Product Information

The product is a steam mop with model number of 2220000907/04. It comes with instructions in multiple languages (French, English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Turkish, Czech, Hungarian, Slovak, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Slovenian, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, and Ukrainian). The product has three steam settings: Min position, Medium position, and Max position. It can be used on different types of floors such as laminate/varnished floorboards, rug/carpet (only for selected models with carpet glider), stone/marble, and tiled/vinyl floors.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the steam mop for the first time, please read the instructions carefully.

Power Supply

Connect the power cord to the socket and plug it in.

Using Steam

Select the appropriate steam setting (Min position, Medium position, or Max position) based on the type of floor you are cleaning.

  • If you are cleaning laminate/varnished floorboards or rug/carpet (only for selected models with carpet glider), use Min position or Medium position.
  • If you are cleaning stone/marble or tiled/vinyl floors, use the Medium position or Max position.

Note: Do not use the steam mop on unsealed wood or unsealed laminate floors. It is also recommended to test an isolated area of the surface to be cleaned before proceeding.

Important

Any end-of-life appliances must be taken to an approved Service Centre which will take responsibility for managing their disposal.

Troubleshooting/FAQ

If you encounter any problems while using the steam mop, refer to the following solutions:

  • Your appliance is not connected to the power supply : Check that the power cord is plugged in.
  • The appliance is no longer generating steam: Fill the water tank.
  • The anti-limescale cartridge is incorrectly installed: Re-position it correctly.
  • A large amount of steam is coming out of the suction apparatus: Reduce the steam power.
  • The appliance is not cleaning the floor very well: Clean the pad.
  • The appliance is no longer lighting up: Check that the power cord is plugged in and re-position it correctly.
  • The floor is very wet after steaming: Clean the pad or install a new pad.
  • Brown stains are visible on the floor after use: Never add any products to the water tank. Contact an Approved Service Centre.
  • Steam exits behind the water tank: The heating element is clogged or the pipe is obstructed.

  • Never immerse the appliance in water; do not spill water on the appliance and do not store it outside.
  • For cleaning and maintenance please refer to the manual.
  • Do not direct the steam at people, animals or electrical appliances such as inside ovens or electric sockets. Do not allow the steam to come in proximity to the hands.
  • Do not use distilled water, condensation water from tumble dryers, scented water, or water from air conditioning , refrigeration or similar systems. Do not use chemical products or detergents.
  • Do not use the appliance with bare feet, flip-flops or open shoes. Do not use the product when hands are wet.
  • Keep the appliance out of reach of children when it is plugged into the mains or cooling.
  • The appliance must be unplugged after use and before user maintenance.
  • WARNING : Risk of steam scalding.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or who lack experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning safe use and understand the hazards involved. Children should not be allowed to play with the appliance. The appliance should not be left unsupervised when it is plugged into the power supply. The appliance should not be used if it has fallen, if there are visible signs of damage or in the event of a leak.

For countries not subject to European regulations :

PLEASE READ BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Power supply
    • Each time before use, unwind the power cord completely.
    • Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating plate of your appliance’s charger is the same as your wall outlet voltage. Any connection error could cause irreversible damage to the product and invalidate the guarantee.
    • Do not leave the power cord close to or in contact with sources of heat or sharp edges.
    • To ensure safety, check that the electrical installation to which the appliance is connected is implemented in accordance with the legislation in force (earthing system).
    • If you are using an electrical extension, check that it works properly and that it is suited to the power of your appliance.
    • Disconnect the appliance by unplugging it from the power supply, without pulling the cord:
    • Immediately after each use.
    • Before changing any of the accessories (pad, anti-scale cartridge)
    • Before filling the water tank
    • Before any appliance maintenance or cleaning.
    • Before storing or cleaning the appliance, please ensure the product has completely cooled down.
    • Do not wind the appliance’s cord while it is still hot.
  2. Using steam

Note : These recommendations should be respected in order to avoid damage to floors.

  • We recommend that you check the user guide and any warnings from the floor manufacturers. You should carry out a test on an area of the surface to be cleaned before beginning.
  • For the soft floorings (carpets, rugs), first let the steamed part to dry in order to make sure that no changes in color or deformation have occurred.

Warning!

  • Do not use it on unsealed wood or unsealed laminate floors. On surfaces that have been treated with wax, the sheen may be removed by the heat and steam action. It is always recommended to test an isolated area of the surface to be cleaned before proceeding. We also recommend that you check the use and care instructions from the floor manufacturer.
  • To sanitize your hard floor in the best way, place the appliance over the area to be disinfected using continuous steam for at least 60 seconds.

Important

  • Do not expose the appliance to temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C.
  • Do not store the appliance near a heat source (for example, a radiator) and make sure it is stored on a stable surface. The appliance should be stored indoors only.
  • Only use certified original anti-scale cartridges and pads.
  • In accordance with existing regulation, any end-of-life appliances must be taken to an approved Service Centre which will take responsibility for managing their disposal.
