Instructions for use

1. Add warm water(37°C±2°C(95°F-102°F)), or saline or other doctor-recommended solutions to the clean water tank (③).
2. Install the wash tip (④) on the handle (⑤).
3. Press and hold the power on button for 2 seconds to start the ear cleaner. The power light is always on green and the indicator light flashes between the 4 modes.
4. Place the handle on ear, align the wash tip (④) with the ear canal and gently press the handle to make the silicone water barrier fit the contour of the ear to avoid water flowing out.
5. Press the Model button in turn to select the four modes of Soft/ Normal/Pulse/Strong, water flow from the wash tip, pressing the mode button again to change mode.
6. Pressing the ON/OFF/Pause button (②) to start/stop the device. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device.

• It is normal that there may be residual steam in the reservoir and hoses from device testing before first use. These residual vapors can be removed by running the unit.
• For first time use, we recommend you to select the soft mode
• We recommended that you use a doctor-approved ear drops to soften the ear wax before flushing
• After pressing the ON/OFF/Pause button, the product will continue to work for 2 seconds to remove the residual water
• This product will automatically shut down if not used within 10 minutes

ON/OFF/Pause/Charging

ON| Long press the ON/OFF button (②) for 2 seconds, charging indication: green light the product enters standby mode

Pause| When the product is in working state, short press the ON/OFF button(②) to pause: the indicator light flashes; short press the button (②) to start. In the pause state, press the mode button (①) briefly to switch the mode
OFF| Press and hold the ON/OFF button (②)) for 2 seconds,the light will go off and the product will be turned off
Low Power| Indicator Light: Flashing Red
Charging| During charging,the red charging indicator will always be on
Charging Completed| After charging is completed, the green charging indicator is always on

7. Do not use water or cleaning fluid below body temperature, which may cause dizziness or other discomfort.
8. Please do not disassemble the product yourself

10. Please do not use this product while charging
11. Do not inject chemicals and solids, such as hair, into the sewage collection port as they may clog or damage the product.

Repair and Maintenance

1. Cleaning: After use, pour off the remaining liquid in the tank and wipe clean with a dry towel, place in a cool and ventilated place.
2. The device can be wiped with a wet towel, not directly rinsed with water.
3. The nozzle can be disinfected with 75% alcohol, do not disinfect at high temperature and pressure.
