The Smart Digital Lock D232 TTLOCK VERSION is a lock that allows you to unlock your door using various methods such as IC Card, Passcode, Key, and APP. It is designed to make your life easier and smarter. The lock comes with various accessories such as Front Panel, Back Panel, Latch Bolt, Strike Plate, Strike Box, Spanner, Cleek, Manual Key, M3x6 screws, M4x30/M4x40 screws, M5x12/M5x22 screws, 8x8x60/8x8x70 screws, 4×20 screws, D6.3M4M5x40, Epoxy Card, and Lithium Battery.

The lock is made of Aluminum Alloy, ABS, and Acrylic materials and is available in Black/Satin Nickel color. It can fit door thicknesses ranging from 35mm to 55mm (35-45mm, 45-55mm). It supports BLE and WiFi communication and requires iOS 7.0 or above or Android 4.4 or above operating system. The lock has a battery life of around 7000 unlocks and lasts for 8-10 months under normal usage. It has a Lithium Battery with a voltage of 3.7V.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Check the packing box and accessories when you receive the lock.
2. Download the TTLOCK app by scanning the QR code provided in the manual or searching for it on Google Play or Apple Store.
3. Install the lock on your door with the help of the accessories provided in the packing box such as Front Panel, Back Panel, Latch Bolt, Strike Plate, Strike Box, Spanner, Cleek, and screws.
4. Insert the Lithium Battery into the Battery Box of the lock.
   • IC Card: Touch the IC Card on the Induction Area and then press the button to open the door.
   • Passcode: Enter the valid passcode on the Keypad and then press the button to open the door.
   • Key: Use the Manual Key to unlock the door.
   • APP: Use the TTLOCK app to unlock the door.
5. Use any of the following methods to unlock the door:
6. To lock the door, press the Privacy Button or wait for 5 seconds for the lock to auto-lock after no operation.
7. The lock has a default passcode which is available in the manual. You can also set a Virtual Passcode for added security.
8. The lock has a user capacity of multiple users who can access it using any of the above methods.
9. The lock works in a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and a humidity range of 20% to 90%.

TO OPEN/CLOSE
Enter the valid passcode or touch the IC card, then press the button“√”to open the door. The lock will auto lock after 5 seconds if without operation on it.

SYSTEM INTRODUCTION

RESET TO FACTORY STATE

Attention
There is one Reset button on the back of rear panel.you can press this button for 3 seconds with 2 sound tips. Then the lock is under factory state, the default passcode is: 123456.

DEAD LOCK FUNCTION

Attention
There is one privacy button on the back panel. You can pull downward this button with one sound tip, then the lock is dead locked inside, only the administrator can access the door, other user passcode or card will be invalid. And you can pull upward the button with two sound tip to cancel this function.

General Usage

• This lock shall only be used as described in this manual.
• Verify that all parts of the lock are accounted for. If any parts are missing, please contact our service person.
• There is protective film on the front touch panel, if there are some scratches on the film, please remove the film if you need.
• Please use our batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or other Zn/Mn batteries. Never insert objects into the lock other than batteries as described in this manual.
• Verify all surfaces are flat and level before beginning installation, installation on doors or surface with any types of deformity such as gaps or warping may cause the lock to
• malfunction or fail to operate entirely.
• Never apply any cleaner directly to any part of this lock. Only use clean water or mild cleaner on a soft non-abrasive cloth when cleaning.
• The lock must be used with Tuyasmart APP. The lock will function without the APP but full functionality may only be achieved when the APP is on use.

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION

Line Drawing

Draw a horizontal center line inside and outside the door at 1 meter from the ground. Fold the hole template, make the handle center line align at the door horizontal center line, then draw out the hole lines at front and side.

Adjust Direction

Adjust to Left from Right Direction(Front Panel)

1. Use the allen key to take off the screw in the photo.
2. Turn the handle to 180 degree counterclockwise.
3. Tighten the screw in another side.

Adjust to Left from Right Direction(Back Panel)

1. Use the allen key to take off the screw in the photo.
2. Turn the handle 180 degree counterclockwise.
3. Tighten the screw in another side.

INSTALL THE LOCK

Assemble the Mortise
Assemble the mortise(c) into the slot which is drilled according to the template.

Assemble the Front Panel

1. Press hard the spindle into the handle hole
2. Fix the front panel(a) on the door and cross the cable through the hole.

Assemble gasket
Cross the cable through the gasket(inside).

Fix the front panel
Tight the gasket with front panel with the three long screws.

Assemble the Back Panel
Connect the cable with the connector on the PCB board

Fix the Back Panel
Fix the back panel with the screws.

Assemble the Battery
Put alkaline batteries into the battery box and test with factory passcode or APP .

Adjust the Lock Panel
After finishing installation, please adjust the position of the lock panel or the screws whether it is too tight.

OPERATION STEPS

Please download the TTLOCK on Apple store or Google play. also you can scan the QR code below to download the APP directly.

Please register one account with your E-mail or mobile number.

Configure the Lock

Please run the TTLOCK APP and click “Add LOCK” on the left side of system setting and follow th steps to configure the lock with APP:

Function Description

Under lock settings, you can see the features for the smart locks, such as eKeys /IC card/passcode/Remote Unlock unlock records and settings etc.

There are many special features under the TTLOCK APP settings. you can make the setting according to your daily requirement.

Enroll User Card
Under the lock setting, you can click the option”Cards” and enroll the IC card. There is permanent /timed and recurring card under for different condition.

Enroll eKeys
Under the lock setting, you can click the option”Cards” and enroll the IC card. There is permanent /timed and recurring eKeys for different condition.

Passage Mode
Under the lock setting, you can tick”Passage Mode”, under this setting the lock will be in always open state, you can disable the passage mode in the APP too.

Reset the Lock

Under the lock setting, you can click the “Delete” button and enter the admin password to reset the lock and the lock will be set to factory state, you can use any fingerprint to unlock the lock.

Remote Unlock Function(with Gateway)

The Wi-Fi gateway is a must to enable the remote unlock function, please refer the parameters below:

Pair the Gateway with APP

Notice: If times out, please power on the gateway and try it again.

Remote Unlock
This smart lock pro is one lock that supports remote unlock function, if you did not configure the network with the lock, you shall check under the lock setting and configure the network as below photo. then you can click the unlock sign near the round circle, there is one tip for remote unlock, you can click it and unlock the door remotely.
