INSTRUCTION FOR USE

BATTERY PLACEMENT

  1. Twist the cover on the back of the unit counterclockwise to open the battery compartment. Lift cover and remove.
  2. Insert 4 C batteries (not included), following the correct polarity.
  3. Once the batteries are inserted, align the tabs on the cover with the openings in the battery compartment. Rotate light clockwise to lock.

INSTALLATION

COMMAND ADHESIVE STRIPS (included)
IMPORTANT: Failure to follow instructions may cause damage. CAUTION: Do not install over beds or on wallpaper.

PREPARE THE SURFACE: Use on a smooth, dry and dust-free surface. Before applying, please clean area with a rubbing alcohol. Once the adhesive strip has been used, it cannot be re-used on a different location.

  1. Remove the battery compartment cover from the unit by twisting it counterclockwise.
    INSTRUCTION

  2. Peel off the RED liner and place it firmly with the adhesive side down to the back of the cover. Use 5 adhesive strips.

  3. Peel off the the BLACK liner and place on the desired surface. Press down firmly on cover for 30 seconds after applying Command strips. Wait about 2 hours to make sure it adheres.

  4. Before you attach the light back to the cover, move the switch to Auto position to activate Motion sensor.

  5. Place the unit back by aligning the tabs on the cover with the openings in the battery compartment. Rotate light clockwise to lock.

USING SCREWS ONLY (included)

  1. Remove the battery compartment cover from the unit by twisting it counterclockwise.
    INSTRUCTION

  2. Insert the screw and tighten it into the cover with the screwdriver. Repeat with the rest of the screws.

  3. Place the unit back by aligning the tabs on the cover with the openings in the battery compartment. Rotate light clockwise to lock.

USING SCREWS AND ANCHORS (included)

  • Place the cover against the surface and mark the surface using the openings on the inside of the cover. Set aside.
  • Create an anchor hole on the previously marked surface with the drill or tap a nail in with the hammer. Do not make the hole wider that the anchor. If nail was used, remove it from surface.
  • Place each anchor over the hole and firmly tap it in until it is flush with the surface.
  • Place the unit by lining up its holes with the already installed anchors. Slowly tighten the screw into the plastic anchor with the screwdriver. Repeat with the rest of the screws.
  • Place the unit back by aligning the tabs on the cover with the openings in the battery compartment. Rotate light clockwise to lock.

TO REPLACE BATTERIES
To replace batteries while unit is mounted, twist the unit counterclockwise. Take off unit and insert 4C batteries. When done, align the tabs on the cover with the openings in the battery compartment. Rotate light clockwise to lock.

USING REMOTE
PRIOR TO USING REMOTE Remove the clear plastic tab from the battery compartment to activate the CR2025 battery. Refer to Battery Placement instructions when need to replace the battery. The switch must be in Auto for remote to operate. Point the remote control at the unit.

 If pressing the ON button during the day, the light will turn on for 5 seconds and then turn off to indicate entering into motion sensor mode. If pressing the ON button in the dark, the light will stay on for 20 seconds if motion has been detected. If no more motion has been detected, the light will turn off. When the movement is detected again, the light will turn back on.

 Press the OFF button to turn light off and to turn off all previously set functions.

BUTTON While the light is on, press 3 min, 5 min or 15 min button to activate the timer function. The light will Hash to confirm the timer has been set. The light will stay on for the set time and then automatically shut off. Motion sensor mode will resume. If the OFF button is pressed during timer mode, you have to press the ON button again to activate motion sensor mode. If needed, reactivate the timer by pressing the 3, 5 or 15 min button again.

REMOTE BATTERY PLACEMENT

REMOVE

  1. Simply pull the battery compartment tray to open it.
  2. Insert a new 1 CR2025 battery with a positive “+” facing up.
  3. Once the battery is inserted, push the tray back in until it is fully inserted.
