VISTA 1051KM Architectural Series Linear LED Floodlight
Product Information
The 1051KM / 1052KM / 1054KM Architectural Series is a luminaire designed for outdoor installation. The product comes with a knuckle stem that can be attached to a junction box for mounting. The luminaire is designed to be used with wet location-rated J-Box and is supplied with conduit supply conductors (by others) to connect with the luminaire conductors. The package includes a fixture body, knuckle stem, knuckle aiming screw, knuckle set screw, knuckle flange, junction box lid screws (4), and junction box.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the electrical supply is off at the circuit breaker before starting luminaire installation or servicing the luminaire.
- Thread the stainless steel (SS) knuckle stem into the junction box lid and tighten it fully.
- Loosen the knuckle aiming screw and rotate the knuckle stem to align with the SS knuckle stem.
- Route the luminaire supply conductors into the wet location rated J-Box (by others) and attach conduit supply conductors (by others) to the luminaire conductors observing polarity, the line to black, neutral to white, and ground to green. Connect the supply/luminaire conductors using approved wiring methods.
- Secure the junction box lid onto the junction box using the junction box lid screws and tighten them.
- Position the knuckle to stem over the SS knuckle stem and lock it in place with the knuckle set screw(s).
- Adjust the aim of the fixture and firmly re-tighten the knuckle aiming screw(s).
- Supply power to the luminaire and check for proper operation.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Luminaire must be installed and grounded in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
- Luminaire is UL listed for above-grade installation only.
- Always use UL-recognized wire connectors for connections.
MAINTENANCE: To assure proper operation and efficiency, the lens must be
kept clean and free of dirt, dust, leaves, trash, and mineral deposits from
water. A regularly scheduled maintenance program is recommended.
SAFETY WARNING: Luminaire can become hot. Take care when locating
luminaires.
NOTE: Save these instructions for future reference.
LUMINAIRE MOUNTING (KNUCKLE) TO JUNCTION BOX(ES)
- Make sure the electrical supply is off at the circuit breaker before starting luminaire installation or servicing the luminaire.
- Thread SS Knuckle Stem into Junction Box Lid. Tighten fully.
- Loosen the Knuckle Aiming Screw, and rotate the Knuckle Stem to align with SS Knuckle Stem.
- Route luminaire supply conductors into wet location rated J-Box (by others). Attach conduit supply conductors (by others) to the luminaire conductors observing polarity, the line to black, neutral to white, and ground to green. Connect the supply/luminaire conductors using approved wiring methods.
- Secure the Junction Box Lid onto the Junction Box using the Junction Box Lid Screws. Tighten.
- Position the Knuckle Stem over the SS Knuckle Stem. Lock in place with Knuckle Set Screw(s).
- Adjust the aim of the fixture and firmly re-tighten the Knuckle Aiming Screw(s).
- Supply power to the luminaire and check for proper operation.
