Product Information: Call Centre Headset Wireless Mono CT4002

The Call Centre Headset Wireless Mono CT4002 is a wireless headset designed for use in call centres. The headset is designed to provide high-quality sound and is equipped with a microphone for clear communication. The headset can be connected to a mobile phone or computer using Bluetooth technology, providing wireless freedom and flexibility. The headset is also equipped with a multifunction
button for easy control.

Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Charge the headset: Connect the headset to the base using the provided cable and charge it for about 2 hours. The LED indicator light will turn off when the headset is fully charged.

  2. Pair the headset: Turn on the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone or computer and search for available devices. Tap and hold the CT4002 button until the LED indicator light flashes twice to
    enter pairing mode. Select the CT4002 device from the list of available devices and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

  3. Control volume: To control the volume, press the volume control buttons (5, 7, and 13) to lower the volume, or (4, 5, and 13) to increase the volume.

  4. Control multifunction: To control the multifunction button,press buttons 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 12, or 14.

  5. Control microphone: To activate or deactivate the microphone,press button 11.

  6. Answer or end a call: To answer a call, tap the CT4002 button once. To end a call, tap the button again.

  7. Reject a call: To reject a call, press and hold the CT4002 button for 2 seconds.

  8. Redial the last number: To redial the last number, double-tap the CT4002 button.

  9. Switch between calls: To switch between two calls, press the CT4002 button once.

  10. Mute the microphone: To mute the microphone during a call, press and hold the volume up and down buttons simultaneously for 1 second.

  11. Reset the headset: If the headset does not work properly, reset it by tapping and holding the CT4002 button for 10 seconds until the LED indicator light flashes twice.

Pairing

Pair the headset with the mobile phone:

  1. Tap and hold the multifunction button of CT4002 for about 1 second to enter the pairing mode, red and blue led indicators flashing alternately.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, CT4002 will show up on the Bluetooth list, click it to connect.

Pair the headset with the computer though the transmitter:

  • First, plug the transmitter into the computer to power on and enter the pairing state (the blue light flashes);
  • Then turn on CT4002 Bluetooth headset and try to get as close to the transmitter as possible. It will be automatically paired around 30s; if it has been paired the transmitter will automatically reconnect to the paired CT4002 every time it is turned on.
    Note: When the headset is charged through the base, the Bluetooth transmission function of the base cannot be turned on, the base can only charge the headset at this time.

Pairing Mode

In the power-on or standby mode, Tap and hold button volume+ and volume- on the headset for 3s until the red and blue lights flash, then the headset enters
pairing mode.

How to Connect with Two Phones

  • A.Connected with CT4002 are phone A and phone B;
  • B. Connect to phone A first. Tap and hold the multifunction button of CT4002 for about Is to turn on. Activate the Bluetooth on phone A and search for the device, find “CT4002” and click to connect. Turn off the Bluetooth on phone A after connecting successfully, then CT4002 can be paired with another phone again
  • C. Follow the pairing steps of phone A, to connect phone B with BH-MIOI. Affer successfully connecting , activate the Bluetooth on phone A and click BH-M 101 to connect.
    Note: Only one mobile phone can play music when the headset is paired with two devices. If you want to play music of another mobile phone, you need to pause or turn off the music on the other phone. The same is true for calls.

Factory Reset

In the power-on or standby state, Tap and hold the multifunction button and volume down button at the same time for ds, until the red and blue lights flashes twice.

Charging

When CT4002 headset battery is low, the red light flashes, please charge it immediately.
There are

  1. Use Type-C charging cable to charge the headset directly for about 2 hours. When the red light is off, it means that the battery is fully charged:
  2. To charge through the Bluetooth transmitter base: connect the Type-C charging cable to the base, then place the headset on the base to charge it for about 2 hours.
    When the headset changes from a steady red light to a slow flashing blue light, it means that the battery is fully charged

Q&A

  • How to reconnect with the device? What should I do if the headset fails to reconnect? How to reconnect after long-distance disconnection?
    After CT4002 is successfully connected to your mobile phone, it will automatically connect to your mobile phone every time you turn it on. If it does not work, please pair your device again. It is required to reconnect the device within 3 minutes, If not it will automatically turn off after 3 minutes.

  • How to clear the pairing record ?
    In the power-on or standby mode, tap and hold the multifunction button and the volume down button at the same time for 8s to clear the pairing record
    The red and blue lights will flash twice , which means the pairing record has been cleared. After clearing, CT4002 will no longer connect to the previously connected devices. When various connection errors occurred, you can try to clear the pairing record.

  • What is the pairing password ?
    If a password input prompt appears when some devices are connected to CT4002, you can try to enter (MO, 8888, 1 1 1 1 or 1234.

  • Which devices can be used for charging the headset ?
    As long as it meets the DC voltage of 5V and the current of more than IA, car chargers, travel chargers, computer USB, etc. can charge CT4002 headset.

  • What should I do if the headset fail to turn on or connect, etc.?
    You can try the charging reset by pressing the multifunction button and inserting the charging cable to charge, then reset will be completed and the headset will turn off, device will be able
    to play after restarting. If it still cannot be used normally, you can seek technical support from customer service on 010 140 4900.

  • Under what circumstances will it automatically turn off ?
    If there is no connection for more than 3 minutes or the Emery voltage is less than 3.1 V, it will automatically turn off.

  • How to operate a three-way calling ?
    When a call comes in during a call, ffp click the multifunction button to answer the new call and hang up the current call
    When a call comes in during a call, double-click the multifunction button to answer the new call and keep the current call
    When a call comes in during a call, tap and hold the multifunction button for 2s to keep the current call and reject the new call
    During a three-way calling, double-click the multifunction button to switch between the current call and the other call.

  • Why is there no sound from the device affer the Bluetooth headset is connected to the computer and other devices through the base:
    Please select the “CT4002 USB Audio” as the play device on the device side.
