Product Usage Instructions

• Charge the mini bidet using a USB-C charger for 2 hours to fully charge it.
• To switch between the two water pressure options (strong and soft), click once for soft and double click for strong.
• The tube with a gravity ball is installed in the bottle. The small gravity ball is the water inlet and is heavy to submerge in water. You can use the electric bidet at any angle. Without it, you just upside down to spray the water.
• The gravity ball is used for vertical spraying, which is fit for babies and handicapped people, or used as an electric watering can. When you wash your butt, it is a better experience without installing a gravity ball for inverted use.
• To take the gravity ball and tube out of the tank, you need a stick, such as a screwdriver, to be fixed to the gray plastic part of the bottle mouth to pop the tube out.
• The Evian water bottle can be connected to the handheld bidet according to the test report, but since the size of water bottles varies in different regions, it is recommended to buy several water bottles.
• The indicator light works as follows: white light for full power, red light for low power, and white light flashing during charging (it stops flashing when fully charged).
• If the bidet stops working automatically, it may be due to the lack of water. The bidet will stop working after 3 seconds without water.
• If the charging port drips, it is because the air hole on the right side of the charging port is connected to the air valve at the bottom of the bidet. It is used to input air to the inside of the bottle to avoid negative pressure that makes the bottle flatten. When the bidet is upside down and not working, there may be a small amount of dripping water due to the influence of gravity. You do not need to worry about the bidet being damaged, because it is waterproof.
• If the bidet does not work after using for a few days, it may be due to a clogged screen on the bottom of the bidet machine. You can use a cotton swab dipped in water to clean it. Q: Can I use iPad or Android charger to charge?
A: Yes, only a USB-C charge can be used to charge the mini bidet.
Q: Whether the equipped bottle can be filled with hot water?
A: Yes, The bottle is made of PP material that can be filled with 100 ℃ （212 °F）
water. But the water temperature is recommended to be below 60℃ (140 °F) to avoid burns.
Q: Can I wash the portable bidet directly?
A: Yes, Insolife handheld bidet with IPx7 waterproof that can be immersed in water at a depth of 3.2 ft for 30 minutes without damage.
Q: How to switch 2 water pressure options (strong and soft)?
