Safety Instructions
WARNING
- Before installing, servicing, or performing routine maintenance upon this equipment, follow these general precautions.
- To reduce the risk of death, personal injury, or property damage from fire, electric shock, falling parts, cuts/abrasions, and other hazards, read all warnings and instructions included with and on the fixture box and all fixture labels.
- Proper grounding is required to ensure safety.
- Power must be turned off at the breaker before installation or maintenance.
- This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
- Wear gloves and eye protection at all times while installing, servicing, or performing maintenance on the luminaire, and avoid direct eye exposure to the light source while it is on.
- Do not install damaged product. Inspect luminaire for damage that may have occurred during transit. If damaged, contact the manufacturer immediately.
- These instructions do not purport to cover all details or variations in equipment nor to provide every possible contingency to meet in connection with installation, operation, or maintenance. CAUTION
- Carefully observe the grounding procedure under the installation
- Tighten all fixture components to their recommended torque
Installation Instructions

Step 1. Remove the front cover by unscrewing the 2 screws on the right side of the fixture, and lay aside. (Fig1)

Step 2. Method A: Drill holes at the three “A” mounting points on the rear housing (Fig2), and drill holes on the wall as per the hole locations on the rear housing (Fig3).
Method B:** Drill holes as per existing junction box (Fig4).

Step 3. Feed the wires through the 1/2” knock out (Fig5), and install the rear housing.
Method A: Attach the rear housing to the wall using 3 screws (not provided). (Fig6)
Method B: Attach the read housing using 4 screws (not provided) to the existing junction box on the wall (Fig7).

Step 4. Attach the front cover with the rear housing, and connect the male and female connectors. (Fig8)

Step 5. Choose your desired wattage and color temperature using the DIP switches (located inside the unit). (Fig9)

Step 6. Check that the fixture works properly and secure the fixture using the 2 side screws. Installation is complete. (Fig10)
