FlexRadio FLEX-6400 Signature Series SDR Transceiver

1. Verify the contents of the box
2. Connect Key/Paddles
3. Connect Antenna
4. Connect Ethernet to home router (For updates or remote operation)
5. Connect power to 13.8VDC supply
6. Connect Microphone
7. Connect Powered Speaker
8. Connect Earth Ground

To use the FLEX-6400M and FLEX-6600M, follow these steps:

1. Verify that all the components are present in the package.
2. Connect the Key/Paddles to the radio.
3. Connect the Antenna to the ANT1 port on the radio.
4. Connect an Ethernet cable from the radio to your home router for updates or remote operation.
5. Connect the power cable to a 13.8VDC supply.
6. Connect the Microphone to the appropriate port on the radio.
7. If using an external speaker, connect it to the Powered Speaker port on the radio.
8. Connect Earth Ground for safety purposes.
9. Turn on the radio.
10. To access the Receiver Menu, press and hold VFO.
11. To access the Transmit Menu, press the Power Knob.
12. Use the mouse wheel or double-click to tune, drag to pan, and use multitouch gestures such as pinch to zoom.
