How do I care for the power station?
This power station is designed for a variety of uses so there is a good chance
our device will need a little cleaning every now and then.
Please use a dry, non-abrasive cloth. We like the cleaners that have been
designed for mobile phone and computer screens if you need a little extra
oomph. Do not give it a bath!
How do I store the power station?
Please store your power station in a dry environment out of direct elements.
For optimal battery health, store the device at room temperature 80% charged.
This device offers a water-resistant, dustproof case for maximum protection.
We suggest that you keep your connected to a power source when not in use,
like a solar panel or a wall plug, so it keeps its battery healthy and topped
over. This prolongs battery life and will ensure your power station is ready
to recharge your gear at all times.
How do I use the power station safely?
Please use the power station in temperature conditions inside of its operating
temperature range. Using it outside of its optimal temperature operating range
can push it beyond its safe and effective limits.
Do not submerge your power station. It is not waterproof and this will void
your warranty.
Don’t throw the power station around. Treat it like the equipment you are plugging into it, with care.
WARNING! Do not charge the machine immediately after it is fully discharged. For safety, please cool the battery before charging!
