SG20 Smartwatch
Introduction
The SG20 is a smartwatch that comes with various features such as Bluetooth call, health care, alarm clock, stopwatch, customizer, sedentary reminder, incoming call reminder, mobile phone search, breathing training, online dial, custom dial, theme style switching, night mode, etc. It is important to note that this device is not a medical device and any values shown are for reference only.

Charging Instructions
The SG20 uses magnetic force charging and supports a 5V=1A mobile phone charger and computer USB interface. To charge the device:
- Put the charging cable to the back of the device’s charging pins, it will charge automatically.
- It usually takes 2 hours to fully charge.
- Do not use the watch when charging.
- Make sure to place the magnetic charger correctly at the pins.
If the charger is not properly aligned with the pins, it will cause the circuit to burn.
Connection
The SG20 can connect with your phone by downloading the application QWatch Pro.
Quick Connection Guide
Follow the steps below to connect your SG20 with your mobile phone:
Step 1: The first connection between your watch and your mobile phone.
- Turn on the mobile phone’s Bluetooth.
- Scan the QR code or search the QWatch Pro APP in the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Download and install the QWatch Pro APP.
- Enter the APP and accept all the necessary licenses.
- Select the second TAB (the watch) and Add device.
- Select device T30 with the highest signal.
Step 2: Turn ON the Bluetooth dial-up answering function.
- Turn on the watch Bluetooth in the smartwatch.
- Switch to your mobile phone’s Bluetooth list.
- Search for T30-BT device and connect it.
- The connection is successful. You are now able to make and receive calls.
Operational Instructions
Follow these instructions to operate your SG20:
ON/ OFF Power Button
To turn on/off your SG20, press and hold the top button for 5 seconds.
Control Panel
To open the Control Panel, swipe from top to bottom to access the Control
Panel of the smartwatch.
Main Menu
To open the main menu, swipe from right to left to access the menu.
List of Quick Functions
To open the list of Quick Functions, swipe from left to right for quick access to a list of functions.
Notifications
To open the notifications, swipe from bottom to top to access the
notification you received (SMS/ Calls/ Social Media, etc).
Switching Watchface
To switch watch faces, press and hold for 5 seconds the home screen of the
smartwatch to change the watch face.
Top Button
To turn the screen ON/OFF, press the top button once.
Bottom Button
To enter Sports Mode quickly, press the bottom button once.
What is NOT Included in the Warranty Terms?
This warranty does not include any defects caused by an accident, misuse,
abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care,
unauthorized modification, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a
person not authorized by the distributor.

Remark: This model is dustproof and water resistant only at accidental contact

Do NOT wear this product when showering or swimming at the sea. The water will
surpass the proofing and there is a possibility of shorting the circuit. The
warranty does not cover you in case of damage from the above reason.

- Android / IOS : Scan the QR code using any scanner, to download the app “QWatch Pro”.
- Searching and downloading’s the APP in the App Store or Google Play Store.
Quick connection guide

- Turn on the mobile phones Bluetooth.
- Scan the QR code or search the “QWatch Pro” APP in the APP Store or Google Play Store.
- Download and install the “QWatch Pro” APP.
- Enter the APP and accept all the necessary licenses.

- Open the Notifications: Swipe from bottom to top to access the notification you received (SMS/ Calls/ Social Media, etc).
- Switching Watch face: Press and hold for 5 seconds the home screen of the smartwatch to change the watch face.
- Top Button: Press it once to turn the screen ON/ OFF.
- Bottom Button: Press it once to quickly enter the Sports Mode.
Main Features:
- Step Count: Record the number of steps, distance, calories and other data of the day in detail.
- Sleep monitoring: It can record and display the total sleep duration, and check the sleep data for 7 days. (You must wear the bracelet to sleep to be able to detect data).
- Heart rate monitoring: Measure the current heart rate, record and display the 24h heart rate throughout the day, and automatically monitor the heart rate every 10 minutes. - Blood pressure monitoring: Measure the current blood pressure, record and display the 24h blood pressure throughout the day, and automatically monitor the blood pressure every hour.
- Blood oxygen monitoring: Measure the current blood oxygen, record and display the 24h blood oxygen throughout the day, and automatically monitor the blood oxygen every hour. Music control: Control mobile phone music play/ pause /previous /next.
- Camera control: Open the mobile APP, click/shake the watch on the watch camera control interface to take a photo. Weather forecast: After Bluetooth is connected to the watch, the latest real-time weather forecast can be synchronized on the smartwatch side.
- Bluetooth call: After connecting the mobile phone 3.0 Bluetooth, you can make and receive calls through the watch. What is NOT Included in the Warranty Terms?
This warranty does not include:
- Any defects caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorized by the distributor.
- Any product that has not been installed, operated or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer ‘s instruction manual provided with the product.
- Any product that has been used for purposes other than the intended use.
- Any damage caused by improper power input or improper cable connection.
Disclaimer
- Please ensure that Bluetooth and mobile GPS are turned on. When searching for the device via Bluetooth, make sure that no other device is connected. When searching for the device via Bluetooth, keep a close distance between your mobile and smartwatch.
- If the Bluetooth connection is unstable during operation, try restarting the watch and connecting it to the mobile again. Be sure to turn on the automatic start for the smartwatch application, in the settings of your mobile phone. Also turn off the battery optimization (without restrictions) for the specific application, so that the continuous application-smartwatch communication is not interrupted.

What can I do if the smartwatch doesn’t appear on the list with the available devices?
First please check if the smartwatch has battery (over 20%). Then place the smartwatch close to the mobile phone and try again. If this problem still exists, please turn OFF and ON the mobiles Bluetooth and try again. -
Why is heart rate not being measured?
To make the measurement correctly, the watch must have good contact with your skin and the hand is not in motion. -
Why is the watch not showing the messages?
You must have the “Access to notifications” permission enabled. You need to check that the message also appears in the notification bar of your mobile. If it is not displayed, the message cannot be forwarded to the watch.
Caution: Consult your doctor before starting any new physical activity. Although the watch can measure your heart rate in real time, it cannot be used for medical and diagnostic purposes.
