LIVE FLEX True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds

Product Information

The HP_JBL_LIVE FLEX is a wireless earbud that comes with a charging case. It has a 12 mm/ 4.7 Dynamic Driver and a lithium-ion polymer battery type with 54 mAh/ 3.85 V. The earbuds support Bluetooth connectivity and can be paired with AndroidTM 6.0+ and Windows 10 v1803+ devices. The earbuds support hands-free voice control with Ok Google and Alexa, and the JBL Headphones App provides additional control and personalization of the listening experience. The earbuds come with a quick start guide that provides instructions on how to use the product.

Product Usage Instructions

What’s in the box: The box contains the HP_JBL_LIVE FLEX wireless earbuds, a charging case, and a quick start guide.

How to wear: The earbuds can be worn by placing them in your ears and adjusting them for a comfortable fit.

First time use: To turn on the earbuds, press and hold the button on both earbuds for 2 seconds until they power on. To connect to a device via Bluetooth, make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode by holding down the button on both earbuds until they enter pairing mode. Then, select JBL LIVE FLEX on your device to connect.

Controls: The earbuds have touch controls that allow you to play/pause music, adjust volume, and activate voice assistants. To enable advanced controls, connect the earbuds to the JBL Headphones App.

Auto Play/Pause: The earbuds have an auto play/pause feature that pauses playback when you remove them from your ears and resumes playback when you put them back in.

VoiceAware: The earbuds support hands-free voice control with Ok Google and Alexa. To use these features, you need to pre-set them up via the JBL Headphones App.

Power off: To turn off the earbuds, place them in the charging case and close the lid.

Factory reset: To factory reset the earbuds, press and hold the button on both earbuds for 10 seconds until they power off.

Charging: The earbuds can be charged through a Qi-CERTIFIED wireless charging pad (not included).

LED behaviors: The earbuds have LED indicators that show the status of Bluetooth connectivity, battery level, and charging status.
