The automatic thermal sealer allows surgeries to manage the entire pouch preparation and sealing procedure with the aid of just a few simple control keys. A two-way motor-powered slide system allows precise adjustment of envelope length without wasting any paper.

A programme for every need
Millseal+ Evo lets users set two programmes with different pouch lengths and quantities. Once a programme is selected, the thermal sealer automatically prepares the pouches. Alternatively, the operator can package the instruments manually in a more traditional manner.

The selection and cutting of the pouch length are performed manually. To seal the pouch containing the material ready for sterilization, simply press the welding lever until the acoustic signal indicates completion of the sealing. A positioning systems holds the paper in place to prevent rewinding of the roll after cutting and sealing.

Automatic temperature adjustment ensures effective heating control in the sealing zone to maintain long-lasting high quality performance. Millseal+ thermal sealers also feature an overheating protection device and an automatic energy-saving standby system.

Millseal + Rolling Thermal Sealer
Roller-type thermal sealer with automatic feed system. This model offers medical-standard quality and is ideal for speeding up and optimising the sealing of pouches that are pre-cut and sealed on 3 sides. The 15 mm sealing band ensures the long-lasting sterility of the packaged instruments. Temperature and sealing pressure adjustment provides effective control of the sealing process, for consistent high performance. The large display allows operating parameters to be set and viewed in an intuitive, user-friendly manner. Product practicality is enhanced even further by the availability of several accessories (roller, top, guillotine).
