FAQ
My car hasn’t charged.
Is there a LED light that lights up on the Mobile Smart Cable when you plug it
in?
NO
Please check that the socket is correctly powered by plugging another device
into it for example and then try again or try plugging the Mobile Smart Cable
into another household socket. If no LEDs are displayed, send the Mobile to
after-sales service.
YES
What colour is the LED (without having plugged in the car)?
-
IF IT IS RED:
Return to after-sales service. The Mobile Smart Cable must go back to Powerdale for inspection and repair. -
IF THE LED IS GREEN (WITH OR WITHOUT ANOTHER FLASHING RED LED)
You can now connect the cable to the car. What happens when you connect the car?
A. IF NOTHING HAPPENS (NO BEEP) AND THE LED IS GREEN:
Return to after-sales service
B. IF THE LED IS YELLOW:
This indicates that the car has been detected but the charge has not started.
Check your car’s settings (possible delayed start?) or try locking your car.
– If the charge starts: ok – stop – the problem is solved
– If not, continue with script
C. IF THE LED IS BLUE:
This indicates that the car has been detected and the charge has started
– Does the car display an error message or is there a red LED visibile on the
Mobile?
D. D. IF THE LED IS BLUE AND IS FOLLOWED BY A SINGLE RED LED: Please have
your car checked at the garage.
E. IF THE LED IS BLUE AND FOLLOWED BY TWO FLASHING RED LEDS: The internal
clock of the Mobile is out of sync.
F IF RED LED FLASHES, OR 2ND RED LED FLASHES The internal clock is out of
sync.
Description of the different led colours on your charging device.

---|
GREEN

My Mobile Smart Cable goes from rabbit/turtle mode.
It is possible to choose the charging mode yourself (rabbit or turtle)
This must be done by plugging the Mobile Smart Cable into the household
socket, and before plugging the Mobile Smart Cable into the car. You can
choose the charging mode by pressing the orange button on the front panel
(near the turtle).
Does your Mobile beep several times consecutively?
Please return your Mobile to the after-sales service.
Does your Mobile beep occasionally? (less than once minute)?
This is normal behaviour (this is phantom key detection due to electromagnetic
disturbance). The rabbit/turtle mode can only be changed if the vehicle is not
connected.
Once plugged in, the setting is locked. The charging mode can be selected by
pressing the orange button on the front panel (near the turtle).
I cannot pair my device (connecting the Mobile Smart Cable to the Nexxtmove
app).
Is Bluetooth on your smartphone switched on?
How to proceed:
- Go to the Bluetooth setting of your smartphone, select the Mobile in the list of connected devices and click on forget or unlink.
- Uninstall the Nexxtmove app.
- Switch off/restart your smartphone.
- Reinstall the Nexxtmove app on your smartphone.
- Please retry pairing your device.
If this still doesn’t work
Please try pairing another smartphone, preferably of another brand.
