer. Download the Sena Device
Manager from sena.com.

Note:
If the video resolution is 2160p/30fps, you cannot take a photo during
video recording.
Note:
- You cannot record videos without a microSD card.
- Your microSD card needs to be formatted before using the camera.
- MicroSD cards up to 128 GB and U3 or higher cards are compatible.

Note:
IF YOUR SMARTPHONE OR REGION DOES NOT SUPPORT 5 GHz, YOU MUST CHANGE THE WiFi
CHANNEL TO 2.4 GHz.
