Congratulations on your purchase of the Triplett TMP15 Pocket Thermometer. The thermometer is designed for measuring the temperatures of liquids and semi- solids. It comes with a food-grade stainless steel probe that ensures accurate and safe temperature readings. The thermometer also features a Data Hold function that freezes the reading on the display, a Min/Max function with reset, and includes a CR2032 battery and protective probe cover.

Product Operation
- To use the thermometer, remove the protective sheath from the probe.
- Long press the ON/OFF & Backlight Button to power ON/OFF the thermometer.
- In Temperature Function mode, press the Data HOLD Button once to freeze the current reading on the display.
- Press the Data HOLD Button once more to return to normal mode.
- Press the ON/OFF & Backlight Button to turn the backlight On/Off.
- To recall the minimum and maximum temperatures, switch to MAX/MIN Mode by pressing and holding the Data HOLD Button for 2 seconds.
- Press the Data HOLD Button once more to exit MAX/MIN Mode.

Operation
- To use the thermometer, remove the protective sheath, long press the ON/OFF Button and insert at least “1/2” of the stem into the testing area, the current temperature will be displayed.
- To save battery life, the thermometer will automatically turn off after approximately 10 minutes.
- When the temperature is higher than 100°C/212°F, the alarm red light is on, when the temperature is lower than 0°C/32°F, the alarm green light is on.
Power On/Off
- Long press the ON/OFF & Backlight Button to power ON/OFF.
Changing Units (°F/°C)
- The temperature unit can be changed from changing °C to °F by long pressing the °C/°F & MAX/MIN Button
DATA Hold Temperature Function
- From “Normal” mode, press the Data HOLD Button once, the “HOLD” will appear on the display.
- Press the Data HOLD Button once more to return to normal mode.
Backlight ON/OFF
- Press the ON/OFF & Backlight Button to turn the backlight On/Off.
MAX/MIN Mode
- To recall the highest temperature: From “Normal” mode, press the °C/°F & MAX/MIN Button, and the “MAX” will appear on the display.
- Press the °C/°F & MAXIMIN Button once more to recall the lowest temperature, the “MIN” will appear on the display.
- Press the °C/°F & MAX/MIN Button once more to return to “Normal” mode.
