Product Usage Instructions
Before using the air fryer, make sure to read the instruction manual carefully to optimize its functional features and avoid any inconvenience that may arise from incorrect or non-compliant use. Follow these important safety instructions:
- Ensure that the voltage of the power supply corresponds to what is indicated on the data plate of the appliance.
- Have this important requirement verified by professionally qualified personnel.
- Connect the appliance to an earthed electrical socket through a differential switch (RDC) with an intervention current not exceeding 30 mA.
- Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal surface with a non-delicate surface. Do not place objects such as lids or vases on top of the appliance.

Warnings for use
To ensure safe operation:

Before each use, verify the mechanical integrity of the device and of all its components. The device body and all components must not show cracks or tears. The protective sheath and the plug of the power cord should not be cracked or broken. Upon the occurrence of the above, disconnect the plug from the wall socket and take the unit to the dealer for the necessary checks. Before plugging the appliance, ensure that the line voltage corresponds to that indicated on the rating plate.

The electrical safety of the device is ensured only if connected to an efficient earthing system in accordance with current safety standards. To verify this important requirement you need the help of professionally qualified personnel.
The manufacturer can not be held responsible for damage caused by lack of earthing. -
For your safety, it is recommended to supply power through a differential switch (RCD) with a tripping current not exceeding 30 mA.

Do not obstruct the cooling grilles during operation of the appliance.

Never immerse the appliance, the power cord and plug in water or other liquids.

Do not clean the appliance directly with water or other liquids (direct jet, etc.).

Do not disconnect the electrical appliance by pulling the power cord.

Do not use or store this appliance outdoors, in a wet environment or near water.

Place the appliance on a horizontal supporting and firm plane whose surface is not sensitive (eg, lacquered furniture, tablecloths, etc..). Items such as caps, jars etc.. shall be placed on the appliance.
- Make sure that the unit is leaned in a safe manner.

The appliance can be used by children aged 8 years or over and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, without experience or the necessary knowledge, as long as they are under supervision or after they received instructions on the safe use of the appliance and on awareness of the dangers linked to it.

Any other use is considered improper and therefore dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage deriving from improper, incorrect, or unreasonable uses.
Important warnings
- Do not place the appliance on or near heat sources.
Place the appliance far from sinks and taps.
- During the functioning, the power outlet must be easily acces-sible if it is necessary to disconnect the appliance.
- Do not place the appliance under a power outlet.
- The accessible surfaces temperature can be high when the ap-pliance is working. The surfaces heat up during use .
- Keep the power cord away from the appliance hot parts.
- Do not place the working appliance against walls or under shelves, tables, etc. Leave at least 10 cm around the appliance and 10 cm above.
- Let the appliance cool down completely after use and before a possible displacement.
- Do not move the appliance when it’s working.
- Do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (rain, sun, in moist place ore near heat sources, etc.).
Never pour liquid substances in the basket (3). FIRE DANGER!
- Always disconnect the plug from the power outlet before pro-ceeding with cleaning or displacement of the appliance.
- Clean the basket after every use (3). An excessive accumulation of cooking liquids could cause them to catch fire and damage the appliance.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
- Do not use the appliance in environments filled with explosive, fuel gasses or inflammable liquids (varnishes, glues, spray cans, etc.). EXPLOSION AND FIRE DANGER.
- Check that there are not inflammable products nearby (ex. drapes, tapestry etc.).
- Disconnect the plug from the socket at once if you see some dark smoke coming out from the appliance!
- Wait for the smoke to stop coming out before removing the basket (3) from the appliance body (1).
- NEVER use water to extinguish a fire.
- Do not expose the appliance to high temperatures and do not place it on hot surfaces like burners or a cooking pot.
- During cooking, keep yourself far from steam coming out from the air outlet grids (4).
- If you remove the basket (3) during cooking, pay attention to leaking steam. To use kitchen gloves or pot holders to protect your hands is advised.
Burns danger!
- Turn off the appliance, disconnect the plug from the socket and let it cool down at the end of use and before cleaning.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended while it’s working.
Only for domestic use
Should there be problems with the appliance, contact an authorized service centres. Avoid repairing the appliance on your own. Any repairs carried out on the device by unauthorized personnel will automatically invalidate the warranty, even if it has not reached the expiration date.

At first use
- Place the appliance on an horizontal and stable surface and make sure that all the feet are supported by the surface itself.
- Extract the basket (3) from the appliance body (1) while holding the handle (2).
- Remove the accessories and the printouts from inside the fryer.
- At the appliance first use wash the basket (3) and the bottom grille (5) with hot water and a normal tableware detergent. Abundantly rinse and accurately dry all of the components. For the appliance body (1) external cleaning use a damp cloth avoiding using abrasive detergents.
- Insert the basket (3) into the appliance body.
- Connect the power plug to the power socket making sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the one indicated on the rating label.
- Preheat it for approximately 10 minutes to remove possible smell accumulated by the packaging and by transport.
- During the first use, a small quantity of smoke and/or a slight smell could occur: this is normal.
- Extract the basket (3). Work with care during the extraction of the hot basket (3) . Danger of burns!
- Place the bottom grille (5) into the basket (3).
- Insert the food to cook inside the basket (3).
- Do not fill the bucket excessively (3). (MAX capacity: 6L).
- Insert the basket (3) in the appliance.
- Make sure that the basket (3) is correctly inserted in the appliance body (1). Never use the basket (3) without having inserted the bottom grille (5) first.
Use of the appliance

Proceed as described in the previous paragraph. To use the appliance in manual mode, press the key , set the temperature and the minutes depending on need, then press the key again to start cooking. To use the appliance with the preset programs, press the key ; The first automatic program to the left appears and flashes.

Press the key once or more until lighting up the icon of the desired program; the preset time and temperature of the program alternate on the display.

It is possible to customize the temperature and duration value of the program: press or key , then set the values using the key . The memory function allows us to permanently save the changes made to the automatic program. To do it, it is enough to keep the key pressed for approximately 2 seconds; 2 acoustic signals indicate that the setting has been saved. To reset ALL modes to factory setting, keep the keys and press simultaneously for 2 seconds. 2 acoustic signals will indicate that ALL the settings have been reset.

Press the key ; the set cooking program starts. The display switches from temperature to the remaining cooking time. An acoustic signal warns that the set
time is over; “End” appears on the display.- It is possible to pause the cooking program by pressing the key .
- To interrupt a program, keep the key pressed for 3 seconds, the appliance cancels the selection. Press again to reactivate the appliance.
- Some ingredients need to be mixed during cooking (see “times and temperatures chart”- Some ingredients need to be mixed during cooking (see “times and temperatures chart”).

To mix the foods, delicately extract the pan (3) from the appliance (1), by gripping the handle (2). Divide foods which could have attached with one another.
Steam leaks when you extract the basket (3). Work carefully. Burns danger! -
Make sure that the ingredients are cooked when extracting the basket (3) from the appliance body (1).

Once cooking is over, carefully topple the food from the basket (3). Pay attention not to make the bottom grille (5) fall from the basket (3).

Gently reinsert the basket (3), together with the bucket (5), in the appliance body (1).
- After extracting the basket (3) from the appliance body (1), place it only on a high temperatures resistant surface.
- If food is not perfectly cooked place the basket (3) back into the appliance body (1) and set an additional cooking time.
Removing the ingredients

Remove the ingredients inside the bucket (3) using wooden or plastic tools, paying attention to not ruin the bucket (3) surface.
- To remove delicate or large ingredients it is possible to use tongs.

It is possible to cook other ingredients by proceeding as previously described.
Times and temperatures table
- Keep in mind that these settings are indicative. As ingredients differ in origin and size, we cannot guarantee the best setting for your ingredients. It is possible to adjust the cooking times and temperatures according to your needs.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Before performing cleaning operations, ALWAYS disconnect the plug from the power socket and wait for the appliance to be completely cooled.
- It is possible to remove the basket (3) from the appliance body (1) to let the appliance cool down quickly.
- For the external and internal cleaning of the appliance body (1) use a damp cloth avoiding using abrasive detergents.
- The bottom grille (5) and basket (3) cleaning must be performed with hot water, common dishes detergents and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Abundantly rinse and accurately dry them.
- The bottom grille (5) can be washed in the dishwasher.
- Before storing the appliance, make sure that all of its components are completely dry.

Disposal of the appliance
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol placed on the product and on the accompanying documentation indicates that the product itself is subject to Directive 2012/19/EU which regulates the collection, management, processing and disposal of electrical and electronic equipment waste (WEEE). When the product reaches the end of its lifetime must therefore not be disposed of as a common mixed urban waste but it must be subject to sorted collection at authorized collection centers. Responsible disposal of electrical and electronic equipment waste helps to ease the material resources’ sustainable recycling and reuse, as well as to avoid possible damages to the environment and to human health caused by uncontrolled waste disposal. The municipalities organize sorted collection centers specialized for WEEE. For more detailed information regarding the WEEE collection and pick-up systems, it is possible to refer to your own municipality or to the local household waste disposal service. Moreover, at the time of purchase of a new equivalent equipment intended to be used in a household environment, the customer has the right to freely lend, at the rate of one on one, the used equipment to the distributor which will provide for its disposal as required by law. Professional purchasers are exhorted to contact their own supplier to check the terms and conditions of the purchase contract.

Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the data on the plate correspond to those of the electricity distribution network.

In case of incompatibility between the socket and power cable plug, have the socket replaced with a suitable type by a qualified professional who will also have to make sure that the section of the cord is suitable for the power absorbed by the appliance.
We do not recommend the use of adapters, multiple sockets and / or extensions.
When their use is absolutely necessary, you must use only simple or multiple adapters and extensions that comply with current safety standards, taking care not to exceed the range limit. -
The use of an electrical appliance requires the observance of some fundamental rules. In particular:
- do not touch or use the appliance with wet or damp hands or bare feet;
- do not pull the power cord or the appliance itself to remove the plug from the socket;
- do not allow the appliance to be used by children or unfit persons without supervision.
- In case of failure and/ or malfunction, turn it off and do not tamper with it. For repairs only contact an authorized dealer.
Failure to comply with the above may compromise the safety of the device.

If you decide not to use this appliance again you must make it inoperative by cutting the cord after removing the plug from the socket.
It is also recommended to make harmless those parts which may constitute a danger, especially for children who could use an abandoned appliance for their games. -
The installation must be carried out according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Improper installation may cause damage to persons, animals or property in respect of which the manufacturer can not be held responsible.

To avoid dangerous overheating it is recommended to unroll the power cord for its entire length and use the device as recommended in the paragraph “Warnings for Use”.

DO NOT allow it to be unnecessarily connected to the power. Disconnect the plug from the outlet when the appliance is not used.
Conventional warranty conditions
This Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under D. Lgs. 02/022002,
n. 24.
With this guarantee, the manufacturer suggests the Purchaser to address
directly a Point of Sale which to comply with the restoration in a fast, safe
and unquestionable quality.
This Warranty is effective regardless of the evidence that the defect –
resulting from man-ufacturing defects present at the time of purchase of the
device, except as provided in paragraph “d” of this text.
- Warranty duration: 24 months from date of purchase.After the first 12 months of warranty, the warranty on the unit will be managed by the Stores within 12 months of legal guarantee in strict application of the provisions of Legislative Decree 02/022002, n. 24.
- The warranty is effective: In case of a request for assistance, the warranty is valid only if you show the warranty certificate together with a document, valid receipt, showing the identification details of the seller, the product and the date on which the purchase was made.
- Warranty extension: Repair DOES NOT stop nor change the duration of the warranty which will expire on its legal deadline.
- Limitations of Warranty:
The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from:
- negligence, incompetence, recklessness and carelessness in use (failure to comply with the rules in this manual);
- maintenance not covered in this booklet or performed by unauthorized personnel;
- tampering or interventions to increase the power or efficacy of the product;
- incorrect installation (power supply with a voltage other than that listed on the nameplate and in this booklet);
- improper use of the appliance;
- damage due to normal wear and tear of the components, impacts, falls, transport damage.
- the guarantee does not cover the repair / replacement of parts subject to wear during normal use of the product (hooks, kneading, blades, belts, connectors…).
- Costs: In cases not covered by the warranty, the manufacturer reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of repair or replacement of the appliance.
- Manufacturer’s responsibility: The manufacturer is not liable for any damage that may directly or indirectly affect persons, property or pets as a consequence of failure to comply with all the requirements set out in this “Instructions for Use” booklet and concerning especially the warnings regarding installation, use and maintenance.
