How to Use

How to Charge the Device
Use a USB-A or USB-C to connect SMARTCOBY Pro 30W to the device. If charging does not start automatically, press the power button on the side .
- A device and a cable that support fast charging technology (PowerDelivery / QuickCharge) are required
- The remaining battery LED on the side of the product shows during fast charging
- Even for devices that support fast charging, depending on the model of the device being used, the quick charging indicator may not light up

Two Devices Simultaneous Charging
Use both USB-A and USB-C ports to connect the product to your device for charging. If charging does not start automatically, press the power button on the side of the product.
- While using simultaneous charging, the divices cannot be quick charged.
- While using simultaneous charging, about 18W will be allocated to each device and charged

How to Charge by Using Pass Through
Connect the device you want to charge from the USB-A port, and connect USB wall charger for USB-C port.
While charging your device, SMARTCOBY Pro will be charged too. -
How to Charge by Using Pass Through
Connect the device you want to charge from the USB-A port, and connect USB wall charger for USB-C port.
While charging your device, SMARTCOBY Pro will be charged too.
- While using pass through charging, fast charging and fast recharging will not work.
- Pass through charging takes more time to charge and recharge.

How to Recharge SMARTCOBY Pro
Use the included USB-C cable to connect to the USB-C port of this product and a USB charger.
After connecting to this product, the battery will be recharged to 100%.- While being quick recharged, the quick charging indicator will be lit on
- To recharge at up to 20W, a USB wall charger that supports 20W output is required. CIO products are recommended for USB chargers
Warranty
Thank you for purchasing CIO product. If the product has any defects such as
initial malfunction, please contact us before reviewing.
We will replace it as an initial malfuntion product.
In case of malfunction occurred within the warranty period or correct use, we
will also replace it.
Invoice/warranty or dealer’a receipt will become warranty so please keep it.
The product will be guaranteed for replacement with it.
