Product Information
The Portable Fire Extinguisher is a 9-liter foam extinguisher that has a fire rating of 43A 233B. It uses Foam EWAB15 as the extinguishing agent and a cartridge with gr. 75 CO2 as the propellant. The extinguisher is certified according to the directive for pressure equipment PED 2014/68/EU and manufactured according to production checks agreed with EN 3-10. The Bureau on fire involving electrical voltages has certified this quality product as suitable for use. The fire extinguisher can be used on fires involving electrical voltages at a minimum distance of 1 meter. The product comes with a marking label that provides instructions on how to use it.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the safety pin from the fire extinguisher.
- Hold the hose and push the red button.
- Squeeze the lever and aim the jet at the base of the fire.
Note : Do not direct the jet at onlookers or flammable substances. After using, ventilate the room by opening windows or doors. Follow the instructions present on the marking label.
Installation and Commissioning
The Portable Fire Extinguisher is ready to use after removing the safety pin. It does not require any installation or commissioning.
Maintenance Periods for Efficiency Guarantees
To ensure the efficiency of the Portable Fire Extinguisher, periodic maintenance is recommended. The maintenance periods may vary depending on usage and environmental conditions. It is advised to follow the maintenance instructions provided in the user manual.

MODALITY OF USE
- REMOVE SAFETY PIN
- HOLD THE HOSE AND PUSH THE RED BUTTON
- SQUEEZE THE LEVER AIM THE JET AT BASE OF FIRE

ATTENTION : Do not direct the jet at people. If you’re dispensing in close spaces, then ventilate the room. The fire extinguisher can be used on fire involving electrical voltages up to 1.000 V, at a distance of 1 meter
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
- The installation of the fire extinguisher must be performed according to the rules in force.
- The fire extinguisher has to be installed in safe and stable support, with a gripping at a maximum recommended height of 110 cm.
- The fire extinguisher must be free of obstructions and marked by an appropriate identifying label.
- It is recommended to install it in a dry place, protected from atmospheric agents.
- It is recommended the installation of water-based fire extinguishers for close spaces.
- The commissioning of the fire extinguisher for the protection of the area must be carried out by qualified personnel according to the rule in force within 6 months from the date of production and/or placing on the market, reported in the declaration of conformity released by the producer.
MAINTENANCE PERIODS FOR EFFICIENCY GUARANTEES
- The maintaining of product efficiency has to be carried out by the responsible person.
- It is recommended a visual check of the efficiency state every three months from the commissioning time apart if there are different dispositions.
- It is advisable to: verify that the fire extinguisher would be in the correct position, safe and stable, and free from impediment for use; identify the fire extinguisher with an appropriate identification sign; make sure of its structural integrity and that is free from any damage; check that the original documentations is available.
- Any restoration operations and instrumental checking have to be realized exclusively by qualified personnel who possess the necessary documentation to mantain the constancy of the product performance.
- Any tampering or intromission by unauthorized personnel voids the product warranty
