thank you for purchasing this product. Please read the instructions for use carefully before use. Use the product only as described in this manual. The manufacturer and the seller are not responsible for damages resulting from use in contravention of this manual. Save this manual for future reference. We recommend keeping the original sales package and receipt for at least the duration of the valid warranty. If you hand over the product to another person, hand it over together with the instruction manual. This product is designed to meet the highest standards of quality, functionality and design. We believe this product will soon become an irreplaceable helper in your kitchen.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using an electric oven, you should always observe the following precautions:

  • Before use, make sure that your power supply matches the label on the product. The power outlet must comply with current regulations and standards. The use of extension cables or adapters is not recommended. If you must use them, be careful not to exceed their voltage limit.
  • Connect the product to a properly grounded socket only.
  • The electrical circuit in which this product is connected must be equipped with a sufficiently rated load breaker appropriate to the power consumption of this product. We recommend that you do not run another appliance at the same time, which could cause an overload of the electrical circuit and result in a power failure.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces, use handles and controls for handling. The use of protective gloves or kitchen glove is recommended.
  • If this product is located near the children, they need to be supervised.
  • The oven interior is not designed to store food or store other items.
  • If smoke is emitted during operation, switch off the appliance immediately and unplug it. (The exception is the first start-up and the so-called burning of a new product, which occurs in oven components that heat up to a high temperature. Here, smoke and the resulting odor can occur.)
  • To prevent electric shock, do not immerse the cable, plug or any part of the oven in water or other liquids. Do not wash the oven in a dishwasher.
  • Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of the table or place it near hot surfaces or sharp edges.
  • Do not operate this equipment if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is faulty, dropped or damaged in any way. Sharp or hot objects, fire or water can damage the power cord. Return the device to an authorized service center for repair.
  • Using accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer may cause injury or damage to the product.
  • Do not place the product near heat sources, gas outlet, explosive or flammable substances, away from water and other liquids, and do not expose it to weather.
  • When working with the oven, keep at least 10 cm of space on all sides to ensure adequate air circulation. Keep a space of 50 cm in the radiation direction. Do not block the ventilation openings, as they may overheat.
  • After you have stopped using the product, want to clean or repair it, or unplug any part, let it cool down first and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Switch off the appliance before unplugging it. Unplug the cable, do not pull on the cable. Do not touch the wire with wet hands.
  • Do not pull on the cable when moving the oven.
  • After each use or before cleaning, allow the oven to cool and unplug it.
  • Be very careful when handling the baking pan with hot oil or other containers of hot liquid.
  • Do not cover any part of the oven or place objects on the oven. This can cause overheating.
  • Be careful when changing trays and other accessories or removing hot liquids. Use the accessories provided and we recommend the use of protective equipment.
  • Do not clean the oven with a metal brush or steel wool. It can break off a bit, touch electrical parts, causing a risk of electric shock.
  • Do not put too much food or metal objects in the oven when toasting. There is a risk of fire and electric shock.
  • Fire may occur if the oven is covered or touches flammable materials such as curtains. Do not place any objects on the oven when using it.
  • Take special care when cooking or baking in containers of materials other than metal or special glass for use in ovens.
  • Make sure that the heating elements in the top and bottom of the oven do not touch anything.
  • Do not place the following materials on the oven: cardboard, plastic, paper or anything similar. Only place the oven on a heat-resistant surface.
  • When not in use, do not store any materials other than the manufacturer’s recommended accessories in the oven.
  • Always wear protective gloves when putting anything in or out of the oven.
  • This device has a hardened, double safety glass door. This glass is stronger and more resistant to breakage than normal glass. Nevertheless, this glass may break by the edges. Do not scratch the door surface or come into contact with the serrated edges.
  • This unit is turned off when the time dial is set to OFF.
  • Do not use this device outdoors.
  • Do not use this device for purposes other than those specified in the manual.
  • This product is for domestic use only according to these instructions. Not for commercial use.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with this device or its power cord.
  • Do not leave the appliance switched on or plugged in unattended.
  • The oven is not intended to be operated by remote control or timer.
  • Do not remove any parts, such as feet or screws, from the oven.
  • Frequently check the oven or the power cord for damage. If any damage occurs, do not use the oven and contact the dealer or a specialist service center.
  • The oven is intended for indoor use only.
  • The oven is intended for food preparation, not as heating.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
  • A shorter power cord is used to reduce the risk of tangling or tripping over too long a cord.
  • Extension cords may only be used under the condition that you are aware of all the risks involved.

To use an extension cable, you must meet the following:
a) The marked electrical capacity on the extension cord must be equal to or greater than that of the oven.
b) Position the cable so that it cannot be tripped over or pulled by children, for example.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

  1. Remove all packaging materials incl. plastic bags (do not get into the hands of children, risk of suffocation).
  2. Place in a suitable place. This oven, due to its higher weight, must be placed on a heat-resistant, horizontal surface, strong and safe enough to maintain this weight. At the same time, keep a sufficient distance from all flammable and wet materials.
  3. Make sure the oven is unplugged and the timer switch is in the OFF position.
  4. Wash all accessories with hot water with mild detergent or in dishwasher.
  5. Dry all accessories thoroughly and reassemble the oven. Plug it into a power socket. It is now ready for use.
  6. Before switching on the oven, make sure that no packaging material is left inside.
  7. After reassembling your oven, we recommend that you turn it on to a baking operation at high temperature (250°C) for about 10 minutes without any food. When the oven is switched on for the first time, it may emit odor and light smoke. This is a normal phenomenon when the heating elements or other parts for the first time. This is not a malfunction.

ATTENTION! HOT AIR ESCAPES FROM THE OVEN WHEN THE DOOR IS OPENED. BE CAREFUL AND OPEN THE DOOR SLOWLY.

USING AN ELECTRIC OVEN

Before using for the first time, familiarize yourself with the following oven functions:

TEMPERATURE SETTING
Turn the Temperature knob clockwise to the desired temperature setting. The Temperature can be set from 100°C to 250°C.
Note: The heating elements are switched on and off alternately during operation due to the correct functioning of the thermostat to maintain the set temperature inside the oven.
Tip: To prevent food from sticking to the grill rack, coat it with oil. To prevent food from baking, place baking paper in the tray.

DEFROSTING FUNCTION

  1. Place the removable grill into the desired position.
  2. Close the oven door.
  3. Turn the Timer dial to the desired cooking time.
  4. Put the Heater Selector switch on the on position.
  5. When finished defrosting, turn the Timer Selector dial till position OFF, to switch off the oven.

BROIL FUNCTION

  1. Insert the tray with food.
  2. Close the oven door.
  3. Put the Heater Selector switch on the on position.
  4. Turn the Timer dial to the desired cooking time.
  5. When finished broiling, turn the Timer Selector dial till position OFF, to switch off the oven.

BAKE FUNCTION

  1. Insert the tray with food.
  2. Close the oven door.
  3. Put the Heater Selector switch on the on position.
  4. Turn the Timer dial to the desired cooking time.
  5. When finished baking, turn the Timer Selector dial till position OFF, to switch off the oven.
    Note: If you would like to bake food directly on the rack, place a tray with water under it so that the juice from the food can drip into it.

TOAST FUNCTION

  1. Place the removable grill into the desired position.
  2. Place the tray on the grill, close the oven door.
  3. Turn the Timer dial to the desired cooking time.
  4. Put the Heater Selector switch on the on position.
  5. When finished toasting, turn the Timer Selector dial till position OFF, to switch off the oven.

CONVECTION FUNCTION

  1. Remove the Baking Rack from the oven and set aside.
  2. Put the Heater Selector switch on the or on position.
  3. Put the Heater Selector switch on the on position: all heating elements and fan are working.
  4. Put the Heater Selector switch on the on position: lower heating elements and fan are working.
  5. Select the length of time you want.

FUNCTION OF TOASTING, GRILLING

  1. Remove the Baking Rack from the oven and set aside.
  2. Put the Heater Selector switch on the on position: both upper heating elements and rotisserie are working.
  3. Put the Heater Selector switch on the on position: all upper and bottom heating elements and rotisserie are working.
  4. Select the length of time you want.
  5. Set the wanted temperature using the temperature knob.

ROTISSERIE FUNCTION USING THE ROTISSERIE FORKS

  1. Secure the food with weight centered on the forks.
  2. Slide the Holding Forks onto each of the forks and press firmly into the food, piercing the food to hold in place on the forks. Insert the Holding Forks at different angles to hold the food more firmly. Tighten the screws, turning clockwise so that the holding forks will stay in place during the Rotisserie cooking session.
  3. Insert the pointed end of the Rotisserie forks into the Rotisserie Socket on the inside right side of the oven.
  4. Lift the Rotisserie Forks on the left side just a bit to allow the notch to fit into the Rotisserie Bracket on the left side of the oven.
  5. Set the Temperature knob and the Time knob to begin operating the oven.
  6. Once the cooking time has been complete and you have checked the internal temperature of the food to ensure that it has cooked properly, you can remove the Rotisserie Forks with the Rotisserie Handle.
  7. Hold the handle in your right hand and support handle in your left hand.
  8. Place the hooks on the Helper Hander underneath the Rotisserie Forks.
  9. Lift the left side of the Rotisserie Forks out of the Bracket first and pull slightly toward you.
  10. Gently remove the right pointed side of the Rotisserie Forks from the Rotisserie Socket and remove the food on the forks out of the oven.
  11. Place the food on a heat safe plate or dish when you have removed from the oven. Let it cool slightly before attempting to remove the holding forks and Rotisserie Forks from the food.
  12. To remove the Holding Forks, turn the screws counterclockwise and pull the Holding. Forks out of the food and off of the Rotisserie Forks.
  13. Gently slide the food off of one side of the forks back onto the heat safe plate.

CONVECTION AND ROTISSERIE FUNCTION

  1. Remove the Baking Rack from the oven and set aside.
  2. Place the Baking Pan in the lowest level of the oven. This will catch all the drippings from the food that is on the Rotisserie Forks as it cooks. Do not attempt to use the Rotisserie Function without placing the Baking Pan in the correct position of the oven.
  3. Put the Heater Selector switch on the on position: all heating elements, fan and rotisserie forks are working.
  4. Select the timer to the required length of time.
  5. Rotate the Temperature knob clockwise to desired temperature.

TIMER SETTING
Setting up to 60 minutes.
The oven will not turn on without timer setting.
When the Time knob is in the OFF position, the oven will not operate. To set the time, turn the knob clockwise to the desired time. Indicator Light is lit only when Time has been set. When the Timer has reached the OFF position, a bell sound will be heard. Power supply will be cut off automatically.

TO CHANGE THE TIME SETTINGS
The timer setting can be changed during baking. Just turn the timers to the desired time. To set the timer to less than 10 minutes, the manufacturer recommends that you turn the timer to a value greater than 10 minutes and then return the timer to a lower desired value.

CAUTION
The oven surface are hot during and after use.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the baking rack in position that will accommodate the height of the food to be cooked.
  2. Set the food on the rack. Make sure that you always use an ovenproof container in the oven, never use plastic or cardboard containers in the oven.
  3. Never use glass or ceramic pans or lids.
  4. DO NOT let juices run to the bottom of the oven. Use the crumb tray when cooking.
  5. Set the temperature as suggested by the recipe or as desired. 6. Securely shut the door and set the cooking time to begin operating the oven.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING: Be sure to unplug the oven and allow it to cool before cleaning.
It is important to clean the entire oven after each use to prevent the build- up of grease and to prevent unpleasant odors. Also, avoid re-use of food or oil residues. Dirt created during baking can lead to oxidation of the oven interior. They can be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge, cloth or nylon cloth with mild detergent. Do not immerse the oven in water or wash it with running water. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or scrape the walls with any metal. All these methods can damage the surface.
You should wash all accessories with warm soapy water or in a dishwasher. You can clean the door with a damp sponge and wipe it dry with a paper or cloth cloth. Clean the outside with a damp sponge.
Be careful not to allow water to enter the ventilation holes when washing.
Do not use abrasives or steel wool to clean the baking tray, as this may damage the coating.
Before reconnecting the appliance and using the oven, make sure that all parts are properly dried.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the oven is not operating properly, check the following before contacting the service center:

  • Check that the oven is plugged in.
  • Check for a power failure.
  • Check if the fuse in your apartment/ house.
  • Check the oven settings. Remember that the oven will turn on after setting the timer.

  2. CE ­ This product meets all the essential requirements of EU directives that apply to it.
  3. The product must not be treated as normal household waste. (see section Disposal of old electrical and electronic equipment)

This symbol on the product, its accessories, packaging or accompanying documents indicates that the product should not be treated as household waste. Please take this product to the respective collection point where will be carried out specialist recycling of electronic equipment. In the European Union and other European countries there are collection points for used electrical and electronic equipment. By ensuring proper product disposal, you prevent potential negative impact for the environment and human health, which could result from improper handling of this product. Recycling of these materials also helps to preserve natural resources. For this reason, please do not throw the old electric and electronic equipment together with household waste. For more information please contact your local authority, any service company liquidating household waste or the store where you purchased the product. Details also refer to the relevant laws about waste, in the Czech Republic no. 185/2001 Coll. as amended. Furthermore, the websites www.elektrowin.cz, www.remasystem.cz and www.asekol.cz (disposal of electrical waste). The improper disposal of this waste can be in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and fines.

WARRANTY

We offer warranty for 24 months sounting from the day of purchase by you. This warranty covers defect caused by defective material or error in workmanship. It does not cover defects caused by mechanical damage, natural disaster of other inevitable events, connecting to the wrong power grid voltage, modifications or service work by non-qualified or unauthorized personal, misuse or use in contradiction to this manual.

All documents about your purchase and service repairs on any product keep for at least three years to ensure quality customer service.
