Product Overview and Features
The Amplifier Digital Player TR619W is a portable audio device that functions as an amplifier and digital player. It features a telescopic antenna, belt clip and buckle, microphone jack, audio input jack, USB and TF card ports, LCD display, volume button, recording button, repeat key, function key, play/pause button, next and previous song buttons, and an echo button for adjusting the echo effect of the sound reinforcement. Product Usage Instructions
To use the Amplifier Digital Player TR619W:
- Turn on the device by pressing the play/pause button (15) for a few seconds.
- Use the volume button (7) to adjust the volume to your desired level.
- Use the echo button (3) to adjust the echo effect of the sound reinforcement.
- Use the recording button (11) to start and stop recording.
- Use the repeat key (12) to repeat a song.
- Use the function key (13) to access different functions of the device.
- Use the previous song (14) and next song (16) buttons to navigate through your music.
- Use the play/pause button (15) to play or pause your music. Long press this button to switch between recording and folders.
- Insert a USB or TF card into the corresponding port (17 or 18) to play music from those sources.
- Connect an external audio playback device or a wireless mic to the device using the microphone jack (5) or audio input jack (6).
- The LCD display (10) shows important information about the device, including the play mode, recording mode, battery power, play music mode, loop playback mode, number of songs when switching songs, playing time, frequency of the radio when in FM mode, RUH when connecting external audio playback, and UHF when connecting the wireless mic.
- Keep the device in a dry and ventilated area, and avoid exposing it to rain, water, or thumps.
- Keep the product and accessories away from children to avoid choking hazards.

- Loop playback mode icon flashes to indicate single song loop mode, the icon without flashing means all songs loop mode.
- It shows the number of songs when switching songs (Last for 2s)

Charging Instructions
- Charge: the battery power icon will flash when the battery in low power, that means you have to charge it. Power off the radio and insert the 5V charger, the icon flashes on the display during charging. The icon will stop flashingand light up all the time when the battery is fully charged. (It takes about 4 hours to fully charge)
- Instruction of using DC power supply:
Connect one end of the USB charging cable to a computer or DC 5V USB power adapter and connect another end to the DC 5V charging port on the device.
Note:
- Please power off the device first before charging when the battery with low power.
- Ensure that the device can be easily disconnected from the power source while charging when an emergency occurs
Use of Wireless or Wired Microphone
Wireless mic: the default setting while turning on the device is wireless mic function, the LCD display “HIFI” for about 2s before showing “UHF” Pairing Method:
- Turn on the supplied wireless mic first, then press and hold “M” key for about 3s, the wireless microphone indicator will flash, it’s waiting for pairing status
- Turn on the voice amplifier, it will automatically enter pairing status
- When the wireless microphone indicator light is always on, the pairing is successful. (Note: the voice amplifier must be powered on within 6s since the wireless microphone indicator flashes, otherwise it will affect the pairing.
- Long press “M” key to exit the pairing setting
If multiple wireless microphones are used in the same area and affect the
sound quality, short press the wireless microphone “M” key to switch the
communication frequency to avoid interference.
Wired mic: In addition to the voice amplifier works in the FM mode, insert the
wired mic plug into the mic jack will be OK.
Rotate the Echo button (3) to adjust the Echo effect of the sound
reinforcement
Recording and FM Functions
- In the wireless mic or audio input mode, short press the Recording Button to switch to recording mode and it will starts recording then. Short press recording button again to stop recording and start playing the last recorded file. Then play from the first recording file automatically. (Recording with TF card works better and saves power)
- Press Function Key to switch to FM mode, working frequency will show on the display. Press and hold the Play/Pause button allows the radio to search the station automatically from the frequency of 87.5MHz to 108MHz. And the stations will be automatically stored when they are found.
- Press the Previous Song button or Next Song button to select the recording file or preset stations that you need.
- When you are listening to the FM stations, pull out all of the antenna will work better.
- In the state of play USB/TF card, short press Recording Button to enter recording mode, an external sound source could be recorded through a microphone at this time.
USB, TF Card and External Audio Playback

Turn on the voice amplifier by rotating the switch button, the LED display light up at the same time.

Insert a U disk or TF card with MP3 / WMA audio format into the corresponding socket to play. When a USB flash drive and a TF card are inserted at the same time, the default is to play audio files in the USB disk first. If you need to play the audio files in the TF card, you could press the Function button to switch.
The audio name will display on the screen, and then shows the playing time. -
When playing, press the Play/Pause button to pause current audio, press the Play/Pause button again to continue to play the current audio. (Press and hold to switch folders)

Short press the Previous Song and Next Song button to choose the previous or next song. Long press the buttons could choose the backward plus 10 or forward plus 10 song to play.

Adjust Volume by rotating the volume buttons

Press the Repeat Key to switch repeat a song or repeat all songs in order (the system defaults is loop all songs)

Function Key: Press this button to select the working mode among U-disk, TF card, FM and audio input.

External audio playback: The Loudspeaker supports audio input. Press the Function key to select it, and the “RUH” icon shows on the LED display while in this working mode.

When you need to read the TF card with PC, please turn on the voice amplifier, insert the TF card to the TF card jack and use a USB cable to connect the device to PC, the system will restart to read the TF card data
Additional Functions
- In the FM and audio input working mode, press Play/Pause button enter to MUTE state, the LED display flashes at this time. Press Play/Pause button again back to the normal working mode, and the LED display stop flashing.
- Volume button, rotate the Volume button to adjust the volume.
- In order to make the users easy to carry, there are two belt buckle positions designed on the device, also comes with the lanyard. The lanyard could be removed by pushing down the buckle according to the direction of the arrow.

Caution And Trouble Shooting
- Aim at the Mic capsule when speaking and keep the distance between voice amplifier and Mic longer than 60cm to avoid howling.
- No sound out from the speaker after the UHF Mic is paired. The connection between Mic and voice amplifier may be lost. You should re-pair it as mentioned in the previous paragraph.
- Don’t insert or plug the connector frequently to avoid the looseness of socket or the bad connect.
- Recharge timely when battery power is low
- Original accessories are suggested if they need to be replaced
- Non-professional technician is not allowed to dismantle or repair the product; please contact the seller if there is any question or service requirement.
- The amplifier should be kept in dry and ventilated area, rain, water, thump should be avoided.
