What should I do if the MACH V1 Ultra cannot activate steam mode?
The MACH V1 Ultra adopts the cordless SteamWave™ technology, which dissolves tough stains on hard floors and removes them with ease by spraying a constant stream at 230°F (110°C), and at the same time gets rid of 99.9% of household bacteria. Please note that steam mode cannot be activated when the water level is low in the clean water tank or the steam reset button is popped up.
If the MACH V1 Ultra cannot activate the steam mode, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
-
Check if the clean water tank has a low water level. If necessary, please fill the clean water tank with cold tap water.
-
Verify the rubber cover is installed properly by opening the rubber cover and then fully pressing it down. Please note that the surface of the clean water tank should be smooth if the rubber cover is completely sealed.
-
Check if the vacuum cleaner’s LCD screen displays a reminder that shows the steam reset button is popped up. If the steam reset button is popped up, please try the following steps:
-
Press and hold the power button to power off the MACH V1 Ultra, and leave it powered off for more than 30 minutes.
-
Remove the roller brush cover, and then use a pen to press the steam reset button down.
-
Fill the clean water tank with cold tap water but do not exceed the MAX mark, and then pour an entire bag of citric acid into the clean water tank to enable the descaling mode. Please refer to the following article for detailed instructions on the descaling process: How to Enable the Descaling Mode for the MACH V1 Ultra
-
After the vacuum cleaner completes the descaling process, please run the vacuum cleaner in the smart mode for a few minutes.
-
After running the vacuum cleaner in the smart mode for a few minutes, please fill the clean water tank with cold tap water but do not exceed the MAX mark and switch the mode to steam mode, wait for the red steam status light to begin pulsing, and then press the trigger on the vacuum cleaner to verify if steam can be released from the vacuum cleaner.

What is the SteamWave™ technology of the MACH V1 Ultra?
The MACH V1 Ultra adopts the Cordless SteamWave™ technology, which dissolves tough stains on hard floors and removes them with ease by spraying a constant stream at 230°F (110°C), and at the same time gets rid of 99.9% of household bacteria. It is capable of delivering spotless cleaning results comparable to hiring a professional cleaner, but without breaking the bank!
In steam mode, simply press and hold the trigger button to release steam.
The steam can be heated to 230°F in the vacuum, the temperature when it passes through the steam outlet can reach up to 212°F, and the floor in direct contact with steam can be heated to a temperature range between 176°F-194°F to quickly soften tough stains.
When it comes to cleaning stubborn stains, it is recommended to run the vacuum cleaner over stains slowly and let the steam nozzles shown in the image below spray the stains for up to 30 seconds in order to soften the stains. Please note that this method will produce a more effective cleaning result when it comes to removing stubborn stains.
For your peace of mind, the MACH V1 Ultra has the following built-in safety mechanism features:
- The steam heating area is located approximately 0.4-0.8 inches in front of the steam nozzles, and the vacuum will not heat up an area farther than 0.8 inches in front of its designated heating area. Additionally, the heating area is automatically controlled to avoid any potential risks of burning.
- The steam circulates inside the roller brush cover, then it softens the stains on hard floors without overflowing. For example, it will automatically stop when the vacuum cleaner is accidentally knocked over or lifted off the ground.
With the SteamWave™ technology, you will be able to enjoy having clean and spotless floors in your home!
How to Use the Steam Mode for the MACH V1 Ultra
Please refer to the following instructions when using steam mode:
-
Remove the MACH V1 Ultra vacuum cleaner from the charging base, gently step on the foot pedal and pull the handlebar backward until you hear a clicking sound, then continue to pull the handlebar for the vacuum to enter standby mode.
-
Press the power button to turn on the smart mode by default, and then press the mode button one time and the vacuum will switch to steam mode.
-
Once the pulsing red indicator lights on the roller brush cover turn to solid red lights, it indicates that the vacuum has completed the preparation process and steam mode can now be used. Please simply press the trigger button on the vacuum to release steam from the vacuum cleaner.
- It is recommended to use steam mode to remove tough stains and clean the floors thoroughly.
- Please note that the MACH V1 Ultra vacuum cleaner can only last up to 15 minutes in steam mode before the battery runs out.
How to Effectively Clean the Corner and Area under Furniture with the
MACH V1 Series
This article is designed to provide a walkthrough on how to use the MACH V1 series to effectively clean areas that usually are difficult to clean using a vacuum, such as the corners and areas under furniture.
The MACH V1 series adopts the design of edge cleaning on a single side. While using the vacuum cleaner, it is recommended to use its right side to clean corners such as walls.
The vacuum cleaner’s right side (the same side where you can press and remove the roller brush) has a 6mm slim edge; therefore, the roller brush head on the right side is able to clean areas that usually are harder to reach.
Compared with the edge cleaning capability of other wet and dry vacuums on the market that are designed to clean on both sides, the MACH V1 vacuum cleaner’s design can achieve better results when it comes to cleaning areas that are difficult to reach. Additionally, the thickness of 6mm has successfully passed various rigorous product testing requirements to ensure its lifespan. If the design was slimmer than 6mm, the entire roller brush head and its internal motor could be easily damaged as it would be inevitable for the roller brush to run into walls or furniture.
Generally, the taller the height of the furniture is, the deeper area the MACH vacuum cleaner is able to clean under the furniture. The common furniture height in the vast majority of homes is approximately 6-8in/15-20cm, and the area that the MACH vacuum cleaner can reach under the furniture is approximately 8-12in /20-30cm. Please note that this data is strictly for reference and the actual distance varies according to different scenarios. In order to clean the entire area under any furniture, it is recommended to also use one of the eufy RoboVac models with slim design. The height of the slim RoboVac models is only 2.85in/7.23cm, and they can easily clean the entire area under most furniture.
Additionally, please do not set the vacuum cleaner in a flat horizontal position as shown in the following image when cleaning under the furniture. This is to prevent water from re-entering the vacuum and potentially damaging the entire vacuum.
What should I do if my MACH V1 series is unable to clean the floors
thoroughly?
The MACH V1 series is designed to clean both hard floors and carpets, and it can easily clean up a variety of dry materials and wet liquids. However, if you have noticed the cleaning performance of your MACH V1 series has not been ideal, please refer to the following solutions.
Kitchen
Most kitchen floors have multiple oil or food stains. It is recommended to turn on steam mode (only on the MACH V1 Ultra) and turn on the floor cleaner switch to easily clean and remove even the toughest stains on the kitchen floor.
Please note that steam mode is suitable for general cleaning, stubborn stains, and heavy oil stains. When it comes to cleaning stubborn stains, it is recommended to run the vacuum cleaner over stains slowly and let the steam nozzles spray the stains for up to 30 seconds in order to soften the stains. Please note that this method will produce a more effective cleaning result when it comes to removing stubborn stains.
How to Use the Steam Mode for the MACH V1 Ultra
Bathroom
If you use the MACH vacuum cleaner in the bathroom, it is recommended to turn on suction mode. This will provide better cleaning results and easily remove water stains on the bathroom floor, and it will dry quickly after mopping.
How to Use the Suction Mode for the MACH V1 Series
Dry materials
If there are dry materials on the floor, such as bread crumbs and hair, it is recommended to turn on suction mode before cleaning. This is mainly to prevent crumbs and hair from sticking to the roller brush.
Please note that suction mode is recommended when it comes to cleaning carpets, pet hair, dry materials, and when there is a lot of water on the ground. Simply press and hold the trigger on the vacuum to further increase the suction power to achieve optimal cleaning results.
Wet liquids
The MACH V1 series has a strong suction power that can reach up to 16800pa. If there are wet liquids or tough stains on the floor, it is recommended to turn on smart mode for the best possible cleaning results and hold the trigger on the vacuum to increase further the suction power to achieve optimal cleaning results.

MACH V1 series
Please note that there is a cleaning solution switch located next to the LCD screen on the vacuum. You can open it by turning it in a counterclockwise direction, or close it by turning it in a clockwise direction. If you prefer to use only water while you are cleaning your floors, simply turn the cleaning solution switch to the closed position for the vacuum to use only water.
What should I do if my MACH V1 series is leaving water stains after
cleaning?
It is absolutely normal for the MACH vacuum cleaner to leave a small amount of water stain after cleaning the floors. However, users can choose to press the self-cleaning button on the vacuum cleaner three times consecutively to turn on the Jetblade™ floor quick-drying function (MACH V1 Ultra only), and the vacuum cleaner can start drying the floors during its cleaning process to effectively reduce water stain after cleaning the floors.
Please note that using steam mode may result in the vacuum cleaner leaving water stains on the floors. This is because the high-temperature steam in steam mode condenses into water droplets, which will leave water marks on the floors.
While using the steam mode, it is recommended to clean in forward-only motion, then switch to suction mode with Jetblade™ floor quick-drying function after cleaning in places with water stains.
For floors with multiple water stains, such as bathroom floors, it is recommended to use suction mode to effectively remove water stains.

If you have installed a water filtration system on your water faucet, it is highly recommended to add only tap water and not purified water to your MACH V1 vacuum cleaner’s water tank. Direct drinking water might be not suitable to produce ozone. You can take edible salt and add it to the clear water tank filled with water, and shake it until the edible salt dissolves for cleaning. If you can’t control the dosage, you can add edible salt in small amounts and multiple times.
Why does the self-drying process for my MACH V1 series take a while to
complete?
It takes 45 minutes to complete the self-drying process. During the self- drying process, the vacuum will spin the roller brush in a 360-degree direction to fully dry it. Drying the roller brush thoroughly can effectively prolong its life of the roller brush and prevent the roller brush from becoming moldy and smelly, which could accumulate bacteria.
In order not to disturb users during the process, the self-drying process is designed to be performed slowly and quietly. When the vacuum cleaner is self- drying, users do not have to constantly check up on the vacuum. Please simply allow the vacuum cleaner to complete the self-drying process automatically, which will take 45 minutes.
If users prefer not to wait for the vacuum cleaner to complete its full self- cleaning and self-drying process, please refer to the following tips:
- Use only the self-cleaning function. If the user’s home is relatively large and the vacuum needs to perform its self-cleaning process midway through cleaning the entire house, it is recommended to use only the self-cleaning function and manually remove the vacuum cleaner from the charging base after the self-cleaning process is completed. Once the entire house has been cleaned thoroughly, then place the vacuum cleaner back on the charging base to start a full self-cleaning and self-drying process.
- Use only the self-drying function. If the user simply needs to dry the roller brush, please hold the trigger on the vacuum cleaner for two seconds while the MACH vacuum cleaner is on the charging base. The vacuum will begin drying the roller brush automatically.
Introducing the Self-Cleaning and Self-Drying Functions for the MACH V1 Series
What is the Triple Self-Cleaning System of the MACH V1 series?
The MACH V1 series vacuum cleaner can enable the Triple Self-Cleaning System with a single click of a button. After you have finished cleaning and returned the MACH vacuum cleaner to its charging base, simply click the self-cleaning button one time in order for the vacuum to automatically begin cleaning and drying its roller brush.
Step 1 Self-Washing: Cleaning solution is released to thoroughly wash the roller brush as it cleans.
Step 2 Auto-Sterilization: Aqueous ozone is safely produced to remove harmful bacteria.
Step 3 Self-Drying: Hot air is circulated and the roller brush will spin automatically during this process.
It takes 90 seconds to finish the self-cleaning process and 45 minutes to complete the self-drying process. During this process, it will be a little noisy as the vacuum is removing dirt and debris from the roller brush, then the vacuum will spin the roller brush in a 360-degree direction to fully dry it.
Please make sure the vacuum has completed its self-cleaning process before using the vacuum again. If not, the floor will become dirtier. The roller brush that has not been fully dried may also become moldy and smelly, which will accumulate bacteria.
If you just use the vacuum to clean a certain spot and the roller brush does not need to be thoroughly cleaned by using the vacuum’s self-cleaning process, you can simply turn on the independent self-drying mode by placing the vacuum back onto the charging base and pressing the trigger for two seconds.
As a kind reminder, when the MACH vacuum cleaner is in an upright position and idle for five minutes, and you have neither started the vacuum’s self-cleaning process nor cleaned the dirty water tank, both the ozone status light and the steam status light on the MACH V1 Ultra (only the ozone status light on the MACH V1) will flash red repeatedly for up to five minutes. If you would like to turn off the red warning lights, simply follow the on-screen instructions to start the self-cleaning process or clean the dirty water tank.
The Triple Self-Cleaning System will completely dry the roller brush and remove any unpleasant odor. Your MACH vacuum cleaner will then be ready to start cleaning your floors again!
What should I do if the MACH V1 series’ dirty water tank tube is
blocked?
If the tube in the dirty water tank is blocked, it will cause the MACH V1 series to trigger an error and the vacuum cleaner will stop working.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
-
Please upgrade the vacuum cleaner’s firmware to the latest firmware version by going to the eufy Clean app > tap the upper right corner on the app’s main interface to proceed to the Settings interface > tap Firmware Update.
-
Remove the roller brush and check whether there is any debris under the roller brush that may be blocking the air inlet.
-
Use the included cleaning tool to remove debris found in the suction tube.
-
Check whether the high-performance filter is either wet or dusty. If necessary, please replace the high-performance filter.
How does the traction of the MACH V1 series work?
Please note that the new MACH V1 series is designed using forward-only traction. The MACH V1 series is equipped with a motor that pulls the vacuum in a forward motion, making cleaning easy and effortless. When cleaning your entire house, simply push the vacuum forward and navigate the vacuum to effectively clean your floors.
The cleaning effect of the MACH vacuum cleaner being pushed forward will be much better than the vacuum being backward.
Compared with some of the other wet and dry vacuum cleaners on the market that are designed with both forward and backward traction, the MACH V1 series has the following advantages:
- Forward-only traction will leave fewer water stains.
- Forward-only traction produces better and more effective cleaning results. If the vacuum also has backward traction, the process of pulling back and forth takes time for the vacuum to adjust to its motion, not to mention it requires much more effort to manually pull the vacuum backward and then push it forward.
It is recommended to hold the handle on the vacuum with one of your hands facing toward the floor as shown in the following image, keep the main body of the vacuum at a 35-40° angle to the ground, and follow the vacuum’s forward motion to efficiently and effortlessly clean your entire house.
What should I do if my MACH V1 series leaks water during the self-
cleaning process?
If the MACH V1 vacuum cleaner leaks water during the self-cleaning process, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
Check whether the roller brush cover and the dirty water tank are installed properly. After checking the roller brush cover and the dirty water tank, please place the vacuum cleaner on the charging base and start the self- cleaning process again.
What is the Eco-Clean Ozone™ technology of the MACH V1 series?
The innovative Eco-Clean Ozone™ technology produces ozone to deeply clean surfaces while removing bacteria and mites. The Eco-Clean Ozone™ function is turned on by default, and you can also disable it by pressing the button on the vacuum or via the eufy Clean app.
The built-in ozone generator creates ozone with tap water, which can be used to clean both the floor and the vacuum cleaner itself during its self-cleaning process.
Only tap water can be added to the clean water tank. Mineral and purified water have been artificially filtered and added with trace elements. The conductivity of filtered water is very low and cannot be used to generate ozone.
After sterilizing the floor, the ozone will break down into oxygen in just a few minutes. The entire process is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. Additionally, the ozone concentration has successfully passed the NCB standards for product certification which is in line with the CB Scheme. The percentage of ozone in the room does not exceed 5×10^(-6), and the amount of ozone dissolved in water is 0.4 mg/L.
Can purified water be used for the MACH V1 series to generate ozone?

Introducing the Self-Cleaning and Self-Drying Functions for the MACH V1
Series
Self-Cleaning and Self-Drying
After you have finished cleaning and returned the MACH vacuum cleaner to its charging base, simply press the self-cleaning button one time in order for the vacuum to automatically begin cleaning and drying its roller brush.
Please refer to the following instructions:
- Place the MACH vacuum cleaner back onto its charging base.
- Make sure the vacuum’s clean water tank has more than 50% water volume prior to starting the self-cleaning process.
- Press the self-cleaning button on the vacuum one time in order for the vacuum to automatically begin cleaning and drying its roller brush.
- For optimal cleaning results, it is recommended to turn on the floor cleaner switch before the vacuum starts its self-cleaning process.
- When the roller brush starts its self-drying process, the vacuum cleaner will emit a voice prompt to remind you to clean the dirty water tank.
How to Dry the Roller Brush
If only the roller brush needs to be dried, simply press and hold the trigger button for two seconds when the MACH vacuum cleaner is placed on the charging base.
The vacuum cleaner will automatically start the process of drying its roller brush.
What should I do if the MACH V1 series makes loud noises while cleaning?
The MACH V1 series is designed using the JetStream™ technology, which ensures the noises emitted by the MACH V1 series while cleaning is as low as 65dB. However, the maximum suction power of the vacuum can reach up to 16,800Pa when it is working, so it is inevitable for the vacuum to emit noises to a certain degree. Although the noises will not affect your daily routine, it is recommended to avoid using the vacuum cleaner when you would like to enjoy a quiet moment or late at night.
The MACH V1 series may become a little loud in the following scenarios:
- During the self-drying process, the vacuum will spin the roller brush in a 360-degree direction to fully dry it. As a result, the MACH V1 series will be a little noisy during the process of turning the roller brush.
- During the self-cleaning process, the vacuum will release a cleaning solution to thoroughly wash the roller brush and it may be a little noisy during the process.
- The MACH V1 Ultra will need to produce steam when the vacuum cleaner is cleaning in steam mode, and the steam preparation process will be a little loud. However, it will not be as loud when the MACH V1 Ultra releases steam because the vacuum cleaner will reduce the power of its suction fan when steam is released.
If your MACH V1 series makes loud noises while cleaning that does not fall into one of the three scenarios mentioned above, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
-
Check whether there is any debris or objects stuck in the roller brush, tubes, clean water tank, and dirty water tank. If the noise persists after checking and cleaning these parts, please send an email to eufy support engineers and include a short video showing the exact noise issue along with your MACH V1 series’ device information. Please note that you can find the device information by going to the eufy Clean app > select the MACH V1 series’ Settings menu > Device Info > use the Copy Device Information tab at the bottom to provide the information to eufy support engineers.
-
If there is a friction noise when you navigate the MACH V1 series in a forward and backward motion, please check whether the soft rubber strip on the bottom of the vacuum cleaner has worn off. Please note that the soft rubber strip may sometimes cause minor noises due to the friction between the rubber strip and the floor, especially if the floor has a smooth surface.
How to Use the MACH V1 Series
This article is designed to introduce the three cleaning modes for the MACH V1 Series!
Remove the MACH V1 Series from the charging base, gently step on the foot pedal and pull the handlebar backward until you hear a clicking sound, then continue to pull the handlebar for the vacuum to enter standby mode. Press the power button to start the default working mode. It is also recommended to hold the vacuum cleaner at an angle of 35-40 degrees to the ground for a more comfortable grip.

What should I do if the dirty water tank on my MACH V1 series has a
musty smell?
After the vacuum cleaner completes its self-cleaning and self-drying process, there will be a voice prompt to remind the user to clean the dirty water tank. Please make sure to clean the dirty water tank periodically, so it would not have any unpleasant odor. It is also highly recommended to air dry the dirty water tank completely after it has been cleaned thoroughly.
What should I do if the MACH V1 series triggers an insufficient cleaning
solution error when there is cleaning solution in the cleaner tank?
Please add a cleaning solution to the floor cleaner tank and do not exceed the MAX mark before using the MACH V1 series. If the MACH V1 series triggers an insufficient cleaning solution error when there is a cleaning solution in the floor cleaner tank, this error could be caused by the cleaning solution being unable to dispense from the floor cleaner tank or the floor cleaner tank could be leaking.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
-
If the floor cleaner tank is leaking, please confirm whether there is a black rubber plug (diaphragm valve) at the bottom of the floor cleaner tank. If you are unsure, please email eufy support and provide a clear photo of the bottom of the floor cleaner tank.
-
Check whether the floor cleaner tank is able to dispense cleaning solutions without issues. Please remove the floor cleaner tank, press both sides of the diaphragm valve at the bottom of the floor cleaner tank with your hands, and then expose the cleaner outlet in the middle to verify if the cleaning solution can be dispensed due to gravity. (Keep the diaphragm valve facing down)
-
If the cleaning solution is able to dispense without issues, please install the floor cleaner tank back into the vacuum cleaner, turn on the floor cleaner switch, enable smart mode, and increase the vacuum cleaner’s suction power by holding down the trigger on the vacuum cleaner for five minutes to observe if the cleaning solution is being dispensed from the floor cleaner tank.
Can the steam mode for MACH V1 Ultra work on carpets/mats?
Yes, it can! Please rest assured that SteamWave™ technology is safe for all sealed hard floors and medium-pile carpets. However, using steam mode on carpets can only help remove a few stubborn stains, but it cannot treat stained marks on carpets. It is highly recommended to hire professional cleaners to thoroughly clean carpets that have stained marks.
For optimal cleaning results, it is recommended to use steam mode on your sealed hardwood, marble, tile, and stone floors, and use suction mode on carpets/rugs.
How to clean carpets with the MACH V1 series
How to Manually Clean the Roller Brush for the MACH V1 Series
Generally, if the roller brush is wet, pet hair could become entangled with the roller brush and it would be difficult to clean the brush.
Note: It is recommended to use suction mode when cleaning carpets, pet hair, and floors with a large volume of wet liquids that are not dried stains.
The MACH vacuum cleaner is designed to vacuum up the majority of hair and debris in the dirty water tank. However, if there is a lot of hair, it is recommended to manually remove the roller brush cover and use the included cleaning tool to clean the roller brush after the vacuum cleaner completes its self-cleaning process.
For the convenience of operations, the MACH V1 series has a magnetic quick- release design for its roller brush cover, which can be easily removed and washed thoroughly with water.
Please refer to the following steps to manually remove, clean, and reinstall the roller brush:
- Remove the brush cover by pulling it upwards.
- Pinch the roller brush mounting bracket on the left side of the roller brush and lift it up to remove the roller brush.
- Use the included cleaning tool to clean the roller brush. Please note that the brush head part of the cleaning tool is designed to clean dust and debris, and the hook part of the cleaning tool is designed to remove hair from the roller brush.
- Insert the right end of the roller brush into the right side of the foot pedal, then press the mounting bracket on the left side of the roller brush into the slot on the left side of the foot pedal.
- Align the bottom of the roller brush cover with the upper cover of the steam tank first, then carefully close the roller brush cover.
Align the bottom of the roller brush cover with the upper cover of the steam tank first, then carefully close the roller brush cover. If you have used your MACH vacuum cleaner to clean stubborn stains and odorous stains, or if you want to clean the roller brush thoroughly after using it for an extended period of time, you can use warm running water to wash the roller brush by hand. Please do not use the washing machine to clean the roller brush, because some movable metal parts on the brush may be damaged or the metal parts may damage other clothes in the washing machine.
How to easily navigate the MACH V1 series to clean the floors?
The MACH V1 series is designed to easily navigate and clean the floors. However, please avoid the following two common mistakes that will cause the vacuum to be difficult to use.
Incorrect angle (too high or too low)
Currently, all wet and dry vacuum cleaners on the market are equipped with large water tanks, which make the vacuum cleaner relatively heavy once the water tanks are filled with water.
When using your MACH V1 series, it is highly recommended to keep the main body of the vacuum at a 35-40° angle to the ground and follow the vacuum’s forward motion to efficiently and effortlessly clean your entire house.
The inconsistent forward and backward motion
Please note that the new MACH V1 series is designed using forward-only traction. The MACH V1 series is equipped with a motor that pulls the vacuum in a forward motion, making cleaning easy and effortless. When cleaning your entire house, simply push the vacuum forward and navigate the vacuum to effectively clean your floors.
Which cleaning mode should I choose on my MACH V1 series to clean up a
large volume of wet liquids on the floor?
If there is a large volume of wet liquids on the floor, it is recommended to use the vacuum’s smart mode to effectively clean up the wet liquids on the floor. This is due to the reason that smart mode will spray water to clean the floor while the vacuum is vacuuming up the wet liquids. Additionally, if you press the trigger button on the vacuum while the vacuum is in smart mode, it will allow the vacuum to further increase its suction power to effectively and efficiently clean up a large volume of wet liquids in a short amount of time.
Please refer to the following article for detailed instructions on how to enable smart mode:

-
Check if the clean water tank is installed properly. Please make sure the water outlet is aligned with the connector of the vacuum cleaner.
-
Remove the water tank and check if the rubber cover on the water tank is installed properly. The surface should be smooth if the rubber cover is completely sealed.
-
Reinstall the clean water tank. The clean water tank will make a clicking sound when it is properly installed and locked in place.
-
Power on the vacuum cleaner and check whether the clean water tank is still leaking water.
Why does my MACH V1 series leave behind water stains on the floors after
cleaning?
The MACH V1 Ultra vacuum cleaner is equipped with the JetBlade™ floor quick- drying function to effectively and quickly dry the floors. When the vacuum cleaner is cleaning in its forward traction, the wet liquids and water stains on the floors will be vacuumed into the dirty water tank.
The JetBlade™ floor quick-drying function works even better on smooth surfaces, such as tiles. However, please note that it is absolutely normal if there is a slight trail of water stains on the floors after cleaning. You can run a quick test to check if the floor quick-dry function works well :
Please pull the vacuum cleaner back, and check whether the water is even. The watermark should be as wide as the rolling brush at that time.
How to pause the descaling process on my MACH V1 Ultra?
Please note that the descaling process will take a while to complete since the vacuum will need to first use up all the water in the clean water tank before the vacuum proceeds to the next stage in the process. If the user has accidentally turned on descaling mode and prefers to stop the process, the user can simply lift up the MACH V1 vacuum from the charging base in order to pause the descaling process.
