Steps for Usage

Read all instructions before first use.

Inserting and Replacing Irrigation Tip

Insert irrigation tip onto arm. Hold irrigation tip and rotate the connector clockwise to install.

Charging the Unit

Use the Type-C charging cable attached to the product to charge the device. As shown in the images. During the charging process, the red LED in the ‘Normal’ position will be on. After the red LED is off, the blue LED will be on to indicate that the device is fully charged. Low battery indicator, “Normal” position red LED flashes, the product needs to be charged.

Mode Settings

There are 4 mode pressure settings. Normal, Soft. Pulse and Strong

Removing the Water Reservoir

Rotate the buckle clockwise from the host to remove the water reservoir.

Cleaning the Water Reservoir

  1. Remove water tank and wash the inside and outside of tank with dishwashing solution and warm water.
  2. Dry exterior of tank with a dry cloth and allow inside to air dry

Maintenance

  1. Under power-off mode, remove the water bottle and pour out the rest water.
  2. Turn on the ear cleaner to drain the residual water of internal device and nozzle.
  3. Remove the ear tip and discard it.
  4. Clean the product with a damp cotton cloth. No cleaning solutions or corrosive liquids should be used.

GET Started

Read all instructions before first use.

  • Before using the device for the first time, clean the water reservoir.
  • Remove water reservoir and wash the inside and outside of tank with dish soap and warm water.
  • Dry water tank with a dry cloth.
  • Charge unit using Type-C cable. Remove the water reservoir and fill with warm water (approximately body temperature of 98 F degrees) (Diagram 1) Lift arm. (Diagram 2)
  • Set the pressure (recommend first time with ‘Normal” mode for first use)
  • Gently insert the irrigation tip into the ear canal. (Diagram 3)
  • Press power button/Spray Water Button to start the water pump.
  • Use in the shower or place basin below ear to capture draining water. (Basin is not needed if used in the shower). (Diagram 4)
  • When finished, tum off the unit and empty any remaining water in the water reservoir

Troubleshooting

  1. If the ear cleaner fails to turn on, please charge it in case of low battery.

  2. If the ear cleaner working time is short after fully charged, please charge and use it in environment temperature between 15-35 °C; Or the charging time is insufficient, please charge it.

  3. If the LED lights are not working while charging, please check if the power supply is connected correctly.

  4. If the water pressure is too low, please replace a new ear tip in case of blocked or damaged; Or choose the stronger mode base on your need.

WARNING:

  • Consult your physician before use if you have a pre-existing ear condition.
  • DO NOT USE if you have ear tubes (tympanostomy tubes), have had ear surgery, if you suspect/have a perforated eardrum, or have an ear infection, Please consult your ENT doctor.
  • Only use warm water for earwax removal (approximately body temperature, 98° Fahrenheit). Do Not use cold water or hot water as it may cause dizziness.
  • Using saline or sterile water is not required.
  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation, bleeding, or other trauma to the ear canal occurs.
  • Loud sounds and pressure are expected while using the product. If at any point during use you feel pain, please stop immediately, and consult a physician.
  • Water Resistant IPX5 – can be used in the shower.
  • Do not use on children under the age of 15.

CHOKING HAZARD:

Keep out of reach of children. Do not allow children to play with or near this item. This is not a toy for children.

If product becomes damaged, please discard immediately.
