INSTALLATION SET UP AND SCHEDULE
PV suitability – remote desktop and/or on-site survey
Upon receiving your order confirmation, we will instruct a surveyor to visit
your property to conduct a compete technical survey of your premises. This
will confirm the properties suitability for the installation of a Solar PV
system.
Our design team will then produce an initial desktop design.
PV suitability report
We will then present a complete report highlighting system size, design components, annual savings, etc..
PV installation date confirmation
Once you are happy with the design and the subsequent suitability report, we will agree an installation date, which we will then confirm in writing.
How to prepare for works
Please ensure you remove all items from your loft in order for the fitters to have a clear working space. Please also ensure there are no obstructions from the ground floor entrance door through to the loft access.
The fitter will also require access to your electricity meter which is where
the cable will be connected.
Where possible, we will fit the cable to the exterior of the property. In some
instances if the electric meter does not have a spare feed an extra consumer
unit will be fitted.
Please also ensure that your garden is cleared of any furniture, plant pots,
toys, bikes or any other item that may cause obstruction during the works. You
must also ensure motor vehicles are not left on the driveway whilst works
commence.
Engenera and its operatives will not accept any liability for any items left
in the vicinity of the works which may be damaged.
