Button Description

Power On & Pairing

•  Power On the neckband by Pressing the MFB until Blue LED light starts glowing.
•  Long Press MFB until Blue & Red LED light blinks alternatively to Enter Pairing mode.
•  Open Bluetooth function on your Device and Search for the Available Bluetooth devices.
•  Click on “pTron BT” to connect. Note: MFB stands for Multi-function Button.

Power Off
Press MFB until Red LED light blinks & Turn Off.

Bluetooth Connectivity – Automatic
Just Turn On the Wireless Neckband. It will Automatically Connect to the Last Connected Device. Note: The last connected smart device must be On, Bluetooth function must be ON and must be within10meterswireless range from the neckband.

Awake Voice Assistant
Long Press MFB for 3 seconds until you hear a beep sound.

Call & Music Functions

• Answer/Hangup a Phone Call: Press MFB Once.
• Reject a Phone Call: Long Press MFB for 3 seconds.
• Music Play/Pause: Press MFB once.
• Next Song: Long Press “-” button.
• Previous Song: Long Press the “+” button.
• Volume Up: Single Press “+” button.
• Volume Down: Single Press “-” button.
• Re-dial: Press MFB Twice.

Important : PTron Tangent Duo is set at 60% default volume. Please adjust the volume through the neckband or the connected device.

Dual-Device Pairing

•  First turn on your neckband.
•  Then pair the neckband with the device 1.
•  After that disconnect (do not unpair) the neckband from the connected device 1.
•  Then pair the neckband with device 2.
•  After pairing the neckband with device 2, you need to connect the first paired device with the neckband. Now, both devices are connected to the neckband.

Charging the Neckband

•  Turn Off the Neckband before Charging.
•  Connect the Type-C End of the Charging cable to the Neckband.
•  Connect the USB end of the Charging cable to a Power Source such as USB Charger or other ChargingDevices of 5V Output.
•  Red LED light will be Steady during Charge. Once the Neckband is Fully Charged, Red LEDindicator will Turn Off.
•  Un-plug the Neckband from the Charging cable.

Caution : Using incompatible USB cables or high voltage chargers can damage the product &voidtheproductwarranty. We strongly recommend using DC5V- 1A chargers & the USB cable included in the package.

Troubleshooting Scenario 1: Connectivity Issue

•  Turn OFF the neckband and charge 100%.
•  Unpair with the connected Bluetooth device.
•  Restart the Bluetooth device.
•  After 100% charging, switch ON the neckband and pair it with the Bluetooth device again.

Troubleshooting Scenario 2: Neckband Disconnecting During a Phone Call

•  Neckband must be 100% charged before using (low battery can also cause for disconnection).
•  Unpair the neckband with your connected device and restart the device.
•  Pair the neckband again.

Note: These Neckbands have up to 10 meters of wireless transmission range in an open space. Going beyond the wireless range may cause disconnection.

Troubleshooting Scenario 3: Mic Not Working Properly

•  Unpair the neckband from connected device and restart the Bluetooth device.
•  Switch ON the neckband and pair it again with the Bluetooth device.
•  Please check for network for mic issue, when network is low mic performance gone down.
•  The distance between the neckband and the connected device must be within 10 meters.
•  Allow the mobile setting to use your mic. 6. Check Dust or Dirt On Mic.

Safety Precautions

• Please keep this device away from extreme heat, liquids, humidity or corrosive environment.
• Please don’t over-charge the product as it will decrease the service life of the battery.
• Using incompatible USB cable or high voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product warranty.
• We strongly recommend using a good quality DC5V-1A charger & the USB cable included in the package.
• This product or the Bluetooth function should not be used during charging.
• Don’t jam the ports such as the charger port, LED port, etc.
• It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect your hearing.
• Please don’t open/temper the product or the product’s battery.
• Please keep the product out of children’s reach.
• Dispose of the product responsibly and adhere to your local authority guidelines.
