SAWO SAV-90N SAVONIA Electric Heater
Product Information SAVONIA Heater
The SAVONIA Heater is an electric heating device that provides warmth to indoor spaces. It comes with a separate control unit that allows users to adjust the temperature and power settings.
Installation Diagram for Separate Control NS
The installation diagram shows the recommended placement of the heater and sensors. The sensor location should be at least 1000mm away from air ventilation or 500mm away from air ventilation that is directed away from the sensors. The minimum safety distances for each model are also provided in the diagram.
NOTE:
Please refer to the control unit manual for maximum power rating. Contactor
unit is needed if heater’s power rating exceeds separate control units
capacity. Additional contactor unit needs to be used when heater is 15kW or
more.
NOTE
Do not place the sensors too near to air ventilation (not under 1000mm) or
not under 500mm from air ventilation, which is directed away from sensors
Power Controller
The power controller regulates the amount of electricity that flows to the heater. The maximum power rating is specified in the control unit manual. If the heater’s power rating exceeds the capacity of the separate control unit, an additional contactor unit is needed. For heaters with a power rating of 15kW or more, multiple contactor units may be required.
Sensor Location
The sensor location depends on the distance between the heater and the wall. If the heater is placed more than 200mm away from the wall, the sensor should be located at least 150mm away from the heater. If the heater is placed less than 200mm away from the wall, the sensor should be located at least 1m away from the heater.
