Product Information

The LUMINA Premium Charger is a high-quality and reliable charging solution for electric vehicles. It features an RFID tag authorization system and a configuration panel that allows you to remotely control and monitor the charging process. The charger comes with default settings for easy and immediate use, but it also offers advanced features that can be configured through the configuration panel or the Enelion LUMINA App.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the LUMINA Premium Charger for the first time, please read the user manual carefully. The manual is available online at
https://enelion.com/en/support-lumina/. Here are the basic usage instructions:

Quick Start

  1. Connect the cable from the charger to your electric vehicle.
  2. The charging process will start immediately with default settings.

Using RFID Tag Authorization

If you want to use the RFID tag authorization system, please follow these steps:

  1. Connect to the charger’s hotspot using a network ID featuring Enelion.
  2. Enter the password from the sticker on the head.
  3. Type 192.168.8.8 into the browser’s address bar to access the configuration panel.
  4. Log in to the configuration panel using the default credentials: admin/admin.
  5. Put your RFID card against the top lid of the charger.
  6. Go to the Charger -> Authorization section and find your card in the RFID Cards’ History section (Recently used tags).
  7. Use + to add your card to an Offline Authorized Cards’ group.
  8. Disable Freecharge mode.

Using the Enelion LUMINA App

To remotely control and monitor the charging process, you can install the Enelion LUMINA App on your smartphone. Here are the instructions:

  1. Access the configuration panel through the app.
  2. Use the app to schedule the charging process, start or stop the charging process, or activate the remote power-plug relay.

Important information

Please read this manual before attempting to commission the charger.

Safety instructions

  • Never use or touch the device if it is damaged or not functioning properly.
  • Always perform recommended maintenance, installation and any repair work by an authorised service centre and in accordance with local requirements.
  • In case of fire occurs, do not extinguish with water.
  • Never clean the station with high pressure or running water.
  • Do not immerse the station in water or other liquids.
  • If the light bar lights up red, it indicates an error. Please refer to the User Manual for  troubleshooting.
  • Never touch the electrical contacts of the type 2 socket/plug and never insert foreign objects into it.
  • Never use the charging cable if it is damaged or if the connector is wet or dirty.
  • Charging-cable should only be disconnected from the station by pulling on the connector’s handle. Do not pull directly by the cord.
  • Make sure the charging cable is not posing a threat of a person tripping or car running over
  • Even though the station is designed to withstand normal weather conditions, it is recommended to protect it from direct  sunlight or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
  • Do not use the station near strong electromagnetic fields or in the immediate vicinity of radio transmitters.

Quick start

  • Use the cable to connect your car to the charger.
  • With default settings used, charging starts immediately
