Product Information

The Oxygen Concentrator and Storage System is an inexpensive and efficient source of oxygen that provides safe anesthesia and respiratory solutions for limited resource settings. It is a cost-effective choice that eliminates the need for expensive compressed gases and has low power consumption. The system is engineered and manufactured in the US and fitted with a voltage protector to prevent damage from power surges. It is also suitable for areas with high ambient temperatures, humidity, and altitude.

The Oxygen Concentrator and Storage System is durable and selected for its quality and reliability, making it the most convenient, reliable source of supplemental oxygen at a minimal cost. It is an excellent solution in low- resource settings where oxygen cylinders are costly, or hospital access is difficult. The system is versatile and can be combined with Diamedica’s Oxygen Reservoir System to ensure a sustainable and flexible oxygen supply. The system is suitable for use in the event of a power failure.

The Oxygen Concentrator and Storage System comes with full training on use and maintenance, free technical support for the lifetime of the machine, and a comprehensive user manual with training demonstration videos. It provides a reliable supply of oxygen at minimal expense and can be used in combination with flow splitters to allow the delivery of oxygen to multiple patients simultaneously.

Product Usage Instructions

The Oxygen Concentrator is an easy-to-use system that provides a
reliable source of supplemental oxygen. To use the system:

  1. Connect the Oxygen Concentrator to a power source.
  2. Attach the humidifier bottles to the Oxygen Concentrator.
  3. Attach the nasal cannulae or mask to the Oxygen Concentrator’s oxygen outlet.
  4. Adjust the flow meter to control the flow of oxygen.
  5. Monitor the Oxygen Concentrator’s oxygen light indicator to ensure a steady flow of oxygen.
  6. Use the system in combination with flow splitters to allow the delivery of oxygen to multiple patients simultaneously.

The Oxygen Reservoir Filling System enables a pressure vessel to be filled with oxygen, providing an additional backup oxygen supply. To use the system:

  1. Attach the Oxygen Reservoir Filling System to a suitable 10l/min Oxygen Concentrator.
  2. Fill the 20-liter or 100-liter reservoir vessel with oxygen to a pressure of 5 bar (75 psi), giving 100 or 500 liters of usable oxygen.
  3. Use the oxygen stored in the reservoir vessels for direct oxygen supply to patients or as a backup oxygen supply in the event of a power failure.

Oxygen Reservoir Filling System
This system enables a pressure vessel to be filled with oxygen providing an additional backup oxygen supply.

  • The system will take oxygen from any suitable 10 l/min oxygen concentrator and fill either a 20-liter or 100-liter reservoir vessel to a pressure of 5 bar (75 psi) giving 100 or 500 liters of usable oxygen. Multiple vessels can be supplied.
  • An invaluable resource in the event of power failure, or when the oxygen concentrator is in use for a patient.
  • It can also be used to provide up to 2 hours or 8 hours respectively of additional backup supply to run the Glostavent® Helix anesthesia machine in the event of electrical failure and no cylinder oxygen
  • Oxygen stored in the reservoir vessels can also be used for direct oxygen supply to patientsdiamedica-DeVilbiss-Oxygen-Concentrator-Storage-System-fig-2
