COBRA GCT200P Garden Trolley
CAUTION: Before using this product, please read this manual carefully to
understand the proper use of your garden trolley. Please keep this manual for
future reference.
PLEASE NOTE: NEVER CARRY PASSENGERS IN THE GARDEN TROLLEY

Safety Instructions
- Read all the instructions carefully before use.
- Do not load the trolley with more than 200kg. Do not use the tipping/dumping feature of the trolley for more than 100kg.
- Do not allow children to use the trolley unsupervised. This trolley is not a toy. Special care is required when tipping loads.
- Always distribute loads evenly over the surface of the bed of the trolley.
- Do not load anything on the edges of the plastic tray.
- Do not use if any parts of the trolley are damaged or broken.
- Do not operate or use on ground that may damage the pneumatic tyres and wheels.
- Please use a manual foot or hand pump to inflate tyres. Do not inflate tyres to more than 20 PSI (137Kpa)

Assembly Instructions
Before assembling the tipping trolley please check all the parts and hardware,
if anything is missing or damaged, please contact your retailer.
Tools required: Screwdrivers, socket set and adjustable wrench.
- Step 1: Assemble the lock frame to the tub using M8x18 bolts (4pcs), washers (4pcs) and M8 lock nuts (4pcs).
- Step 2: Assemble the legs to the tub using M8x18 bolts (4pcs), washers (4pcs) and M8 lock nuts (4pcs).
- Step 3: Assemble the frame and legs through the axle(1pc) .
- Step 4: Assemble the wheels using flat washers (4pcs) and nuts (4pcs). Attach to the front axle support and the Rear axle frame.
- Step 5: Assemble the handle to the yoke using M8x60 bolt (1pc), M8 lock nut (1pc) and washer (1pc).
Using the Tipping/Dumping feature
To operate this feature, pull the Tipping /dumping release handle to release
the plastic bed from the locking mechanism. Lift up the release handle to
raise the trolley into the dumping position.
Returning the Plastic Bed to the lowered Position
Move the plastic bed back down to the lower position. Make sure the release
handle is locked into place when the trolley is in the lowered position.
Caution: Do not exceed maximum overall load capacity of 200kgs. When the tipping mechanism is being used, do not exceed dumping capacity of 100kgs.
