Quick Guide Of TV Connection

Note: If the speaker is not loud enough, please try to turn the volume up on the soundbar, TV/Smartphones, as well as the Fire Stick/Roku Stick to increase the volume. It is suitable for a regular room within 430 square feet(40 square meters). Since our Sound Bar is customized for small and medium-sized TVs, this one is suitable for TVs within 47 inches, so if you need a professional TV speaker, this one may not meet your expectation.

HDMl(ARC) or SPDIF Connection

  1. Audio SettingFANGOR S20 Sound Bars-FIG-1 Because the TV’s default Speakers is TV Speakers, when you connect via cable, you need to set on TV: Audio/Sound Setting> Audio/Speaker Output(HDMI ARC/Optical)> PCM
    Tips:

  2. Make Sure HDMl(ARC) Port: Please make sure the port you plug in the TV is HDMl(ARC) but not HDMI. Casue HDMl(ARC) can only transfer audio. But if this is regular HDMI port which transfer both audio and video, there will be no sound from the sound bar.

  3. Make Sure Output Ports: Please make sure the TV ports is HDMl(ARC) Output Port/Optical Output Port. If you plug in the input port from TV, there will be no sound from the sound bar.

  4. Volume Adjustment
    The remote of TV and sound bar itself will be synchronously to adjust the volume.

Bluetooth Connection

  1. Connect TV via Bluetooth
  2. Step1. After power on, the sound bar will automatically enter Bluetooth Mode, find out this available device on TV’ Bluetooth List: S20, then pair.
  3. Step2. Volume Adjustment (Both TV and Sound Bar) After paired, the volume adjustment of TV remote and sound bar is separated.FANGOR S20 Sound Bars-FIG-2
  4. Connect Firestick via Bluetooth
  5. Step1. After power on, the sound bar will automatically enter Bluetooth Mode. Enter Fire Stick Home, choose Controllers & Bluetooth Devices as the following picture; select Other Bluetooth Devices, find out this the available device on the list: S20, then pair.FANGOR S20 Sound Bars-FIG-3

Warming Tips (Attention Please)

About Connection

  1. TV Audio Output Setting: When you connect TV via Optical/HDMl(ARC), please set the TV audio output to Optical/HDMl(ARC) firstly, and then connect with sound bar.
  2. TV Connection Ways: Optical, HDMl(ARC), Bluetooth. And very few TVs can connect to AUX port, but X-box can connect with AUX port. And AUX port on some TVs only support input but not output.
  3. Recommend to HDMl(ARC): Because of digital audio, Optical connection has lower sound, so we recommend to use HDMl(ARC) connection for high sound requirements.
  4. Make Sure HDMl(ARC) Port: Please make sure the port you plug in the TV is HDMl(ARC) but not HDMI. Casue HDMl(ARC) can only transfer audio. But if this is regular HDMI port which transfer both audio and video, there will be no sound from the sound bar.
  5. Make Sure Output Ports: Please make sure the TV ports is HDMl(ARC) Output Port/Optical Output Port. If you plug in the input port from TV, there will be no sound from the sound bar.

About Volume Adjustment

  1. Increase The Volume: If the speaker is not loud enough, please try to turn the volume up on the soundbar, TV/Smartphones, as well as the Fire Stick/Roku Stick to increase the volume.
  2. Reset Sound: If there is any messy sound, please click MOVIE/MUSIC/DIALOGUE button on remote to recover.
  3. Decibel: The maximum decibel can reach about 110dB.

About Remote

The remote control can adjust the range of 45 degrees up and down, left and right.
