Product Information

The Nerf Pro Gelfire Blaster is a high-performance blaster designed for players aged 14 and up. It fires official Nerf GelFire Rounds, which should only be hydrated with clean tap water, and not modified or frozen. The blaster features a hopper feed, tactical rail, pull-back priming handle, trigger lock, and barrel attachment point. The blaster is sold separately, and the product and colors may vary. The blaster is manufactured by Hasbro and has the model number F7979.

Hopper Customization

The Nerf Pro Gelfire hoppers are compatible with all Nerf Pro Gelfire blasters. Each blaster is sold separately, subject to availability.

Warning

The blaster should not be aimed at the eyes or face. Eyewear must always be worn by players and people within range. The rounds may cause temporary marks on the skin upon impact. It is recommended to read the instructions before use for important safety information. The rounds may stain and should be kept away from pets and not eaten.

Product Usage

When storing the blaster, ensure that the trigger lock is in the locked position. Before storing, clean the blaster of any Nerf Pro Gelfire round residue that remains in the hopper feed or barrel.  Use a long, soft, and clean item like a cotton swab to clear debris. Clean only with a damp cloth or a soft, clean, dry item.

Hydrating Rounds

1. Open one packet of Nerf GelFire Rounds and pour them into a container of clean tap water.
2. It is recommended to use at least 0.5 gallon/2 liters of water per 5,000 rounds. If you want to hydrate only some of the rounds in a packet and save some rounds for later, use the same amount of water.
3. More water than recommended will not impact hydration. Ensure that the rounds are fully submerged in water.
4. Allow the rounds to remain in the container for about 3-4 hours to be fully hydrated.
5. Discard any unused hydrated rounds.

Attaching Hopper

1. Remove the cap from the hopper and hold it with the opening facing up.
2. Fill the hopper with hydrated rounds.
3. Drain all water from the hopper. Holding the blaster upside down, twist the hopper onto the blaster with a 1/4 turn to lock it in place. Ensure that the hopper is securely attached.
4. Turn the blaster right side up.

Firing Rounds

Wear the included protective eyewear when using the Nerf Pro Gelfire blaster.

1. Unlock the trigger.
2. To fire a single round, pull the priming handle back and release it; the handle will automatically spring back to its original position. Then pull the trigger to fire one round.
3. To use Slam Fire, keep the trigger held down as you repeatedly pull and release the handle to fire each round.

BLASTER STORAGE

1. Make sure the trigger lock is in locked position when storing the blaster.
2. Prior to storage, clean the blaster of any Nerf Pro Gelfire round residue that remains in the hopper feed or the barrel. Use a long soft and clean item, such as a cotton swab, to clear debris. Clean only with a damp cloth or a soft, clean, dry item.

Check to ensure the use and possession of this product is allowed where you are intending to use it, as using, displaying, transporting, or carrying this product may be prohibited by law or regulation in certain locations, such as schools, airports, government property, and high-density areas. Do not aim or blast at bystanders, animals, moving vehicles, or others’ property. Do not alter this product to make it look like a firearm. Such alteration is dangerous and could be a crime and/or create confusion by law enforcement or others that it is a firearm.

HYDRATE ROUNDS

Open 1 packet and pour rounds into a container of clean tap water. It is recommended to use at least 0.5 gallon/2 liters of water per 5,000 rounds. If you want to hydrate only some of the rounds in a packet and save some rounds for later, use the same amount of water. More water than recommended will not impact hydration: It is not possible to overhydrate the rounds or grow them too large to function in the blaster. Make sure rounds are fully submerged in water. Allow rounds to remain in container for about 3-4 hours to be fully hydrated.

• ROUND STORAGE
• Discard any unused hydrated rounds.

ATTACH HOPPER

Remove the cap from the hopper and hold it with the opening facing up. Fill the hopper with hydrated rounds. Drain ALL water from the hopper. Holding the blaster upside down, twist the hopper onto the blaster with a 1/4 turn to lock it in place. Make sure the hopper is securely attached. Turn the blaster right side up.

FIRE

Wear the included protective eyewear when you or anyone else nearby is using a Nerf Pro Gelfire blaster.

Unlock Trigger

Single Fire

1. Pull the priming handle back and release; handle will automatically spring back to its original position.
2. Pull trigger to fire 1 round.

Slam Fire

With Slam Fire, you keep the trigger held down as you repeatedly pull/release the handle to fire each round.
