Overview

Description

The ZJE6800 Juice Extractor is a powerful and efficient machine that can extract juice from a variety of fruits and vegetables. It comes with a transparent cover, juicing net, middle ring, handle, residue tank, rotor, main machine, and juicer jug. The control panel includes an ON/OFF key, pulse key, accelerator key, deceleration key, and a transparent ring.

Usage Instructions

Before using the machine, please read the instructions for use carefully and store them in a safe place for future reference.

Step 1: Power On

1. Connect the machine to a power source.
2. The screen will display 3 as the default speed. At the same time, the speed number and name will blink.
3. Press the ON/OFF key (Q). The speed number and name will stopblinking and the machine will start operating. Press the ON/OFF key again to stop the machine.

Step 2: Adjust Speed

1. Use the accelerator key (+) or deceleration key (-) to increase or decrease the speed.
2. The machine has five speed levels ranging from 1 to 5. The Soft Fruit (Mikkie Owoce) speed is the slowest at 7000 RPM, while the Hard Vegetable (Twarde Warzywa) speed is the fastest at 12500 RPM.

Step 3: Juicing

1. Load the ingredients into the machine. The recommended load for soaked carrots is 5kg and the recommended juicing time is 7 minutes.
2. Make sure the cover and cutter seat are fastened securely. The safety unit will prevent the motor from turning if the handle is not fastened properly.
3. Use the pushing bar to push the ingredients down into the juicing net.
4. The juice will flow into the juicer jug, while the residue will
   be collected in the residue tank.

Maintenance and Cleaning

It is important to maintain and clean the machine regularly to
keep the motor dry and clean.

Cleaning

1. Do not wash the main machine. Use a damp cloth to clean it.
2. All other components, such as the pushing bar, cover, juicing net, middle ring, residue tank, juicer jug, and nozzle can be washed directly with water.

Storage

1. If you are not using the machine for an extended period, store it in a dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture or mold from damaging the motor.

Please dispose of the product responsibly.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
• Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS

• This appliance is designed for home use and should never be used for commercial or industrial use under any circumstances. Any incorrect use or improper handling of the product shall render the warranty null and void.
• Prior to plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as the one indicated on the product label.
• The mains connection cable must not be tangled or wrapped around the product during use.
• Do not use the device, or connect and disconnect to the supply mains with the hands and / or feet wet. Do not pull on the connection cord in order to unplug it or use it as a handle
• Unplug the product immediately from the mains in the event of any breakdown or damage and contact an official technical support service. In order to prevent any risk of danger, do not open the device. Only qualified technical personnel from the brand´s Official technical support service may carry out repairs or procedures on the device.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before Using

1. This machine is set with safety unit, when the handle does not fasten the cover or the cutter seat is not fastened, the motor cannot turn, so as to ensure safety for the user.
2. When disassembling or assembling the juicer, press the upper of feed port of the cover with your hand, then force the handle to slide in or out of cover slot.
3. When disassembling juicing net, first remove the cover and residue barrel, then turn the middle ring up to 30 degrees by holding juicing nozzle with your hand, and take up, the juicing net will automatically leave the rotor.
4. In order to avoid damage, before using, first check power supply for compliance with rated voltage.
5. Clean all parts able to disassemble (refer to the section of “maintenance and cleaning”).
6. Please carefully read the “important warnings” before using.

Juicing

1. Before using, please confirm the button switch of the main machine in stop state, in this way, in case assembly is not completed, starting the main machine can be avoided, so unnecessary damage for persons or property avoided.
2. Before juicing, first confirm juicing net and rotor clutched in position, and no hard contact between juicing net cutter and transparent cover. Put the transparent cover on, put the handle into the cover slot, then turn on the machine.
3. Turn on power supply, press switch to let the machine run no-load for 5 sec. Put prepared vegetable or fruit into feed port of the juicer, press with the pushing bar, evenly, hard and slowly, juice of the vegetable or fruit can be found, original, fresh, good for health.
4. Note: when pressing food with the pushing bar, force shall be even or indirect, pressing force shall not be more than 1 kg, no too sudden force, otherwise, juicing effect will be reduced.

Operating Time

1. Connect the power. The screen will show 3 as the default speed. Also the number and the speed name will flicker at the same time.
2. Press the O/I key. When the number and the speed name on the screen turn from flickering to lighting continually, the machine starts working. Press the O/I key again for stop working and the number and the speed name will flicker again.
3. Press the [-] [+] key to accelerate or decelerate the speed. The highest speed is 5 and the lowest is 1.

Use as reference

• When you need instant higher speed, press “Pulse” key whose speed is the same as speed 5. “Pulse” key will not be influenced by O/I key.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Please clean the product timely after use. Before cleaning the product make sure to turn off
the switch and disconnect the product from the power supply. Do not rinse or soak with water to avoid leakage or device damage.

1. This machine shall be often used, so as to keep the motor dry and clean.
2. If not using for a long time, please store this machine at a dry and well-ventilated place so as to prevent the motor from being damped and going moldy.
3. No washing the main machine. When cleaning, only wipe with wet cloth. Other components may be washed directly with water, such as pushing bar, cover, middle seat, residue cup, juice cap, juice nozzle cover.
